Your time spent here will largely consist of dealing with unprofessional people, expensive doctors and a lot of waiting. Its a pretty building, with amazing facilities. But the employees, nurses and doctors do not carry the same level of polish as the building. If you’re insured and you must come here, fine, but if not, go to any other big hospital. I was admitted on an emergency for nearly fainting due to extreme food poisoning and I was left to wait for the 1 doctor evaluating ER patients to see me, by then, my condition had worsened.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Saudi German Hospital Cairo, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The hospital is very well-organized, and the staff is highly professional and caring. I was particularly impressed with the doctors, who were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I visited the hospital for a routine checkup, but I was very impressed with the facilities and services that were available. The hospital has a wide range of specialist departments, including cardiology, oncology, and neurology. The hospital also has a state-of-the-art emergency department, which is equipped to handle all types of emergencies. The staff at Saudi German Hospital Cairo are very caring and attentive. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The doctors were also very patient and understanding. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in detail. Overall, I was very impressed with Saudi German Hospital Cairo. The hospital is well-organized, the staff is professional and caring, and the facilities are state-of-the-art. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for high-quality medical care in Cairo.

I lost my grandpa who was the closest person to me in the ER, doctors are oblivious and ignorant, online it says to admit people with aneurysms to an OR asap yet my grandpa was in the ER for three hours and died there, i saw the doctors walking around fast having phone calls,what looked like they were freaking out because there is no surgeon or an available OR. Its so bad to lose someone like this. I am not mad at the hospital only but at this country. We paid 12k after with insurance covering 40%, so it’s about 20k. They spent one hour doing blood tests and another trying to measure his blood pressure because they didn’t trust their equipment, basically i can say if you have any serious emergency don’t go there, unless you don’t care about coming out. A side note google maps shouldn’t be where we post hospital reviews. But what can we do anyway in this country. It’s a lost cause.
