I really got a very nice and professional treatment. The team was not only immensely kind, but also very clear in explaining my problem. The treatment was gentle and as much as possible without pain.

I needed to repair a damaged filling of a tooth. I came to this dental clinic without appointment, but I got quick, highly professional and very kind treatment for a very reasonable price. The team is really "amable". The equipment they work with is state of the art. I just sorry that I don't have more needs for dental healing.

It's only been a week, but so far the work seems very good. The implant went smoothly, and I healed fast. The stitches were out in 5 days. The bridge fits perfectly. Everyone was very nice! I live in Florida, so it's a trip, but I will be back a few more times, as I need more dental work. Medellin is a very interesting place.

Five stars is not enough !!!! First off lemme start by saying that the employees at ORALIMAGEN are beyond fantastic and well qualified for their respected titles and jobs. I had an appointment to go to a dentist orthodontist on Friday, April 14th, 2023 In another site right? (Not affiliated with oralimagen) so now that dentist is closed and the staff never reached out to me to notify me, Mind you I’m coming from America 🙄🙄, So now I’m scrambling for another site to fill in for my dentist appointment right? I go to google and I look up dentist offices near me and BAM👊🏽💥💥ORALIMAGEN pops up, I press the link asap call the toll free number speak with a representative and share my traumatic experience of another dentist letting me down the representative takes my info and says sir I’ll have someone contact you within a half an hour ( she lied because someone called me back not 5 not 6 but 7 minutes later ) man was I impressed and ecstatic and happy . Ok so Boom now I got my appointment set for 330pm the same day right? I get there and I’m greeted by Carol , she was soooo professional and courteous, and kind ,and caring ,and her smile was immaculate , lord I was like I want that same smile you have this what I came out here for .She smiles and says ok fantastic now I’m all booked and signed in and waiting in the waiting area I get greeted by another employee , she offers me water (which I ain’t used to being asked that or catered to as a patient )and I say yes please thank you 🙏🏽 A couple minutes go by and I am greeted by the one and only DR. Paula Peláez, her warm greeting made me feel like Christmas time when I got the Nintendo I always asked for lol might of gave my age there. So she’s there with me in the chair explaining what session I’m doing I chose to go with the permanent whitening session with laser and take home kit. The whole session took about an hour tops. When I was done I was soooo happy I couldn’t stop smiling and grinning from ear to ear. I had to do two sessions so I went again on the 17th of April and after that I’ll have my take home kit to do myself. Now that’s it’s over all I want to say again to the team at ORALIMAGEN GRACIAS POR TODO TE AMO ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

When entering the clinic, they worry about the sanitation and care of the patient... it is seen that they disinfect periodically... the care itself is excellent since they explain in detail the procedures that are going to be performed... very good team of professionals... I had top notch care with Dr. Alonso. He listened to my concerns and included me in the treatment plan. I found him to be not only expertly gifted, but genuinely a nice guy. I would without a doubt recommend him to any one needing dental care. Simply an awesome experience.

Top Dentist anywhere. It's hard to praise Dr. Alonso enough. Im positive there is nothing he can't do. Here is the straight scoop for Americans. Speaks amazing English so communication is simple. His website is set up so that if you follow and do what it says then you will be surprised at how easy everything is. The quoted cost was actually higher than the actual cost of my treatment. My cost in the U.S. and at a quality dental office would have been in the range of 25-30k. Yes.. no joke!! My cost was around 9k. In the U.S. the dental procedures, and they were NUMEROUS would have taken literally a year and im being conservative here. My time spent was 5 days in the office with a return visit in the future for the finished implants. Virtually painless....and the assistant was actually a Dentist as well and she was Fantastic. State of the art equipment....seriously my Dentist in Miami does not have this. I could go on and on and would be glad to assist anyone with their decision. If you have never traveled to the Dominican Republic and are apprehensive...well don't be. I was picked up at the airport by a transportion gentleman that works for the office. Spoke English which was great because my Espanol is horrible. He drove me to an imaging center a few blocks away and back and to my hotel that was convenient to the office. Of course back to the airport when I left. The dental office will assist you with pretty much everything so no worries there. Santo Domingo is safe. Just use your head and stay in good areas like the dental office. Very nice area with a great place across the street to eat (or soup and a latte)..In my case. I can't wait to go back and finalize everything then do some hiking up north in the Jungle!!! Dr. Alonso is first-class, a dental artist and is doing a lot of people a whole lot of good. I work in the medical field and was hesitant to travel outside of the US for this treatment. I did my research and would see Dr. Alonso again tomorrow if I could. My experience was nothing short of spectacular and the results- WOW- I am complimented on my smile every single day, which means the world to me….a girl who never smiled because I was insecure that my teeth did not show. Dr.Florentino is marvelous from the beginning of reviewing the reviews he had on Google I automatically knew he was the dentist I had to see, from the first visit I advised him of why I came to him I came for RESULTS , I told him how much of my confidence I lost in my life of constant bad breath from poor dental work done before he found the root cause of the problem and gave me different options to choose from with affordable prices, this Dr knew his stuff and he meant business very friendly and well spoken. We finished my job in a short and convenient timing and all I can say is I have my smile my confidence back and I’m just pleased with the results. i had one of the worst experiences of my life at this clinic. i went in for chin and neck lipo and left after three hours of scraping inside of my face with no fat having been sucked out. their syringes all malfunctioned so they could not remove any of the fat. the doctor who performed it apologized and said "you wont see a difference because we cant get the tools to work" and suggested i find another surgeon that day who could fix what they did. the assistant apologized to me and said it shouldnt be like this. i was crying and terrified on the table as syringe after syringe broke while the canula was still inside of my skin and several doctors struggled and tugged at the long needle. i was humilated and terrified and just wanted to run away. the owner, alfred, refuses to take any responsibility for what happened - even though the doctor who performed it said i should seek another doctor to fix what they could not do, and apologized to me many times. Alfred made zero effort to make the situation right. i understand things happen, but his cold indifference and unwilingness to admit any wrongdoing was the final slap in the face after having to actually pay for this horrible experience. i would strongly suggest you run far away from this clinic.

I needed to make an unscheduled visit to a dentist whilst on my travels in South America. After some careful research and a responsive conversation with the Smiles Peru over WhatsApp, I choose to book my first consultation. In this consultation, they provided the most thorough examination I have experienced, with impeccable bedside manners and more than sufficient spoken English skills. Following the consultation I opted for all advised services, including a root canal, post, and crown. They were able to fit my lengthy appointments into a very condensed period of time to best align with my travel plans. I am extremely satisfied with the service; over the course of my treatment I was seen by no less than five dentists with each reviewing and checking the quality of the others' work. I couldn't be more satisfied with the final results, it is without a doubt the best my dental health has ever felt.

I didn't expect to visit the dentist while in Peru, but had a top notch experience when I needed to. I chipped my tooth on my plane ride into Lima and walked in the next day on Saturday morning. They were able to see me, assess and fix that day. Could not ask for more. Oh and the whole space is strikingly clean and white. I've never felt at a more clean and professional dental outfit.

The Doctors and all Staff at Smiles Peru were amazing!!! I had to have very extensive dental work done in a very short period of time, and literally was in the Dentist chair from 9 am to to close in order to get everything perfect before I had to travel. From Lab work, crowns , root canals , oral surgery, and much more , they were so professional and had a plan of action everyday which they succeeded at every given turn. Every single person I came into contact with from the door men, taxi driver that they sent to pick me up, to everyone else I came into contact with throughput the week , I can not express how grateful I was for their patience with getting everything exactly perfect!!! They were so kind and gentle and very concerned with how I was doing and all wanted to make my goal happen, which was accomplished on this trip! They also have very nice apartments that you can rent, right next door to their office so when youhave breaks to go eat , it’s right next door. Thanks again for everything!!! See you in 6 months!!!! I had the BEST experience at the Hummingbird clinic and Dr. Behrooz will be my forever dentist. They took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to fix all of my issues. I am beyond grateful that I found this place. The dental hygienists, the front desk receptionist and of course Dr. Behrooz were so so friendly that I forgot I was at the dentist because I was so comfortable the entire time, even during my fillings! The BEST experience ever! Dr. Taghizadeh is truly a professional and an artist! I had multiple fillings done which I’m absolutely satisfied. But above that, I had two wisdom teeth extracted at the same time. It literally took less than five minutes and I DID NOT FEEL A THING!!! I was still getting myself comfortable in the chair and he said done! I was SHOCKED! I would’ve given him six stars if I could :)
