This is mainly aimed at Ophthalmic Outpatient Clinic at the Šumper Hospital. I don't really understand where the mistake is, we go here often and it's always the same. You are ordered and always, they take all of them within 3 hours of ordering at the earliest. They don't call you to the doctor's office according to your order or order. There are 3 doctors and three nurses. Yes. You can see that they have something to do and they won't stop. There are mostly older people here, around 70+, I talked to a few people and they told me they had to wait 4 hours!? For God's sake, I'm asking. Why order so many people for one day!? Very bad organization and you really have no choice. Because we are punished by the fact that some don't even get anywhere (closer)... It's sad, please do something about it :(

My reality is that 2 maximum satisfaction and now the third time never again at the orthopedics nurses disaster, not all of them, but after that they have children from Zdravka, so they give them a really nice example of total lack of interest in patients, they won't explain anything to you, they won't tell you. Both the nurses and the doctors of the house are acting like total idiots. Who invented something and is annoying there. Again, not all the doctors. And the food was a disaster, it was impossible to be sure. And again, only now, years ago, the orthopedics was great. And the food was great, so where is the fault. Well Asia in the lead. So they would probably like to change him to orthopedics there
