I recently underwent cosmetic surgery at this hospital, and while the facility itself is undoubtedly impressive, I must share my mixed experience regarding the staffing, particularly for cosmetic surgery procedures. It is crucial for prospective patients to understand that despite the hospital's modern and well-equipped environment, the level of service may not always align with the hospital's image. I feel compelled to write this review to potentially assist others considering undergoing a similar procedure alone, as having someone by your side can greatly enhance the support you receive. The hospital's infrastructure, which is nothing short of remarkable. The cutting-edge equipment, state-of-the-art facilities, and clean, modern environment create an immediate sense of trust and reassurance. The hospital appears to prioritize investing in advanced technology and maintaining a visually appealing atmosphere, which certainly contributes to a positive first impression. However, the nursing staff assigned to patients undergoing cosmetic procedures seemed unfamiliar with the unique needs and considerations of post-surgical care in this specific field. There were instances where I needed assistance, but it took longer than expected for a nurse to respond to my calls or requests. I understand that they may be overworked, and it is not entirely their fault. It seems they have heavy workloads and are not adequately compensated for the luxury hospital experience that patients perceive. Had I been alone during my recovery process, I would have faced a lot of difficulties, physicially and mentally. Fortunately, I had the support of my sister and mother, who played an essential role in advocating for my needs and ensuring that I received the necessary attention and care. I can only imagine the challenges someone would face if they were alone and unable to rely on a trusted companion during their recovery. While I understand that staffing issues can occur in any healthcare institution, it is important for a hospital with such high standards and a reputation for excellence to prioritize consistency across all areas, including staffing for cosmetic surgery patients. I encourage anyone considering a cosmetic procedure at this hospital to ensure they have a reliable support system in place during their recovery. Having someone by your side can help navigate the challenges and ensure you receive the care you require.

My son was admitted for 10 days. The hospital is immaculate. My son was under the supervision of Dr. Fatih Aydin. He is an expert, plus very compassionate which makes him a superb paediatric doctor. Moreover, all the nurses were lovely, especially Ilayda. As I cannot speak Turkish, I was dependent on the translators who were excellent. I feel I must mention Begjan, Ameen & Mustafa. Begjan was extremely helpful when obtaining necessary documents. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff at the Liv branch. Thank you.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. And give this hospital advice tho change him racisim rules for the people.
