I feel compelled to share my experience at this private hospital. As a patient’s family member, my expectations were higher compared to a public hospital. However, I was disappointed by the attitude of one nurse in particular, the "kind" Indian lady nurse, bigger size with glasses on, wearing Green uniform, at the level 1 Endoscopy nurse counter. During my spouse's surgery, I was naturally concerned and wanted to accompany them to the designated area. Despite informing the front counter nurse at the "registration & payment" that I would like to briefly go in and check, the other nurses told me to wait outside. I respected their instructions and patiently waited. After about 30 minutes, I decided to check again as the front counter nurse had initially given me permission to do so. However, the "kind" Indian nurse responded rudely, questioning why I kept walking around. Perhaps and logically that if the designated area is not accessible to non-patients, it would be beneficial to have visible signs indicating such restrictions, similar to other doors in the hospital. This would help avoid confusion and ensure that patients and their families are aware of the areas they can access. It was unclear whether non-patients were allowed to enter the designated area. One nurse provided us with instructions and permission to enter, while another nurse, whom I referred to as the "kind" Indian nurse, responded in a rude and sarcastic manner, stating that we were not allowed. This inconsistency in communication created confusion and left a negative impression. I believe it is important for healthcare professionals to understand the concerns and emotions of patients and their families. While I acknowledge that everyone may have their bad days, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and service provided by this particular nurse. It is my hope that she will gain a better understanding of the perspective of patients' families in the future. Overall, this experience did not meet the level of service I expected from a private hospital. I sincerely hope that improvements can be made to enhance the patient experience and provide better support to families during such critical times.

Very clean and serene at the lobby. No parking hassle & visiting hour is very punctual. Lots of affordable vendors inside. Cafe has lots of meal options. MRT is right infront of their entrance which is very convenient. Awesome doctors works together on getting the best result for their patients. Recommended

The doctors and nurses here are very helpful, understand my special identity and give me enough private space during my admission. Their service is also very attentive, I won’t say I wish to come back again , but I would say that if anything on hospitalisation, you are still my first choice☺️ Thanks !
