Extremely disappointed with the receptionist attitude, I’ve booked my appointment on Tuesday for Friday at 1pm. Making all work arrangements, I came on time and they have already taken other patient. This is how they respect your appointments and have no time management. Do not trust such clinics! Shameful!

Reviewing this place as a regular patient, I've been receiving care for almost a year now. They are very rigorous with dental care and perhaps it has been even better than in my home country in Germany. With health insurance, the cost of medical care here has been very affordable. Staff can speak English and some of the dentists too. For my regular sessions basic Japanese has been sufficient.

Best dental clinic in Tokyo, bar none. The staff took careful yet quick and decisive action on a painful tooth problem which was seriously affecting my quality of life. Conscientious and trustworthy advice given always. This explains why they are fully booked oftentimes, and yet they will flexibly adjust in case of an emergency. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The dentist and staff all speak English, the doctor's was native. Easy access from Chiyoda line exit number 5, and is in the basement of the popular Laforet building, but the entrance is from the outside on the side of the building. I had a cleaning done and my teeth checked. I had one sensitive tooth, but it had been getting better, and no unneeded treatment was suggested, so this is an honest dental office. When I was there, almost all of the patients were westerners, so this is the place to go! The reviews speak the truth!

After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. I don’t recommend this dentistry, we didn’t like it. When she arrived, she explained that the child had a toothache all night, that we did NOT need a CONSULTATION (which cost 4,000 tenge), but we needed a doctor who would treat him (she provided a panoramic image, said the last time what painkiller was used). But in the end they paid for the consultation, because... on Sunday there is no doctor who treats periodontitis (you need to make an appointment with him in advance), the doctor who examined us does not treat this. Although she warned us in advance that we needed to treat the tooth. I realized that you shouldn’t go to this dentist office on weekends or in general for emergencies, because on weekends there are just consultants there and they simply charge money for an unnecessary consultation.

I went to this place because a local friend had recommended it to me, but it seems they became a lot worse than they used to be. All recent reviews are negative, but only proves it’s not just me. Last time I went there it was ok, but the doctor was desperately trying to upsell. Then I tried to get an appointment because my filling fell out and got told that I need to have a cleaning first. I was trying to explain that it hurts and I can’t eat and that it’s very urgent, but they were saying that the doctor doesn’t accept patients that didn’t do the cleaning. What???!! Even after I told them I did my cleaning two weeks ago at another place, they were still insisting I need to do it at their place. That’s ridiculous. I ended up going to another place and won’t go here ever again. Not recommend!

They are just frauds. They implanted low cost acrylic crowns instead of zerconia crowns in my daughters mouth which resulted in infection and abscess again and again. They charged above lakhs from me for the whole treatment for just 2 RCTs and crowning. We come to know about the wrong treatment after getting fed up from them as we went to other Pedodontist then we come to know they implanted low cost acrylic crowns and charged us of zerconia crowns. Please be careful while visiting here. I would say don’t visit there. They are making fool of the patients.I have to give one star just to post the review. Otherwise that should go in minus.
