I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him for surgery. As for the guard, it leaves a lot to be desired, poor organization and with two people waiting, I was there for almost an hour. Therefore, my first experience at the hospital was unpleasant until they showed no interest or concern for the time we were waiting. I cannot direct the complaint to the attendant in question as they do not have identification on their uniform.
