I saw this hospital is just rated just 2 stars and I felt sad. Your ratings affects the lives of people that work here, including their family. Specially my mom an OFW who works 30-40 hours a week to sustain her family here in the Philippines. Please visit this hospital, the staffs I know are my mom friends and they are full of life. This hospital deserves 5 star because Filipino Nurses that work here are the best.

I recently had an appointment and regrettably, my experience was quite unpleasant. I want to share my concerns about both the treatment and the attitude I encountered during the visit. My primary concern was the pressure I felt to undergo surgery. I merely requested some time to consider the surgical option, which I believe is my right as a patient. However, my request seemed to upset doctor and their demeanor towards me deteriorated significantly. Not only did they decline to recommend any alternative treatments or medications, but they also withheld basic medical advice. Furthermore, I explained my situation to doctor and inquired about the possibility of obtaining sick leaves due to my condition. Unfortunately, my requests were met with resistance, and the doctor declined to provide sick leaves, despite my pressing need for it. I believe that patients should be allowed the time and information necessary to make informed decisions about their healthcare. It is disheartening to have experienced such a lack of understanding and empathy during this visit. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in the patient-doctor relationship and the overall patient experience in your facility.
