August 11, 2023
I had to stay in longer than expected and the level of care I received was exemplary. My nursing team of Michelle (day) and Ayesha (nights) along with Raffi, ward doctor, could not have been improved. They were kind, caring, attentive and knowledgeable - everything you would want them to be. I feel very lucky that I was able to have my operation done at St Edmunds hospital as I feel truly lucky to have been looked after by them, especially during the difficult 24 hours post surgery. They are an absolute credit to your team. Thank you.

June 26, 2023
I was not given written information, risks and benefits of treatment or asked for informed consent until 30 minutes before the procedure. It was impossible to get in contact with anybody at the hospital to discuss my concerns about the need for this information beforehand - I could only get through to reception who tried to help but could only leave messages for the team I needed to speak to. The medical team on the day were very professional and put me at ease. I thought the room was quite depressing and it was very hot with no air con so uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable chairs in room also.

They were excellent, couldn’t be happier with the service I received. It was my first time and a private hospital and I would happily pay again for treatment. They even called me the following day just to make sure I was ok
