I recently had the privilege of receiving care at Ross Hall Hospital, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The nurses and staff were exceptionally kind, understanding, and professional. Their dedication to providing the best care was evident throughout my stay. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service I received. Ross Hall Hospital is a top-notch healthcare facility, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking excellent medical care.

All the staff were extremely helpful. They helped put me at ease prior to my treatment and also took special care of me whilst in recovery . My overall praise has to go to the porter who accompanied me to & from the theatre. I wish I could remember his name as he deserves an award for his genuine patient care.

I received day surgery here for an issue after 2 years and wish it was only sooner if I had only known about them then. For it being a hospital of course there helping all these individuals through their personal medical journeys, but as soon as I walked through the doors it carried a warm light atmosphere and every single person was polite, smiley, happy and helpful with high warm energies. Truly was an exceptionally experience and most definitely could never see a mistake being made the amount of checks and repeats and signing off ensuring no room for error on that part. The surgeon Dr Paterson was every thing you could hope for instantly brings that energy were you feel safe and grateful he’s carrying out the procedure. Well done Ross Hall Hospital!
