The two clinics are both clean and neat BUT the biggest undoing is the time wasted waiting! This week i was given an appointment at 12.30p.m, which i honored. I ended up being seen at 6p.m!! I am a regular client here coz of my treatment and all those times, i end up being seen 4-5hours after my appointment time. Why bother scheduling me at a certain time and end up seeing me 5 hours later?? Total disregard and disrespect of my time with no apologies. Cannot wait to be done with my treatment and just move on!

Great customer service staff from the front desk, nurses and the doctors. It’s always a pleasure coming back again and again. Very professional in all everything the do. Will definitely recommend. A1 to say the least.

My experience has been awesome. All the times I've visited, I've been handled professionally right from the reception to my dentist. The place is clean, with a relaxed ambience which helps take the edge off incase you're anxious about your procedure. I recommend.

Good customer service is a virtue every business should have and Nairobi Premier has it in spades. Had a cracked tooth on the side of my cavity filling and they were able to fix it the same day! Obviously, it was bothersome day one because of the drilling and fill, but the next day I felt nothing and it's great to have a tooth I can use again! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Jyoti Bahra is wonderful. She is very professional and takes time to discuss that outcomes that one is looking for from Botox. I also appreciated the follow up visit. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back.

Awful customer service. Called to make an enquiry for laser teeth whitening; first of all, the lady who picked up sounded like it was a major bother picking up the phone. I had to ask if I had the right office cos there was either traffic or generator noise in the background, ''Yes', it is'' she said. Ok, moving on, I asked the cost of the procedure, which with the background noise from her end wasn 't clear; I tried to clarify- "Is it eighty or thirty thousand?''. Exact response was "How can it be thirty thousand?I Even the materials they use to...'' At this point, I just told her 'Ok, ok madam, that's all, thank you'' and ended the call. I saw no point in trying to get any better response from her. Definitely not a place I'll be going.
