I went in on a Sunday morning. I was seen right away. Had an exam, ekg, x-ray and labwork done and finished with it all in 3 hours. Was treated well!

Very disappointed, My friend met with an accident and has a swelling in knee joint, he went to the hospital to get medical attention and they made him to wait for 5 hours on day1 and told him to come tomorrow, when he went on the next day they made him to wait for 7 seven hours to check his scan results and gave appointment for 3 days later.

What a fantastic ER and 1st floor ICU staff. We cannot thank them enough for the care they provided to their patients and address the patients' family's concern. My 80 years old dad that was brought to the ER from another facility in a critical condition and Dr. Mole from the ER provided great care and took the time to call us to give updates. When my dad was shift to the ICU under Dr. Tiu's care she was very easy to talk to. She called us daily to report on my dad's health status. We are so grateful to the doctors, nurses for the amazing care they provide their patients especially given the pandemic. They listen to the families concerns, suggestions when we advocate for our dear ones. They work as a team with the family to help the patient. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and care.
