The place is good and has potential but they have to take action on the issue of neglect and lack of maintenance. A real shame that such a nice and up-and-coming place is in such a state.

Do not offer the service of duty by wathapp. Start negotiations to get a shift on a Friday. Today is Thursday of the following week and I didn't make it. They ask me one question a day, some already answered before. A total waste of time. More for one who is from the interior of the province.

Taking an appointment for an appointment by wasat is almost impossible and when they do so they ask for the patient's data and then patience, it is not recognized that it is about health and perhaps it could be very important. I'm sorry to have to express this but it is real and can be significant in some patients.

Really good service for a tourist in need of a quick prescription. I was seen within 15 mins and got the medication I needed. Doctor spoke English which was helpful

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

I have been caring for more than 10 years. My family and I. The place is incredible and the attention wonderful. I had spine surgery a few days ago. Which I was 8 days. Words are not enough to thank, the humanity that I found in that place. The level of excellence in all areas. The appointments and medical examinations are always carried out quickly.

A beautiful hospital both for its building structure and for the professionals and employees in general who work there. I got a shift from one week to the next, they respected the shift schedule and the attention of Dr. Carla Castro from the atopic dermatitis unit was excellent

For English speaker. If you call, for some reason it is really hard to get an English speaker. But if you just show up - most people from reception to doctors speak English!

A DISASTER OF A HOSPITAL. Total hopeless reception staff🤬🤬 Truly horrible logistics and reception. They are masters of wasting hours of everyones time by sending people in the wrong ques and asking for insane written approvals for the smallest posible ‘extra’ test. Like a covid test when one comes with insurance qurantee for consultation regarding covid with fever. No wonder the whole country is going bankorot again, when a private paid hospital can survive with this kind of service level🤬 Doctors are nice and are actually trying to do a good job, but the surrounding logistics is chaos

Extremely unprofessional and badly organized hospital. It takes 2h of waiting even when there is no other patients waiting, because they send you to a wrong line. So many unnecessary lines and paperwork where they can't communicate with each other. Only one guy in the entire hospital speaks English, others persistently reject to speak. They keep skipping the line of waiting for certain patients, that if not given a priority one can wait for 5h+ there by seeing others jumping in. Real disaster! Strongly recommend to avoid this place.

We're here now and we've had a wonderful experience. Remember with all these negative reviews that you're more likely to leave a review if you're upset, and less likely to leave a nice review if you're satisfied, like this one. We're foreigners on vacation here. We were treated fairly and promptly. We were able to speak English to two staff members during our time here. I guess I won't go into our personal medical records, but expect to pay around $50 USD (September 2022) for your initial consultation. The prices have been fair and reasonable. The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone did their best to make us comfortable and helped us understand what was going on.

Like any overcrowded and messy public hospital, just a bit cleaner and better equipped. Fair enough if you go private or thru a third party insurance. Sign in the Hospital's insurance system at your own peril, a shameful scam they call Health Plan (Plan de Salud). Mind the difference, it could cost your life
