I had an appointment for replacing a broken filling at 4:30 and had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor. No respect for the customer's time. The doctor was good, but doesn't really explain what's he doing, you also feel he's rushed to see other customers.

Came on Saturday for a follow up appointment, I waited 45 minutes to be seen. The first Dr. who came to see me obviously was not able to communicate with me so the other Dr, (Amir) who speaks english came then and had a very quick look on my teeth, he suggested a root canal treatment!! which is a complicated treatment! I told him I came last week and the other Dr. suggested to do permanent filling as root canal is like last option and don't want to go into complicated procedure as a first option. He then said why not! and he started to suggest to do unnecessary X-ray and do other things just for sake of getting money! I simply left and never come again. If you want to destroy your teeth and in addition spend unnecessary money then come to this clinic. Very bad customer treatment by Dr.s as well. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My reply to the owner's comment: First of all, I appreciate that you admit the fact you can’t control the schedule of your clients> I waited 40 minutes! You said I have been 3 times to your clinic--- that’s false information You said I have been to 5 different clinics before I came to your clinic -----that’s false information!! Please try to call me and get the facts rather than accusing me! My problem with my tooth is that filling is not stable and I was looking for more stronger filling options, not root canal treatment for God sake!! There is only a small crack in my tooth and that what caused sensitivity and he wanted an X-ray for it!! I don’t buy that. You mentioned your clinic offers free consultation, well I can see how you compensate that by ordering unnecessary X-rays and extra.. I am extremely disappointed and please don’t expect me to come again even if you offer free consultation because I can see there is no work ethics in your clinic.
