St. Luke’s Medical Center is recognized as the leading and most respected healthcare institution in the Philippines. Its two facilities in Quezon City and Global City, Taguig are at par with the most advanced hospitals around the world. A testament to St. Luke's world class quality medical service is its accreditation with, and affiliation to, prestigious international organizations. St. Luke's Quezon City and Global City hospitals possess a combined total of 1146 well-appointed rooms to ensure that all patients can be comfortably attended to, without fear of a shortage in accommodations. Each is equipped with the best available equipment depending on patient requirements, even providing bespoke services such as a selective menu, a private butler, and advanced living amenities. St. Luke's believes that comfort and a positive experience are vital in the quest for health and recovery, and its range of patient rooms are designed with precisely these in mind. It is because St. Luke's rooms provide a restorative space perfect for healing that they are a sought-after choice for patients who need hospital care. A testament to this would be the combined average number of in-patient admissions per year for both Quezon City and Global City Hospitals, which is at 60,321 annually. Meanwhile, an average of 2.7 million yearly outpatient consultations indicates that St. Luke's is also the top-of-mind choice even when patients are not required to be admitted. With 12 institutes and various departments and centers serving its patients, St. Luke's practices a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of specific medical conditions, while significant investments have been made to acquire advanced medical technologies and equipment that provide the most accurate diagnostics possible. In the hands of skilled and committed doctors, these advanced tools help propel St. Luke's and its capabilities to the forefront of healthcare service in the Philippines. A rundown of the institution's most prominent centers and cutting-edge technologies verifies the hospital's position as a pioneer in the country’s health and wellness sphere: St. Luke's Research and Biotechnology arm, based in Quezon City, is a prime mover and catalyst in the advancement of medical science in the Philippines. Its remarkable progress is marked by the wealth of scientific data generated from the development of several molecular diagnostic tests which are then carried over to clinics and hospital wards, thereby elevating the standard of healthcare in the country. St. Luke's also offers Robotic Surgery, which is used to enhance the capabilities of surgeons in operations with limited maneuverable space. This technology has been used in urologic, gynecologic, ENT-HNS, and general surgery cases, and is a highly specialized surgical method that offers patient benefits such as minimal pain, less trauma, a shorter hospital stay, and minimal to no scarring. To date, St. Luke's has already performed close to 1000 Robotic Surgery procedures, and this number is expected to rise considering that it is a precise, painless, minimally-invasive technique. St. Luke's Robotic Surgery arm is also recognized as the fastest growing one of its kind in South East Asia.

Why does a hospital labeled "World Class" provide an ultrasound schedule a month later? This issue isn't recent; they could have addressed it by adding more machines to handle the patient load. St. Luke's moved Maxicare to their HMO Concierge, despite the limited space in the small building. Only a few individuals can enter the office, leaving others waiting outside in the sweltering heat.

I am all for a 5 Star hotel-experience inside St Luke's grandeur reception area. Everyone's hospitable (no pun intended) and courteous, probably because of the hospital's weird structure, you can easily get lost when trying to find a department, but thanks to their over manned personnel who are gladly to assist. Its just ironic to have a piano man playing as you enter, its like in a Titanic movie, the music soothes and calms you before an IV line is inserted.

My first time here when just inquiring I had a poor experience, but actually coming here to get the healthcare that we needed I must give them five stars because they do really have high-quality healthcare services, very competent and highly trained. Highly skilled and I must say highly and extensively. Experienced doctors and surgeons. Training or doing their residency here have a degree of prestige because they know they’re in a great establishment. They are gentle and they care. We brought our child here when she had a respiratory infection and we also had our new baby here, our room was nice and the package deal was a good price and we were treated well. The room had plenty of space for other immediate family members to sit or sleep. It was comfortable there were amenities like air conditioner a refrigerator private and very clean CR! You definitely get your moneys worth, and the food is kosher and they care about how good the food is that speaks volumes. I personally think the hospital needs to expand extensively even though it has been expanded. They need to expand even more, they have a lot to offer society even a lot to offer the world pertaining to healthcare services.
