The theater begins with a hanger, and the medical center with the reception. The girls at the reception are always polite, the situation is different: someone arrived without an appointment, someone arrived half a day earlier, etc., but they will professionally and humanly explain and help resolve the issues that have arisen. There are comfortable sofas in the foyer of the center, personal lockers for the return of clothes, coffee in the machine with affordable prices is very tasty, the toilet for the disabled is really convenient, and not for show, the children's corner is very nice, while we are waiting we are watching on huge plasmas about the activities of the medical center. On the ground floor there is a cafe, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. My doctor Vasily Alexandrovich Ermolaev is a professional, a doctor from God and a wonderful person, thank you very much! Now my Sorceress Yulia Alexandrovna Polshkova is helping me, but how else can you say it? Thanks to her, I started walking again! Of course, there is a recovery program, but the main thing is support and faith in your strength, and Yulia Alexandrovna always invests a part of her soul, I see this, because she puts each patient on her feet and rejoices in our victories. Shock wave therapy is a painful procedure, but Yulia Alexandrovna does it carefully, constantly controls it so that it does not hurt much, but it is a very effective procedure. I communicate in the exercise therapy room with different patients and everyone, without exception, is satisfied that they are being treated in this medical center. I wish health and prosperity to all employees, and PROSPERITY to the German Center!!!

On April 13, I came to see orthopedist Ermolov for a consultation. The doctor was 15 minutes late, the nurse didn’t say anything that the doctor was late, everything seemed to be in the order of things... I had to ask myself why there was no doctor. When the doctor arrived, he led the boy like a “star.” He was very proud, he was not interested in what I was being treated with, but he was interested in the opinions of other doctors in order to add his opinion to a larger number. In a word, mutual responsibility... He refused to look at the MRI disk - apparently he was saving time by being late. I have a medical education and I quickly realized that an open and honest consultation would not work. I turned around and left. It is better not to deal with such doctors! It is better to pay attention to their work experience, because... This is general experience, and you don’t know how long he actually does prosthetics. If there really were specialists there, there would be a lot of people there, but the center would be empty. The employees there are running around with coffee in their hands because they have nothing to do and consider it prestigious, just like in the market... the corridors are dark, not like in real medical centers. Friends, beware of such establishments! The chief physician also participates in mutual responsibility. In a word, a dark shop!
