Clinic Institute of the Cardiology and Internal Diseases in Almaty
Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Cardiology was organized in November 1977. according to the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan and the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR and the order of the Ministry of Health of the Kazakh SSR No. 832 of December 9, 1977. "On the organization in Alma-Ata of the Kazakh Research Institute of Cardiology of the Ministry of Health of the Kazakh SSR." The creation of the institute was due to the need for adequate and rational use of the human resources available in Kazakhstan, streamlining scientific developments in the field of cardiology, improving the quality of providing specialized cardiological care to the population. 2001 - the institute was transformed into the Scientific Research Institute of Cardiology and Internal Medicine, since then the tasks of the institute have expanded significantly. Today, the Research Institute of Cardiology and Internal Diseases is the leading institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where annually inpatient care is provided to patients with the most complex cardiological, endocrinological, rheumatological, allergic, gastroenterological diseases from all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2010, the institute received the status of the Republican State Enterprise on the REM "Research Institute of Cardiology and Internal Diseases" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2019 - a joint-stock company.
