Traveling through Budapest and was curious on completing a crown that I had postponed due to insurance coverage. Helvetic provided professional service like everyone said in reviews. No pressure at all to proceed with service but they provided an in depth, free, consultation on my needed procedure. Looking at my dentist quote earlier in the year, Helvetic was 50% the price of my dentist in USA. I only passed on completing here due to travel plans. I did complete a cleaning here and that procedure was on par with professional service I’ve have had in the past. The price was same as Portugal and way cheaper then in USA. Clinic is exceptionally clean and professional. I would and do recommend them. Plan your schedule accordingly!

After extensive research i decided to go with Helvetic, Had several implants and crowns done at this clinic. The whole process took 10 days over 3 visits to Budapest. The Staff there are just fantastic, caring very thoughtful and very efficient. Virginia looked after me and she was just great, so thorough in her work, never rushing. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

A great experience, excellent staff and treatment. They make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. They explain all your options and costs, which are a lot less expensive than at home. They show a real attention to your needs. This was my second visit and I would highly recommend Helvetic Clinics in Budapest.

Disgusting clinic. I needed to put a seal on the front. They made it larger than the neighboring teeth and uniform yellow in color, it was noticeable even from afar. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the doctor said that the filling really turned out to be of poor color, since their clinic specializes in implants, and not in decorative work. When I asked to return the money to me for this bad filling, so that I could do it in another place, they offered me a refund, but after the filling was cut back. That is, I will have to walk with half of the front tooth and wait for another dentist appointment!!

This is the best clinic in town according to service , and very nice doctors and Ladies at the reception! Highly recommend!!

He has carried out various dental procedures over the months, always painlessly and very skilfully, and I have always been very happy with the outcome. As a consultant, I am very busy and constantly on the road, so I really need a tailor-made service. And I got it. From initial contact over the phone with the front desk, my queries and subsequent appointment was handled efficiently. Dental staff were very professional, communicated well making the whole process as easy as possible. All The Clinic‘s team is very professional and delivering the best care I‘ve ever known. I came here 5 or so years ago and have finally come back. After 3 different private dentists in the past 5 years, none of them were as good as this dental practice. Dr Martina Tóthova and her team were incredible. I will never go to the dentist in the UK again. Nothing is impossible for these guys. Honest, excellent work. I wholeheartedly recommend the Wójcik Dental clinic. I have had two implants implanted and previously had two extractions (including a not fully grown wisdom tooth). Both tooth extraction and implantation were performed by Dr. Adam Wójcik. Both procedures were successful. The implantation, which I was most afraid of, turned out to be definitely painless, both during and after it. Moreover, I will add that Dr. Wójcik is a master when it comes to anesthesia, which works exactly in the treated area and wears off quite quickly after the procedure, so you are not paralyzed for several hours. Each visit is accompanied by competent information. Visits to Wójcik Dental Clinic always take place in a very nice and friendly atmosphere, and jazz standards playing in the background help you relax.

I found the Wójcik Dental Clinic by accident, a few months ago, when I was looking for a place where I could undergo orthodontic treatment with Invisalign overlays. I managed to arrange a free consultation during the open day with Dr. Adam Wójcik. I am glad that I was lucky enough to find this doctor and undergo treatment under his supervision. :) From the first visit I could feel the professionalism. The doctor was thorough, he explained everything very carefully, answered all questions and suggested the perfect solution. I also consider it a huge advantage that during the consultation, the doctor himself talked about the additional cost of retention and provided possible options - thanks to this, the total cost of treatment is known in advance and there are no surprises at the very end. :) Each visit takes place in a very nice atmosphere, is carried out thoroughly and not hastily. Currently, my treatment is coming to an end - all that remains are the details, which the doctor takes great care of so that both the patient and himself are satisfied with the effect. The difference is huge! In just a few months, I gained a new, beautiful and healthy smile. :) Dr. Adam also offered me additional treatments after the treatment, thanks to which my smile can be even more perfect, but still natural. Excellent clinic, I come from another city, I have been treating for 3 years. Recently I was forced to go to another clinic, it was just terrible. I am very glad that I returned to my doctor again. The work is truly professional, there have never been any problems with the quality of work. Very friendly staff, all of them. We treated caries, worked on root canals on more than one tooth, no complaints I have never heard any bad reviews about the blade from anyone. Resto is the place to go if you want quality, attention to detail and safety. I recommend it for those who are afraid of dentists, they are completely different there. The only significant drawback is the sooooo high prices. But if you consider that the materials are of a high level and the quality of work is excellent, then the price-quality ratio is really fair, I really like it there. All my life I have had problems with fear of dentists, but the treatment there is very caring and there are no additional unpleasant sensations. I'm really glad I found a good clinic

I turned to this clinic after removing a complex tooth in budget dentistry, sat on painkillers for several days. Absolutely everything is good in this clinic and the attitude and prices (I counted on a large amount) and professionalism. We came in with an emergency, the child’s gums were swollen, he had a high temperature, they just asked to at least take a look, give a consultation, they were refused, they said all the doctors were busy. I understand, but this is an emergency and it would be possible to spare 2 minutes to provide emergency assistance..

For a long time I was looking for a place where teeth are removed under general anesthesia, and I didn’t regret at all that I chose Skydent. I initially went there for increased sensitivity in my teeth. This is the opposite of what anyone can expect at the dentist, considerably high prices, i am even wondering if they are real dentists, no eye protection(i could not even breathe or open my eyes during the procedure(he made an injection that was painful for 3 days(painful injection site and I got numb for 5 hours afterwards), dentists go to the bathroom between anesthesia and procedure to pee then touches your mouth, dentist doesnt speak english, he asked me if I am in pain, and then started drilling, my tooth was healthy and he started to perform a root canal, which was unnecessary. He did not even completed it, he drilled then used temporary filling and gave me an appointment after 2 weeks despite that there is no infection !!!! Also nobody informed me of anything, when he finished his work(5 minutes) he told me to go to the reception to figure out what happened so the receptionnist had to explain to me that he did a root canal and that I need to pay 12,000czk, 3 meetings and no infection. In fact the receptionnist was the only kind person and she even tried to get me another doctor just to explain to me what happened Now after 1 week, the temporary filling got loose I am in excruciating pain and I can't do anything, he left my root canals opened because of lack of time( i had the appointment at 4pm, arrived at 3h45 and got admitted at 4h15, intervention went from 4h25 and 4h30), it litterally took 5 minutes, and I was in shock afterwards. This year I spent more than 50k czk on my teeth, and I AM REALLY STUCK! I am frankly tired of these supposedly 'czech dentists' who think they know better than anyone, is this how the medical field looks like here? Expensive and unefficient, what a shame, do not get impressed by their hardware, lasers, they dont use them, I am loosing my second tooth in 3 months and they were perfectly healthy before going to the dentist. Cash machine. ALSO, IF YOU READ THIS COMMENT, Run!

The first time I came to the clinic the doctor treated my tooth well. That’s why when later I had issue with another tooth I came there again. But unfortunately the doctor who did the procedure (plomb) first time was not working there anymore and I was very unlucky to be treated by another doctor (Kazakov). First of all no X-ray was done to check my tooth, he just put the plomb. After some time the tooth started to hurt more and more so I came again and he said (after the X-ray) that the nerves should be removed (sealed). He did the procedure. Later on I started to have again issues with the tooth. I had fistula. So obviously I went there again. They tried to open the tooth and roots to treat and re-do the procedure (reseal). It was very long process. There were no necessary instruments to re-open the roots and I had to wait while they were ordering them. Then, finally, when the I nstruments were there they could not reopen the roots, it was painful, no microscope was used (not sure if they have one, at that moment I didn’t know that it should be used in such procedure). Everything was done manually there were no special instruments which are helping to open sealed roots. In the end the doctor has invited another doctor to do this. Somehow they managed to open roots and put medicament and again sealed the roots and tooth. Unfortunately, I started again to have an issue. The tooth wasn’t hurting but when I touched it I felt some discomfort. I didn’t want to go to this clinic anymore, as it was obvious that they don’t know what they are doing. I went to another clinic to check. And on X-ray it showed that in my root there was an instrument left by the doctor and it’s started inflammation. And they didn’t even said me that the instrument has broken and it had to be removed. Obviously, they couldn’t do it because they don’t have required equipment and I doubt if they even have experience to do this. But if they would not hide this I would rather go to another clinic straight away and treat it properly. But now after more than one year I have to treat the tooth again. I just hope that now another doctor can save me the tooth. And yes I spent in Artstom ~ 10k, and now I need to spend much more. I totally agree with all the comments about smoking, rush and that doctor is not sensitive, did not explain anything and even more hid that I have broken instruments (they were 4 pieces there!) in the tooth. Definitely, I can’t recommend this clinic after such a terrible experience. Maybe it depends on the doctor but I would not play roulette. I hope that my comment will help someone and save from such an experience which I was unlucky to have there.

Last summer, we traveled from Croatia to Prague on holiday and unfortunately, even before the trip, problems started: inflammation of a previously treated tooth, which was repaired with antibiotics. During the trip, two more teeth became inflamed. It was a huge relief when I found out that I could be admitted to the Artstom clinic. Luckily my dentist from Zagreb sent me an ortopan. It took three visits: the endodontic treatment of the necrotic root canal (tooth 5) and extraction (tooth 8); and then the holidays truly began! I can wholeheartedly recommend the dentists from the clinic, for their professionalism, kindness, excellent communication, cleanliness of the clinic, as well as reasonable prices. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart that they helped me!

Amazing clinic; the staff is very warm, friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is top notch; brand spanking new machines and equipment, elegant and comfortable facilities. I don’t normally write reviews, in fact this is my first. So this should be a good sign to anyone who is debating a visit to Dental Expert. Simply put Dr Ficsor is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Having Dental Expert in his company name means he has a standard to live up to, which he certainly does. Dr Ficsor quickly worked out a treatment plan for me and whilst his assessment was fast he was thorough and detailed inhis explanation of exactly what was needed. He took the time to ensure I knew what the process would be in terms of both treatments and costs, comprehensively answering any questions I had. Dr Ficsor speaks fluent English - my Hungarian extends to ‘hello’, ‘please’ and ‘thanks’ - so I was very pleased at that. Throughout my treaments Dr Ficsor demonstrated great skill, application and attention to detail. His incredible work rate meant the time I spent in the dentist chair was much less than I anticipated. I was exceptionally pleased with the final outcome of my dental work and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ficsor.

I had a lip surgery there and the sample was supposed to be sent for hystology test, and it was agreed to be sent me by email, but after 3 months it was never done. By phone after multiple calls (where I was asked to wait for “5 minutes” and promised to be called back and was never called back though) I was told that I need to come to have a control examination which I didn’t have in the end. And I received a paper that looks like it is not original at all, so I don’t really believe that they did any testing, for which I paid extra 30k HUF. The whole situation was really weird.

I had a very great experience with Dentium Implant Center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I even had my nerves calmed down. The clinic is well equipped and has a feel-good vibe, and I'm completely satisfied with the dentist's work. Painless, professional and beautiful. Highly recommended.

I had 5 fillings done here. FOUR of the treated teeth hurt now (most of them did not hurt before the treatment). The doctor kept saying she does not see any problems. I do not recommend this place. UPD: @ImplantCenter: you had not answered the last three of my emails while I WAS your client, so why would I even try contacting you now?

I've been a client of Velvet Dental for more than 3 years so far, and comparing it to other clinics in Bucharest, I can confirm this is the best. The doctors are very well prepared; they also participate in international conferences so that they keep up not with the Kardashians but with the latest technologies and procedures. I appreciate the fact that they always explain what they are going to do regarding the intervention needed and why it is needed. I've had several issues with the molars, and the doctors, Georgiana Elefterie and Horia Neaga, have done everything to save them. The extraction of only one of them has been the last solution, and only after multiple interventions. Regarding the dental implants, I had one put in another clinic in the Primaverii area of Bucharest, and unfortunately, it had to be removed. I recommend Dr. Radu Colteanu for dental implants. Besides that, the place itself is very cozy, the colors are warm and they combine naturally, and everything has been designed so that the customer feels comfortable and in a friendly atmosphere, starting from the yellow bicycle in front of the clinic.

I went and saw doctor Adrian Negrila. I had a small esthetic filling that had fallen off. It took less than 5 minutes to put in a new one with no drilling necessary since there was no cavity. The cost was 400 lei which seems a bit expensive but that's not what upset me. He told me I needed a teeth cleaning which I agreed to. I've never had a teeth cleaning done that fast or painfully. I've also never had my gums bleed as much and hurt so bad after a teeth cleaning. There was too much force used and not enough care to protect and avoid my gums. Used a little mirror when I got home and there's cuts in my gums and not all dirty stains removed.

This review reflects the orthodontic department represented, in my interactions, by Dr. Georgiana Stanescu, the rest of Velvet Dent staff is on point and should not be linked to this. My experience with Velvet Dent was at its core targeting orthodontic treatment for impacted canines - braces, exposure, bracketing and descent. After quite several interactions and planned actions Dr. Stanescu gave me a disturbing sense of unprofessionalism, forgetting the course of action one session over the next, being late at appointments (20-30 mins) even though i booked at opening hours, mentioning conflicting and disjointed solutions and last but not least, failing to solve my problem. All of this was mentioned to the staff, confronted and properly explained, yet, however unfortunate, it did not improve the course of action, forcing me to switch to another Dental Clinic. In short, i was not bothered by the impossibility of fixing my problem, the truly disappointing part came from how this was treated, the wasted time, failure of execution and the saddening reality of a not caring doctor. Hopefully, this will be addressed, Thank you

Every body should avoid this place! Unacceptable low level of the dentists! Ugly job and not clean at all, i stayed 3 days in hospital with a strong antibiotic treatment after last meeting because my mouse was infected. They even didn't want to apologize. Run away from them, this is the best advise i can give you.

I was there a while ago... I see they managed to get my review removed. But it was the worst experience, I had. They began a treatment without asking if i would agree, they put me to sign a paper that accepts a treatment in advance, that assured that I can't complain if something didn't work as desired.

We are only satisfied with Dr. Voycheva. With her, my son is as if he has never been to the dentist. She is always smiling, responsive, explains, etc. Responsible and accurate - a true professional and person! Congratulations!

Personally, I am extremely disappointed with my 2 visits over the years to Dr. N. Voychev. I received an arrogant attitude. When asking a question more than once because you didn't understand, you end up getting "I told you, how many times do I have to repeat?" in a cracking tone. It does not explain what is being done and why. After placing a tooth filling at home, I find that the caries are not properly cleaned and the tooth is not actually healed, for which I have paid, but in reality it needs to be done again. When making a front tooth with photopolymer, it was not well lit and now it does not fit well aesthetically. Tore down an old seal made by him, described in the card, etc. , and when I told him, he replied, "well, I don't know what was there, but now there is a hole", seriously? The only good impression is made by his current assistant, who is extremely responsive and kind, and I wish her to keep these traits and bring them to her future work as a dentist. Dr. N. Voychev may have been or is a good dentist with other patients. Maybe the years of practice are already weighing on him or his spark to prove and passion in what he does has diminished. I know one thing, my teething did not happen in a day. I visited his son 2 years after that comment. A tooth that N. Voichev wanted to pull out, his son fixed it. A tooth that N. Voichev did turned out to have caries because it was not properly cleaned 3rd, upper. Then his son, when he saw my health card and that I had been with them, started to keep this fact quiet. The anterior front tooth, which was not aesthetically pleasing, was properly repaired by his son. Why didn't they do it like that from the beginning, but I actually had to pay twice for 1 tooth. Now I have to fix the third upper one again, because of sloppiness. Apparently, when they hear about additional insurance and … Horror. His son is still more capable

My assessment is for Dr. Voycheva. The other doctors did not treat me. My impressions of her are that she is competent, well-mannered and well-intentioned. I was always put at ease during and after an examination or treatment, and I was left with the feeling that she did an excellent job.

They rescheduled the visit twice, and then, when I came, I waited for 45 minutes. They did not offer any discount for my time, so I took my deposit and canceled the visit. When people cannot organize their time and do not have any obligations to the client, I cannot trust their professionalism. Do not recommend.

When I visited first time the doctor said I need gel for my gums and she put 3 packs to the bag and gave it to me, I paid for it and when I checked the bag there were 3 small tooth paste instead. Second visit was better but glue on my retainers on one tooth fell off after just few months.

As seen in other reviews they cancel appointments without telling the client. You only find out when you arrive at the clinic that your appointment no longer exists. Highly unprofessional practice.
