Oral sedation for dental treatment in 14 Dentistry clinics in Asia

I can not stress how bad this clinic is. I did 3 years of braces when I was young, 0 to little communication, vocalization & care about the patients wants and needs from the dentist. My teeth got ruined: got a gap between my teeth, the dentist pinched them back to place the 3 times it happened, and insisted I couldn’t get an internal retainer, this caused surrounding teeth to move; result is I have bunny teeth that are not aligned. My teeth are also slightly swayed to the left, they don’t go down straight from my gums. The dentist doesn’t care about the aesthetic. Cold responses to inquiries, concerns, and emails. And I payed 4.500$. I still struggle with my teeth to this day. And I have to undergo another round of treatments to fix my teeth. I probably will never be able to get nice teeth and fix everything, only what’s possible. Forget about this clinic and go to AUBMC.

This is by war the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After being a loyal customer of Dr. basho back when I was 10, I expected a better treatment and a unique experience. Since Dr. Bacho doesn’t treat adults, I was told that Dr. Bassel doughan is the one who’s responsible for all adults. So, I took an appointment with him and I wish i never did. After arriving to my appointment on time, I had to wait for 35 mins and then I was surprised to see another doctor who did my checkup. She was his assistant. Im sorry, but I signed up for Dr bassel, not his assistant. He only showed up at the very end of the checkup for about 5 mins and introduced himself. What a showoff!! He didn’t even bother asking me about my problem! Even his assistant did an x-ray to see if I have any dental cavities, and then she told me that I had 5 dental cavities on my left side, I was devastated! Only when I thought that things that cant get any worse, on my way to the gate, they followed me to the door and charged me 50 dollars for the x-ray images. What the hell? I mean, the doctor didn’t even bother looking at these x-ray images to tell me what my problem is, he blindly relied on his so-called “assistant” who i believe misdiagnosed me. A few days after that, I visited another dental clinic, they did panoramic x-ray images and it turns out that I had only one dental cavity on the left side!!! Wow, Dr. bassel doughan and his assistant and this whole stupid clinic should be shut down!! All they aim for is stealing people’s money and misdiagnosing them!

I have known Dr. Riad Basho from more than 20 years when he had a private clinic in Bristol and I can sincerely vow that he is the best dentist for kids and this is not coming only from my feedback but also from the feedback of every mum I recommended Dr. Basho to her. Besides being professional he is also a friendly and courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

I had a fantastic experience from this clinic...especially from doctor Abitha and the nurse Arwa. Doctor Abitha is not only highly skilled but also very caring and took the time to explain every procedure.Nurse Arwa is also very friendly and caring like a sister. Went to Dr Jennifer for root canal and crown treatment as my tooth was giving me pain and she was so patient and gentle throughout! The counter staff and dental assistant were also very friendly and helpful. Extremely thankful towards Dr Jennifer and the team! Highly recommend!

They create a huge mess for me, asking me to go an extra trip to pay through credit card and then charge me again by their HQ to my credit card again. after many weeks, I still have not gotten a refund.

Best dental experience of my life. I was in so much pain for the last 6 days despite having jabbed and taken strong painkillers. Today I finally realised that the cause of my severe migraine might have been from my tooth so I searched the nearest dentist to me and called. Initially no slots were available but I explained my situation and the sweet receptionist was so kind she let me come in at 4.30pm ( 30 mins before their closing time ) The whole process when I came in was so smooth and fuss free. Doctor Evelyn was so reassuring and patient in helping me find out the cause of my pain, and she was super thorough in her work. By then the clinic had closed already and they were all working OT to help me 😭😭😭 Her dental assistant was also the sweetest with my tooth extraction by holding my hand and sayanging my head. I was afraid about squeezing her hand too tight but she was so reassuring. I’m so grateful to the team at Advanced Dental for helping me so kindly, genuinely and efficiently ❤️

My ALL-ON-4 Implant journey was made very pleasant by Dra. Elkie and her staff from DAY 1 to the FINISH. My complete zirconia bridge work is a very accurate fit and greatly complements my face. Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.

I'm very happy with the work of Dr Loc and his team, his attention to detail was second to none. Also I would like to thank Dep, her help and care while I was having my dental treatment was fantastic Dr Hung and associates are very lucky to have such a person working for them. I went in for a cleaning and to have a filling/composite done. The doctor and staff were wonderful. The clinic is clean and the service was great for a very reasonable price. This was my second visit and they’ve been consistently reliable so I definitely recommend.

My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. Highly recommend visiting for any dental needs while in KL!

I had two problematic teeth removed, one in a post-Covid state with acute neurosis. I needed special attention and tact, speed and the absence of any triggers that could provoke a panic attack. Everything went quickly, without pain or complications. Half an hour and my problem is solved. A doctor worth his weight in gold! I recommend!

I don’t recommend this dentistry, we didn’t like it. When she arrived, she explained that the child had a toothache all night, that we did NOT need a CONSULTATION (which cost 4,000 tenge), but we needed a doctor who would treat him (she provided a panoramic image, said the last time what painkiller was used). But in the end they paid for the consultation, because... on Sunday there is no doctor who treats periodontitis (you need to make an appointment with him in advance), the doctor who examined us does not treat this. Although she warned us in advance that we needed to treat the tooth. I realized that you shouldn’t go to this dentist office on weekends or in general for emergencies, because on weekends there are just consultants there and they simply charge money for an unnecessary consultation.
