I had a check-up with an orthopedic doctor named Valdez today and was very disappointed. I found his tone rude and he even raised his voice at me. I don't plan to return to this hospital and am worried about how he might interact with other patients, particularly those with mental health issues or children. The experience was traumatic for me.

This hospital was worth to visit. The staffs at the lobby are very accommodating. They gave me precise answers to my questions and also assisted me to the department. The guards were welcoming. Thank you for your great service. May the company will continue to provide that kind of service.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The guards, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating, and I felt well taken care of. The ER Doctor was particularly impressive, as they took the time to explain everything in detail. However, there were some drawbacks. The ER bed areas were a bit small, with only one chair, no table, and limited space to walk around. This made the waiting area less comfortable than I would have liked. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.
