DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TEETH. I was convinced to go for crowns over veneers even though all of my teeth were intact and my dentist in the US told me I need veneers. I listened to the owner as he was pushing that it was the better option. I regret listening to him so much. They were rushing me out of the chair even though I was telling them that I wasn’t comfortable and they looked too big. The owner even began yelling at me and my father. Unwilling to listen and correct the appearance or bite. They are twice the size of my original teeth and therefore I cannot touch my teeth together in the back. I’ve been to 2 dentists in NYC now who have recommended redoing all of the crowns which would cost 25,000. Veneers would have been half the price to replace. It’s been over a month since my visit in Mexico and I haven’t felt normal ever since.
Dental work requires the ability to go back and see your dentist. Every week if necessary. I shouldn’t have paid them at all after the work they did. Messed me up for the rest of my life.
DO NOT COME HERE!

I can’t say enough good things about ULTRADENT !!!
I received a root canal, a bridge, and 17 crowns. It was the most effortless dental experience I have ever had. Make an appointment, and the chair is waiting the minute you walk in the door. They paid extra special attention to my comfort - and spent a great amount of time making sure everything fit perfectly.
In a very safe part of the city - (for those of you who have never been) - and if you call as you begin your walk over the Cordova Bridge … they are waiting for you as you cross into Mexico.
The price was very reasonable- and about an eighth of what I was quited in Seattle!!!

This was my first visit and I was totally happy with the results. Dr. Roberto is the most skillful and gentle dentist I have ever seen. Rafael did an excellent job of arranging our appointments and explaining everything.. Corina was so kind and a very capable dental assistant. The entire office team is tremendous. Getting to Juarez was very easy and extremely safe. I never felt uncomfortable. If you need dental care, this is the place. You will not be disappointed.

This place's customer service sucks. I emailed them with questions regarding a minor surgery that I'm looking to get. I wanted to know what the price or approximate price would be for it, if they had availability in a certain part of the month, and if this surgery could be done at the same time.
They responded that I would need to set up a consultation in order to get the answers I was looking for. Guess how much a consultation is? USD$150 or $3300 Pesos. Seriously? I explained to them that it wouldn't make sense for me to spend that kind of money when I may find out they don't have availability for appointments when I need it. How hard is it for a hospital to tell their patients when they have appointments available?

I came to this hospital in October 2021 to get a tubal reversal. We made the decision to go to Mexico for surgery because of the cost compared to the U.S and I don’t regret my decision! It was clean, professional, and comfortable. The doctor who performed my surgery explained everything to my husband and I thoroughly and even showed us pictures. Although I do recommend taking someone with you if you can, who is bilingual because some of the nurses and I had trouble communicating since I don’t know Spanish, luckily my husband does and was able to translate things though. Maritza was the person who facilitated the appointment and was very responsive, she even met us at the hospital on a Saturday (the day of my appointment) to check us in. Most importantly though my tubal reversal was successful! I’ve had an hsg procedure back home in San Diego which confirmed this. I have not gotten pregnant yet though but I’m hopeful it will happen soon.I just wanted to share my experience to any other person it may help.

I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of having a sort of medical procedure this is the place to have it done. I am over the moon with how well I was treated by not only the nurses and hospital staff but Dr. S, Dr. Mariana, Penelope and Maritza were exceptionally wonderful to work with. I had weight loss revision surgery and could not be happier. I will be going back at some point for plastics. Thank y’all for being so good to me and my mom.

They allow themselves to be charged as a 5-star hospital and it is not. The nursing service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. You ring the bell and they never help you or if they help you it's because they're going for something else. I was hospitalized for 4 days and better I learned to manage the serum control boxes and if I needed something better I would stop to go to the infirmary's reception... Of course, they don't shake their hands to get paid.

I expected much more from this hospital, I don't have insurance so I had to pay the full bill. It was an account of 200k for a single night, the service is mediocre, from the moment you arrive the facilities are half emhhh, obviously they make you fill out all your paperwork and leave a deposit of 150k. The bed was horrible, the most uncomfortable I've ever been in and look at how I've had about 10 operations including the public health system and I dare say this was the worst, all the nurses had no idea of anything, they didn't know when to change the Medicines or anything, the cleaning of the room was bad, they left the dirty food tray until they arrived with the next meal. I liked the location since my parents were able to go to Paseo Acoxpa to have fun. And a recognition to the nurse Ana María, nurses like them are to be appreciated, with high vocation and dedication. The food was so-so. There are still many things to improve in the hospital, it looks very new or improvised. It is not one of my favorites and if I can avoid it I will.

The facilities are quite clean and pleasant, at least the room that was assigned to me was quite nice, clean and comfortable, unlike others that are a little simpler that I had the opportunity to see right here, I don't know if they still exist or have been remodeled, but I don't have any complaint.
The extremely friendly staff from the first moment, from administrative, security, nutrition and especially nursing, attentive at all times and for any little thing regardless of the time, after my surgery I asked for a blanket and in a minute I already had a thermal, I asked for my glasses and they brought them to my room in another building.
Quality staff checked into the room daily to ask if I was comfortable and receiving good care.
The only thing that was quite complicated was the entrance, since it took 3 hours due to lack of availability of rooms, despite the fact that it was already scheduled. Same thing with check in and out, it took too long.
Still, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

I entered because of my daughter's major medical expenses and from then on they think that since you don't absorb all the expenses, they can give you mediocre care, to begin with they put you on one side of the building where everyone has major medical expenses, what's up? a floor for children where there are games and themes for children, the emergency area is very deficient, you practically have to wait outside and they are quite late, since urgently they do nothing, the administrative areas seem worse than the ISSTE or IMSS for real What a pity that charging what they charge they don't have much better service, you see them talking or really eating I was going to put a video of all this but I didn't want to harm the ladies, of course if you pay a lot more money the service is 100 and what there is an area that looks like the fourth apartments, it is understood that they deal with a lot of people but there must be more empathy.
