The place is old, but the people who serve are super friendly, they went overboard!!!

In general it is old, the elevators are bad, slow and it is super big, the facilities are a little poorly maintained, the elevators and in my case to access the arrhythmia secretariat you have to go with a map and counting the steps go up to 5 and then go down to 4 because there is a closed part of the hospital. But as excellent quality specialists and within everything they comply with everything. (There is very little availability of hours).

My wife gave birth to our daughter here. Amazing staff on rotation. We were there for 3 night and had an amazing experience from the food, the quality of the rooms, and the experience in the staff that always made us feel that we were priority.

PCR test done very quickly, good hygiene results the next morning. Not crowded, almost no waiting time, but people smoking marijuana, literally 2 meters IN FRONT of the entrance of the respiratory emergency... there should be security at the gates.

I had the best experience with all the staff at hospital. Everyone was super friendly even though I didn't speak a word of Spanish. Even other patients helped me out with translating information to the staff.

Imagine being in a wheelchair, trying to get into urgent care for a surgery you had there, and not being helped about when you arrive, somehow managed to get into the triage and then be left alone, then get the need to use the bathroom at a place not clearly design to be used for people with mobility issues, then the only person available to help you is another patient passing by. It's such a shame that all of this happened here, where I have yet to get medical attention for my urgent needs.

Ralf Stephani: In this hospital at the beginning of March, I was given great help in eliminating my hip pain. The team around Dr. Moore worked absolutely professionally with great success. Thanks, couldn't be better! May/ June 2023 After I received such great help on my right hip in March 2023 and I had an unshakeable trust in Dr. Jose Luis Moore Velasques, I asked him to operate on my left hip as soon as possible. Already on May 7th, 2023 I had an operation on my left hip because of unbearable pain. In several clinics I was told that 12 months should elapse between operations. Not so with the doctor I trust. Just 4 days later I flew back to Curacao pain-free. The painkillers were left untouched in the bedside table! Suddenly being able to walk pain-free again was Mr dr Jose Luis Moore Velasques to me. No helpers, no pitying looks, no pain! Being able to participate in normal life again was wonderful. My physiotherapist told me he had never seen such a professional surgical scar in his 20 years of experience. Do not come here even if you think that your dying or have any serious medical problem, absolutely terrible care and attention takes 6-12 hours for them to even do simple blood test or any real examinations. Really there rating should BE honest and lower then where it currently is, also technologically speaking their WAY behind.

If you need immediate medical attention do not come here this is absolutely the worst hospital I've ever had to come, unfortunately, I almost died here from a heart attack and they did nothing to help me except treat me like a ragdoll. Absolute garbage attention and no care for the patients, I literally had to waddle my way out of that hospital as If this is a movie, I would give them ZERO STARS if I could, save uour time and go elsewhere.

Be aware of the medical assistant of Dr Dueñas ( third floor, big tower, " Jennifer"). She treats you wonderfully in front of the doctor, but when you ask for the results or extra important information at the reception or on the phone, she is the rudest. Staff needs to be trained in HOSPITALITY 101.

I see quite a bit of negative reviews which made me nervous going here, and I know it’s all subjective but I had a good experience. Although I do have international insurance so I’m sure that played a part. They got me in fast and the doctor was very friendly & helpful. She was gentle with my hurt shoulder and even offered pain meds in hospital although I declined. it may be a bit expensive in Peruvian standards but if you are coming from North America it is still a small fraction of what you would pay back home( just the X-rays alone in the US would have been significantly more than my total bill here) All in all not a bad experience at all just make sure you have cash or insurance because you pay at the time of visit not like in North America where you can do a payment plan

Simply THE WORST!!! I do not recommend this place at all, don’t even bother to call them because Janet (the secretary or receptionist) will transfer you or hang up. Don’t try to explain them why are you feeling sick because she will yawn and laugh at you. Bad bad experience!!!

I call and call, of the three phones, no one answers 📞 one needs to know about their relatives, visiting hours and other questions. They should improve this telephone information service

My elderly mother was hospitalized, and was very well attended and cared for, as well as her guardian being promptly informed of her condition. I am very grateful for the attention she received there, because they even made sure that due to her position she would not get more bedsores. I was really very afraid because I had two terrible experiences in other hospitals (Barros Luco, the worst, and another that is not even worth giving the name).

Service on level 4 is racist. This place does not welcome foreigners. Avoid.

I just needed a very simple medication before taking a flight back home - had to wait forever to talk to a doctor, who then proceeded to conduct various useless tests and in the end charged four times the European price for the medication. Avoid.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Cano (otorringologa) 7:45 pm. I even showed up early at 7:30 pm as instructed. Last appointment of the day. But surprise the doctor escapes out the back door and leaves me sitting there. A total lack of formality and lack of respect for their patients. What a joke!

The parking is FATAL (it is tiny, too narrow and almost scraping the car on every curve) in addition to being VERY EXPENSIVE (6.5 soles per hour/fraction when it should be free for all the time one is in and how much it costs to attend)

Yesterday I was in the pediatric emergency with my daughter, there were too many patients and only one doctor attending. My daughter had colic, vomited in the waiting room from 7:20 pm to 10:03 pm and they never treated her. I had to go in until the offices to assert my right as a patient and one of the very insolent nurses began to scold me that I couldn't record it and that I had to wait two more hours. My daughter never received care and I had to take her to another clinic. A terrible clinic, zero empathy with its clients.

The delay in care is terrible. They just give you an appointment. The worst designed parking lot. All the scratched walls of the poor cars and trucks that barely pass. Mine was no exception and now I have to get it fixed. It ends up being a terrible experience and a physical, mental and emotional drain on going to this clinic. On top of that, they charge a lot and that's the first thing that matters to them.

2 months ago was my aunt's valve change operation and it was a complete success. I am very grateful for everything they did before, during and after the operation. The months before the operation, each of the specialists showed a very humane treatment, an adjective that paradoxically is seen less and less in doctors. After the operation, they kept her hospitalized for more than 3 weeks and did not discharge her until the tests they performed daily gave good results, that is, without showing any rush to free up a bed, prioritizing the patient's safety. Thank you very much to everyone who makes INCOR the hospital it is. Keep going like this!

I am very grateful and proud that INCOR is a Peruvian hospital. Each doctor, each nurse or service staff has been protective angels for me. I was there 23 days, I have lived it, I can assure you. I am completely outraged and frustrated with the service provided by Hospital São Camilo at the Ipiranga Unit in recent months. I had the misfortune of needing to go to the hospital a few times in a short period of time, and every time I went I had a terrible experience. But I'm going to focus on the day before yesterday, which was the last straw, and my cup of patience overflowed. The day before yesterday (11/21) I went to the hospital at 11:05 pm, with a severe migraine, nausea and weakness. When I went through the triage, they didn't even check my temperature, my blood pressure was high (14/9) and as the nurse said “it must be nothing, it could be because of your pain”. So far I agree, it could be because of the pain or my pain could be because of the pressure. I received a GREEN bracelet! Taking into account that the hospital follows the Manchester protocol, because of my absurd pain (those who have migraines know what I'm talking about) and because of my high blood pressure, I shouldn't have to wait for care for 2 hours (which is what says the Manchester protocol for the color GREEN). But they gave me this bracelet, and several people passed in front of me, it took more than 2 hours to wait to speak to the doctor, that's why I showed my indignation at the delay, because if I had remained quiet I would have waited another 2 hours. And the reception says that other people passed in front of me because they were other doctors, or it was orthopedics, or a general surgeon or Covid. And they also reiterated “you already and next time, the doctor was collecting the returns” IN other words, more people passed in front of me who were being discharged from the hospital, and yet were already medicated. Therefore, I was forgotten at reception with the pain they call N°10! And everyone knows that the more irritated a person gets, the worse the pain and the worse the pressure. So seeing my despair, where I was almost fainting from the pain, the receptionist asked me to go to the triage to re-evaluate my condition. Arriving at the screening, the blessed one looks at my face and says “Well?” I explain that the reception asked to reevaluate me and he responds “How? The reception?" I said “yes, the reception, the girl who is there at the tables”, and he replied “Really the reception?” I said yes!" and I pointed to the person, then he looked like he wasn't happy and checked my blood pressure again, it was still 14/9! After that I had to wait another 30 minutes until I was called, the receptionist was already desperate too, calling the hospital and informing them that I was feeling ill. Everyone passed by me, and did NOTHING! I was called to the doctor's room at 1:11 am, they made me wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, which according to the Manchester protocol should have been attended to with an ORANGE bracelet, and within 10 minutes. I can and I feel entitled to say that it was a failure to provide help, as my clinical condition was delicate, and the screening data and my face did not deny this, quite the contrary, they affirmed it. In a hospital like São Camilo, where I have been treated since I was 7 years old, when it still had the pediatrics area, you have left a LOT to be desired. You are a PRIVATE hospital, in case you forgot, if you are “short of professionals” hire more professionals. FOLLOW the protocol that YOU yourselves say you follow. Why a person almost fainting from pain, WITH ALL SURE IN THE WORLD, is not a green bracelet. And if it's too much to follow a WORLDWIDE protocol, STOP using and deceiving the people who will be served. Don't give me speeches about “we were without doctors”, “the four doctors who were attending were from other areas”, “your high blood pressure must be nothing”, “can I give you medicine X?”, “they are taking care of cases more serious than yours”, “the doctors were just going through the returns” because I'm TIRED of your lame excuses. I prefer you to take the time you would spend responding to me and review your services and professionals, why I felt neglected and in a hospital that for me was an example.

I want to thank the entire team who were with me throughout my hospitalization, who welcomed me with so much affection and dedication. This team knew how to help me when I was really bad, they held my hand, and always gave me words of comfort. Unparalleled empathy. Congratulations to everyone and I ask that God gives double everything you gave to us. Kiss in the heart 🥰 I don't remember everyone's name, but it ranged from doctors, nurses day and night, to other sectors, physiotherapists, kitchen maids and cleaning assistants.

Great place for medical emergency

I went to the clinic for an appointment scheduled for 11am and was only seen at 12:40pm by another doctor. During the wait, I did not receive any clarification regarding the doctor's delay. I found the service I received very disrespectful, as in addition to not having the schedule respected, I was also referred to another doctor. This type of treatment for any patient is absurd, especially in a place where the majority of patients are more emotionally and physically vulnerable.

I was very well looked after by the oncocentro team during my chemotherapy! Team super prepared to help us! my gratitude to Dr Rafael Brant, my oncologist, for his efficient treatment!

Impeccable service! From reception to the doctor's office! My mother follows up with Dr. Ana Izabela, an excellent professional! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Excellent nursing team, I had problems on a few occasions releasing the medication (bureaucratic part), but something punctual. The team was very attentive and dedicated to the patient. Very happy to recognize the quality and exceptional service of the entire team.

Great service, especially from the receptionists and customer service assistant. I didn't really like the hematologist's care, but everything else was very good.

I gave priority to starting treatment at the clinic, on the recommendation of an incredible doctor. I was received very well by Dr. Clarissa and Dr. Liliana who are accompanying me in this process, but the reception team, appointments, among others, do not have the same desire to help, I believe that they are not strongly aligned with the purpose of the institution, there is no point in having welcoming doctors and the other sectors are involved in the process . Immediately they need to go through a recycling, the clinic has to be a welcoming and harmonious place.

Really good service for a tourist in need of a quick prescription. I was seen within 15 mins and got the medication I needed. Doctor spoke English which was helpful

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

The only good thing about this hospital is the view because the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to this hospital because it is the one that referred me to my social work. I traveled from the interior (1500kms) and arrived for my shift ON TIME to see the doctor. They attended to me 3 HOURS later. Then the doctor asked me to get an MRI done at the same hospital. Those who assisted me told me that I had to send a WhatsApp (since I was in person to request an appointment). I arrived at the place where I was staying and requested an appointment. They wanted to give me a shift almost a month later. I told them my situation and the urgency (since I had traveled many kilometers and couldn't stay that long). They cared little or nothing. They didn't give overtime shifts. After an odyssey to get the MRI, I was able to do it but in another place in the capital a day later. I already had to go back so the doctor asked me to continue the treatment by teleconsultation. I left Buenos Aires the first days of September. WE ARE ALMOST REACHING DECEMBER and it is the 5th time that I cannot have the teleconsultation with the doctor. It is a disaster!. They make excuses that my social insurance doesn't cover it when I had already told them that I had no problem paying it privately but they continue to tease me. I hope my social work changes the hospital where it refers its members because it is truly regrettable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND MUCH LESS IF YOU ARE FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Maybe they have some other problem in the administrative and customer service part. It can always be improved!! The one that has the most weaknesses is the administrative part of neurology. But like I said they can improve. But as for the professionals, they are very attentive and excellent, I can confirm that 🐘😁❤️☮️ I've been going for years!
