I had a little procedure here and I found my experience to be a good one. The staff were extremely friendly and Dr Tang is absolutely brilliant. I’ve see him a few times and he has been extremely supportive and professional every step of the way.

Last Saturday I went to Nuffield Highgate Hospital as I had an appointment for blood tests. Overall, I had a negative experience for a number of reasons: Initially, in order to make the appointment, I called them and they said that I have to send them an email. I then sent a detailed email with all my details + referral letter from my GP listing out the required blood tests. After 3 days no one got back to me. So I then had to call them again to book the appointment. As the receptionist did not have access to the email that I sent few days prior to the call, she had to take my details over the phone. Of course, she was not able to fully understand the list of blood tests required as I was dictating. When I went for the appointment onsite, I asked them to review the list of blood tests required. Unsurprisingly, the list that they had was wrong and incomplete. So I had to pull my phone and open the referral letter from my GP so they can write down all the blood tests required on a post it note. Finally, after the nurse collected the blood, I asked them to also share the results with me via email. They said that they cannot do this even though they are a private hospital! They said that they can only send the results to a doctor. Ironically, I was the one who had to give them the email address of my GP clinic. Verdict: stay away! You will either end up with the wrong blood test results or no results at all!

A fantastic hospital! I had ACL surgery -all my appointments were on time and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Post surgery I have done physio with Gladys Ojugo who has been exceptional. Gladys is always very thorough, and her physio plan for me has been absolutely excellent! Thank you
