I went there with my friends to congratulate my friend's mom who gave birth in that hospital and I can say that that hospital is a heaven. Everything is so clean and sanitary. Even the toilet was spotless that you could eat your dinner off that. The structure and design was well thought out as well. It was really luxurious. It was a beautiful place.

Absolutely horrible hospital. They did a wrong surgery despite telling them over two months what my problem is, but nobody cared and made an unnecessary surgery in removing parts which were actually healthy and I have now a disabled feet. Nobody cares, can't even reach the doctor in the orthopedy, because according them the controll time of 10 days is over. Since when you measure your check time for a surgery thats your own responsibility and own mistake only 10 days. Be aware, the hospital and their management is dangerous for your health. Stay away.

All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied.

We tried to get treatment for a twisted ankle. Diagnostics were very tiring, we went to hospital multiple times and chased for the results. In the end they decided to apply casting to my wife's foot. The operators were terrible, they didn't check and see the scar on the foot before doing casting. After a day, we took the initiative and informed them about the scar. Their reaction and the fix was also terrible. After one week, my wife's foot started to get numb, she was in pain. We went to the same hospital emergency. The emergency doctor didn't explain anything, he didn't answer any questions although we insisted on multiple times. The cast was removed that day. After months my wife's foot is still numb! I will never go to this hospital again and don't recommend it to anyone.

After visiting a chemotherapy doctor (chemotherapy, radiotherapy from 2020), my wife calls with a referral to schedule a CT scan (next visit to the doctor in January). Answer JUNE, because according to her, she is NOT undergoing treatment. Has this lady worked in an emergency room before?

I recommend that people with cancer and their families avoid this place. Due to the doctors' slowness and their selection, my mother, who trusted them, passed away 4 months after the first visit, even though her condition was not that bad at the beginning. They gave hope and deceived. More important was the doctor's leave - in fact, the doctor was never available to the patient. Apart from the procedures they themselves did not follow, there was no treatment. And when the condition worsened, when I asked for help, the answer was, "What can I do? A private visit is scheduled for me in a month, you can cope on your own?" This is a doctor? I especially do not recommend a doctor from the thoracic surgery and cancer department. Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I treated my spine here. Made micro-discectomy of the herniated disc. Operation was done by dr. Nejat Akalan. Everything was super well. Doctor, clinic and personnel shifted all expectations. I connected with them from outside of Turkey by whatsapp. Sent them my MRI and explained the problem. They gave me a preliminary price for the operation and a series af analysis required. In fact when I came and visited the doctor he said I need no additional analysis and the problem is clear to him. That saved my money, I paid less than they estimated. The clinic itself, at least the neurology dept is just great - they are very fast, I didn't wait anywhere more than 5-10 min. All the appointments were in time. After the operation they visited me every hour, checked blood pressure, something else, recorded how I feel. Everyone was very kind with me. Payment included my transfers from the airport and back, all transfers from the hotel to a hospital and a translator.

I and my wife made general check up i.e. I had problem similar to prostatitis and my wife had health issues with her waist. First of all, doctors' attitude to patients was very unprofessional and rude, secondly doctors could not tell us any specific detailed diagnosis about our health issues. My doctor Onur Alp Karaaslan informed me that I did not have prostatitis but when I returned to Uzbekistan and made detailed check-up, I had clearly this illness. The doctors in Medipol are unprofessional, rude and their noses are in the air, especially therapists and USG specialists. I am so disappointed to be recommended to come to Medipol Mega hospital. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Had an appointment through E-Nabiz for Covid vaccination. Apparently they only give this vaccinations of 5 people are waiting. After 1 hour we were with two, so no vaccination. Выше всяких похвал. We had a family emergency. My grandfather had a health complication that required urgent ICU unit hospitalization. We had travelers insurance (Альфа-Страхование) Aplha-Insuranse from Russia. Their representatives in Istanbul arranged Ambulance that delivered my grandfather to HISAR. In HISAR there was a person(assistant) assigned to our situation. His name Sadik. He helped us during entire process while being patient with our stressed behavior. He was our liaison between our family and hospital’s personnel. He did his job very good! Dr.Hasan was also very helpful, because we gave him hard time with all questions and requests. Also, I can not say enough about nurses there. They are extremely knowledgeable, sensitive and proactive with our grandfather. He can not speak at all due to his healt condition. But nurses understood his self-made sign language better than we (his family) did.

It was a bad experience i took my wife at 8 o'clock of the evening as an emergency case, but her health was stable but need specialist doctor to examine her they didn't even take her temperature they only make ct scan, first thing ask about 6800tl for ct scan, and no one told us to wait in a room we wait in the waiting hall. And even there is no translator, the nurses are good, no hate but i think they only care for money and forget to look after us.

The service in this hospital is at the highest level. if you are from another country and do not know Turkish, you will be provided with a translator. Your medical examination will take place in the most comfortable conditions. Believe me, you will want to be examined here again. I would especially like to mention the girl who helped me, Ilvira. A kind, sweet, smiling girl who was more worried about my problems than her own. At some point it even seemed to me that this was my loved one. She is very caring.

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. My mother suffers from type 2 diabetes but over time we have seen that it was degenerating while respecting the diet and taking the medicines.I contacted doctor Recep Aktimur he gave me all the information for the gastric bypass ,he was clear and professional.We fixed a date, from the airport they transferred us to the Liv hospital.After the surgery, mom's recovery was quite fast, she removed the medicines and the diabetes is stable.I highly recommend Doctor Recep for his professionalism and dedication to work. Explanations and present for any doubts. The hospital staff are very good, helpful and professional.The hospital deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene, all very polite and well organized.
