Good service.Friendly and helpful staff, nurses and security team. Parking fees for both car and motorbike are considered costly/hour rate.Clean and neat for local standard hospital.Make sure you bring along all copied docs because the copy facility available charges with unreasonable price. Staff speaks only Bahasa.

Astaghfirullah, no long queue, but still took many hours to complete the task. They need to learn how to valuate the precious time. The doctors were fine, but the management was terrible Update : Its getting worst. Manual registration served better than online registration.

is a pretty nice medium size hospital in pekanbaru with good numbers of doctors and specialist. they have great service in ER, specialist that we visited is professional and knowledgeable. location is quite convenient.
