Simply the best Hospital in Hanoi. Expensive yes but not too much. High quality clean and professional staff. Located inside Times City it allows it to have also a clean neighborhood. I highly recommend this hospital. Also many staff are English speakers so it's good for foreigners

Come to this hospital for emergency body allergy. Was here 4 nights for medical checkup and treatment. I was assigned to tropical decease ward due to inflammation on skin. Overall room is standard remind me of Subang Jaya Medical Center by Sime Darby in Malaysia. Both have very similar vibes as private hospital and hospitality services. Nurse is helpful and supportive during the time. Food menu is dynamic, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese & Western. I tried all type of cuisine but highly recommended Vietnamese cuisine here. Their canteen chef is really good in cooking Vietnamese food. Only the flow in the hospital is a bit slow and I spent 4 nights more than my expectations. And there's 2 days in hospital actually just rest well in room and no any test or examination. Also the important report and conclusion still need to wait 1 weeks to know what happen to my allergy. Maybe doctor is busy and in the weekend also. But overall compare to domestic hospital here this is consider quite complete and fast already.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.
