The doctors and other staffs were really nice, helping everyone warmly. The reception was great.

Whenever you go to the orthopedic section the doctors saying go to Bwaila hospital. In bwaila the orthopedic section is not functional... Why you guys are torturing patient what's your problem with consulting the patient who are coming to your hospital??? Is there no one looking after this?

Covid Test for travel: bring cash 75,000 Malawian kwacha. This is the only government testing center. They close for lunch hour, afternoon hours until 3:30pm. They said come back the following morning for results certificate. Can be busy, doctor said they do around 500 tests a day.

I would like to recognize Dr. Shahenda Ahmed from outpatient Pharmacy team as she is a very supportive person and putting the patient satisfaction as her first priority! She also made sure to educate me very well about the medicines and answered all of my uncountable queries with patience🥰

My name is Carmen Felicita Figueroa and I was in the  hospital from  August 10, 2023 through August 13, 2023.  The nurse Esraa Adel make me feel like her family in my stayed at hospital. Her care for patients are outstanding and her blessings hands can’t feel the needles at all.  Her charismatic is beyond excellence. I recommend her for any hospital in the globe.

Good medical service. The clinics are running almost throughout the day. Although the service is expensive here, but almost everything there is covered by insurance, and then you will get the service for a very reasonable price.

The medical team are very good from the Doctors to the supporting staff I was there for surgery and it all went well. They nurses makes you feel saved and in good hands the hospital environment very clean and well trained staffs and toilets so clean. Arab doctors, nurses and especially the staff at the international front office. God bless Arab contractors hospitals

The worst hospital with inhumane and brutal doctors. A word to doctors there "You may remember one day when you are dying what you did to your patients" if you are heartless and you dealing with patients lives just for business, then you are cheapest kind of inhumane and dogs are much valuable. Hate you all and wish you all the worst.

Working there ,i have a great wide experience in medical field working here as a gastroenterolgist and hepatologist in hepatology intermediate care .The hospital overall is very organised private hospital

My 6 years old daughter was hospitalized there and reveived excellent treatment.

As someone who unfortunately had to use the services of your clinic, I am appalled by the treatment. There is no price list, prices are given to users arbitrarily. The services of the nurse were charged, and not even a flasher was attached. Transportation services and if I didn't ask, they wanted to charge me. A very bad experience of a clinic that should definitely be avoided. The doctors and nurses are good people, but the management is thieving and over-bargaining. They haggle as if we were at the market.

NO ORGANIZATION AT ALL!!! Especially in the clinics area, very bad attitude, very rude!!!! ... I have never seen a dentist like Amr Taha Ahmed who has a bad attitude and one of the worst personal experiences with dealing with this doctor. It's my last time to visit and I won't recommend it to anyone..

The most greedy hospital I have ever been to. I don't think that there is a more expensive hospital in the world! I was admitted for 1x day at Sandton Mediclinic while my son was admitted the same time, in a Life hospital. Mediclinic charged my medical aid 4.2 times more than what Life charged and my son was in hospital for a day more than me. Do you guys want to become rich overnight, how far does your greed stretch?

I had an exceptional experience at Sandton Mediclinic. I can only send a huge thank you to all the staff from the administrators to the health care workers for going above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable and pleasant at a time when I both needed surgery and I was struggling with my mental health. The admission process was seemless. I had an excellent radiology team and two world-class surgeons who took the time to answer all my questions and advocate for me. The nursing staff was attentive, kind and experienced; the cleaning staff friendly and efficient. Overall, I am just so grateful to everyone at Sandton Mediclinic who ensured I had the best possible care for my physical and mental health.

I'm so grateful that we could have medical cover for my 95 year old Mom to be treated her. Your nursing staff are amazing, empathetic people. So grateful you took care of her when she was so out of her comfort zone. So grateful that you managed me with such grace when i was stress and demanding. You understood to the Doctors, you were amazing too. thank you. My Mom is home.
