I get that it's a hospital and all of them have policies and problems, but each time I went there i had to sit there for over five hours for nothing. Two times shifts changed as i was waiting and the doctors coming in didn't know I was waiting apparently. Was passing out in the hallway waiting to get help. Plus, if you came by own car not an ambulance, don't bother. They will treat all the drunkies and junkies brought in by ambulance before you no matter how bad it is, unless you literally pass out there.

Wery poor service in the emergency department. Had to wait for 9 hours just to get the prescription for a blocked back. Never seen such a bad and long, separately standing organisation. First, two receptionist which was dressed in the mini dress was not agree with each other if the hospital could take us or not. Then 2 hours waiting for a tension taking. The next step was a questioning by a doctor which we had to wait another couple of hours. After the x-ray we was hoping to finally go home any time soon.. We were waiting for another 4 hours for a doctor to see us I had to scandal, so finally it had started to move. We had to wait another hour for our prescription after the doctor saw us. Even the cashier had to go away and do some other stuff while we were paying!!! We've had a horrible day having hard time trying to question any of the personal to have at least some of the information on how mutch time it will take or what will happen next. They were just laughing and didn't know what to say. All of the patients in the hospital were revolted! I wanted to cry watching the two 90 year ladies trying to sand together and wait. And it was actually more expensive as if we had to go to the private clinic! Just really sad situation.. In such a big hospital, such a bad organization.

Came in for an emergency on a national holdiday at 6am, was greeted by very nice staff. Plus the overall experince was very professional. And despite the fact that I am deathly affraid of doctors and hospitals the staff did their best to make this experience more than bareable. Did not like the food but what do you expect from hospital.
