If you have heart problems, Asklepios Klinik St. Georg will take care of it for you. Friendly and helpful nurses and highly skilled Doctors / Surgeons with high tech equipment.
Only thing I miss is a canteen where you can buy healthy meals. The small Campus Suite had not much to offer.

Very friendly, understanding and helpful stuff. I went there with a lot of pain on a Sunday, because I had no appointment I had to wait approx. 3 hours but they did everything to make me feel comfortable during the waiting time.
Many thanks to everyone that works there!

I was at the Asklepios Klinik St. Georg in the month of February in 2017 for a heart operation. I had suffered a heart attack and was wheeled in from my hotel.
The ambulance was pretty quick to come, as I am not fluent in German, I was happy to find that the field Doctor who came for the emergency was surprisingly fluent in English. She asked me the usual question, all valid ones, did a quick ECG and decided that I must be admitted.
At the hospital, I met an English speaking Doctor again, he was kind but a weird. All is tattoos and piercing was putting me a bit off but they I would be so wrong to make any judgments. He did the routine checkup too and as the initial test was not convincing, I was put on an MRI, and then an angiogram. They did administrator some Morphin after I asked them to and only after the cause of pain was realized. Soon after I was put under the lights and a stent was inserted.
Next, I found myself in the ICU and later in the bed for the next one week. The hospital staff was well trained, there was no bias although I am non-EU. The hospital was clean, though the neighbours were always noisy and irritating. The night shift nurses, again a highly tattooed one was quite friendly and chirpy, helped me ease my pain.
Just one complaint, I did not find good support after I was discharged, the Emergency is not well maintained and it appeared to me like no-one actually cared in the emergency.
Except that everything else was good, I upload food pics because these are the only pictures I made while I was at the hospital- it was not the best but then I did not expect anything better ;) Cheers.
