One of the worst experience i had in a hospital. Waiting for almost more than 3 hours is not good when you are sick and the women in the information desk badly treated me. She doesn't even know the international launguage- English and was a pure racist. I thought this was one of the best hospitals in Riga. But certainly not.

Absolutely horrible reception, no decency and no manners at all. The receptionist was very rude when I asked for directions to a room I couldn't find, she was acting as if it's not her job! I mean, why is she a RECEPTIONIST if she's not willing to help us find information about the hospital. Ruined my whole day.

My father in law is still here in intensive care. I have nothing but good things to say about the nurses and doctors working here. He's been here for two weeks now, so it's not a rash judgment. Update: after three months of intense fight for his life, my father in law lost the battle. I still stand by what I said, these people did everything humanly possible to cure him and ease his pain. I wish they worked in my city and that my family and I have people like these in our time of need.
