My mother suffers from type 2 diabetes but over time we have seen that it was degenerating while respecting the diet and taking the medicines.I contacted doctor Recep Aktimur he gave me all the information for the gastric bypass ,he was clear and professional.We fixed a date, from the airport they transferred us to the Liv hospital.After the surgery, mom's recovery was quite fast, she removed the medicines and the diabetes is stable.I highly recommend Doctor Recep for his professionalism and dedication to work. Explanations and present for any doubts. The hospital staff are very good, helpful and professional.The hospital deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene, all very polite and well organized.

Beautiful hospital

This hospital prefers earning money rather than customer service and support. The personel is not well educated for patience support. The staff didn't know their mr machine is out of service. After the complain about the hospital communication problem about the mr machine, the receptionist told us the doctor will give you some pain killer, then we went to dr office and get some pain killer prescription.If you are not a doctor dont suggest pain killer.That is unprofessional

If there is anything below 1 star I would give it to them. This is my second visit where I have to take my son to do some simple stiching due to injury in his forehead. Firsr I paid a high amount of money just to see doctor and instead of doing his job stiching the injury. He wanted me to do CT Scan and suggest to arrange an appointement with plastic sergeon and make the thing bigger than it supposed to be! And of course for the sake of making you paying extra amount of alot of money! Anyway left the hospital to went to another devlet hospital where I got all of that done within less than 20 minutes free of charge. Don't let yourself fooled with this hospital. They are only care of charging you alot of money on all levels hospital and even parking. Especially if you are foreigner.

The attendant and receptionist at the cardiology department in the heart Institute is totally disappointing. They are not coopertive and their attitude is so poor (attendant for room 1 and 2), particularly if you are a foreigner.

The staff particularly attendant and receptionist are non professional with prejudiced opinions. As a patient you pay so hefty amount for treatment but because of staffs behavior you end up with stress and anxiety. However the doctors attitude and attention to patient health problems are commendable. But its the staff behavior that make us reluctant to visit again.

Very old hospital

After the founding of New China, with the help of the former Soviet Union, it was established in 1952. At that time, it was called the China-Soviet Red Cross Hospital. In 1970, Premier Zhou Enlai nominated the hospital to be renamed Friendship Hospital. It is currently a large general hospital in Beijing.

GI department is best.

Recently visited the hospital with patient. My experience was overall good. Staff are helpful in nature and doctor suggested us the best treatment available for my patient. The only drawback would be it's costing policy

It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.

High-end & premium hospital with very poor services. Everything is slow and unsystematic. Average waiting time is around 1hr ++ at each location (from at the clinic reception, meds collection at the pharmacy) The clinic receptionist were very unprofessional, loudly gossiping about their other colleague at the front desk area, I can clearly hear what they were talking while I was sitting at the other end of the room. There are more than 4 counters at the pharmacy but only 1 pharmacist was on duty at a time to hand over meds to the customers. I think the service at some gov hospitals are far way better than here.

Exellent service, all the staff, nurse and the doctor are amazing, you know that the are working wholeheartedly. The hospital is clean, treatment is done with procedure which make patient not waiting to long.

You can be in pain in comfort. The service is always efficient, with friendly and comforting nurses and doctors. There is a porter man that will accompany and bring you to xray places. The menu is always yummy and you can choose your food from the menu one day ahead. Everything is healthy but flavourful. The room is a single room with a sofa bed for someone to accompany you. Since I am covered by insurance, the cost is not under me, but I have to be referred with a referral letter and admitted. Otherwise, it would be quite costly to be treated here.

Great experience every time I do my routine follow-up with Dr. Taori and his team. Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. Dr. Taori has been my doctor for more than 5 years who not only has outstanding knowledge of my treatment options but also provides the quality of medical care I require. He has the ability to connect so you know where you are, leaving no fear what the next steps look like. Highly recommended.

My dad had died yesterday due to pure negligence. My dad was awake and alive but very exhausted. His blood was 6.5. What killed him was the 8 hours of waiting for the doctor to arrive and make a decision. When that happened, it was too late, and I lost my dad, for ever. I was told that the hospital is broke, and don’t pay salaries. I highly recommend everyone to NOT consider any hospital in Irbid.

The hospital is a large and major medical edifice in northern Jordan, serving a large segment of citizens, providing comprehensive medical services of high quality. There is no doubt that the large number of auditors affects the quality of service administratively. Large parking is available. There is more than one prayer room, but more attention is needed in the cleanliness inside the prayer room. The WC public health facilities are unfortunately not clean, and most of the reason is the misuse of patients and companions, and some of them smoke in them!! And the facilities do not have toilet paper! However, there must be a comprehensive program for the cleanliness of these facilities by the cleaning authority.

I’m visiting from USA and don’t have dental insurance in the states. After having a not so pleasant experience at another place with a cleaning that told me I had 2 cavities! These were my first ones and I seat them online and found Kenz dental. The dentist at Kenz and the dental assistant were so kind during the experience. Everything about my experience with this dental clinic, especially Dr Nasar and Dr Asanga Weerasooriya is par excellence. Their location is extremely clean and sanitized, while the rest of the staff, especially the lady at frontline Ms Nirmala Motha have been very courteous, accommodating and always with a smile. Dr Nasar being the chief always directed and guided his co- dentists in a very gentle and professional manner. It’s been about ten(10) months since I had the work done as it was a dire need for me to be able to smile/speak without hesitation. Went to Dr Jennifer for root canal and crown treatment as my tooth was giving me pain and she was so patient and gentle throughout! The counter staff and dental assistant were also very friendly and helpful. Extremely thankful towards Dr Jennifer and the team! Highly recommend!

Best dental experience of my life. I was in so much pain for the last 6 days despite having jabbed and taken strong painkillers. Today I finally realised that the cause of my severe migraine might have been from my tooth so I searched the nearest dentist to me and called. Initially no slots were available but I explained my situation and the sweet receptionist was so kind she let me come in at 4.30pm ( 30 mins before their closing time ) The whole process when I came in was so smooth and fuss free. Doctor Evelyn was so reassuring and patient in helping me find out the cause of my pain, and she was super thorough in her work. By then the clinic had closed already and they were all working OT to help me 😭😭😭 Her dental assistant was also the sweetest with my tooth extraction by holding my hand and sayanging my head. Doctor Jamie is truly my favourite dentist EVER. I love meeting Doctor Jamie's twice every year. My favorite dentist. I’ve had multiple cleanings and fillings here over the years and I’ve always found the quality of service and care to be top notch. Dr Ella is the best! Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.

My husband recently had extensive dental work done at this clinic by Dr Quang and his team. Before visiting Hanoi Nam provided very detailed information on what was required including extractions, bone graft and multiple implants. At all times the clinic staff were very professional and explained each stage of the work being undertaken. Clinic was of very high standard and very clean. They also provided flexibility of appointments to enable us to visit other cities in Vietnam and make a real holiday of it. We would thoroughly recommend and the cost is approximately one third of cost in NZ.

I've been visiting this dental clinic since 2018. Not only is it the best dental clinic in Hanoi, it is the best one I've ever been to anywhere. Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.
