Went yesterday from California for the first time to get a couple of wisdom teeth extracted. The facilities were clean, everyone was very friendly and spoke fluent English, the procedure was quick and safe thanks to Dr. Elias Rodriguez! I will be returning for the other two wisdom teeth extraction in a few months and again after that for a safe, clean, affordable dental experience!

I had my teeth cleaning today with Dr. Elias. The procedure lasted about 30 minutes. He was very good at explaining each step. I thoughts it would be longer the 30 minutes. I do get my teeth clean every four months. The location is close to my apartment. I will refer my Airbnb and Booking Guest.

Staff are not trained in costumer service. Huge lack of communication and professionalism. One of the staffs even “laughed” passive aggressively when I was trying to explain my concerns. The receptionist said last names that were not mine, while trying to find my file, she said Bernadette, Garcia, Montes etc instead of asking me to repeat my name. I think they missed their confidentiality training too. Front staff are not meant for any costumer service what so ever. The doctors are more professional than the staff. I suggest a great deal patience is you’re considering dealing with these incompetent receptionist.
I will start with the positives. The place is very clean, staff is professional and the doctors and assistants are great! Unfortunately, the billing process is somewhat stressful. My husband experienced a 6 month delay in his insurance billing/ reimbursement and I was hopeful that it wasn’t the case for me. There seems to be a disconnect and lack of communication. There is a constant back and forth between office staff, insurance and documentation.
