As a proud father and a husband, I can't express enough gratitude and joy for the wonderful experience we had delivering our second baby at Assunta Hospital. From the moment we stepped into the hospital to the moment we left with our bundle of joy, the entire journey was filled with care, compassion, and professionalism. In the Operation Theater, we were surrounded by an exceptional team of Doctors and nurses who were nothing short of angels. The team's attentiveness and dedication were truly commendable. Moving on to the Nursery, the care provided to our newborn was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our baby was comfortable and receiving all the necessary attention. The nurturing environment in the Nursery filled us with confidence, knowing that our baby was in the best possible hands during their early days. And last but not least, the Lavender Ward, where we spent a few days post-delivery, was good experience. The nurses in the ward were incredibly compassionate and accommodating. They not only took care of the baby but also made sure my wife was comfortable and well-rested. Their support throughout the day and night was invaluable, and we cannot thank them enough for their tireless dedication. Overall, our experience at Assunta Hospital was truly exceptional!

Very rude customer service staff at Counter 2 before reaching this department. First, given pen without ink to fill up registration form. Next, entered wrongly marital status and contact number of patient. Then, when I asked for direction to mammogram department, he raised his voice in giving direction. Very bad 1st time visit to this hospital. However, ended with friendly radiologist.

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.
