Avoid this hospital. So many negative aspects at so many levels. One top administrators is rude and disrespectful to the patients, disregarding the elderly's mental health and feelings. Prices are astronomical that DO NOT reflect any of the services of the hospital. Room sizes are small, all windows with no curtains in Kuwait's constant sunny days! The surgeons are supposed to be highly rated, yet were surprisingly dishonest with their patients treatment plans. The hospital just keeps asking for extra charges over and over. Thats their priority. Keep away as you, the patient, are not part of their primary care at all. Do not put your health at risk here. You are better off going to any other respectful private hospital in Kuwait where the patient's care, comfort, and well being is their primary concern and not their pockets.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Although they have good doctors, the building itself can not be called a hospital. Avoid this hospital unless you are able to sleep in bright daylight because apparently their designers have not heard about curtains. The management have no expertise in dealing with elder patients. They are very rude and impolite. The worse experience in our life.

Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

From the first minute of your stay, there is no trust that they are helping you! All they need is to get into your wallet! The chiropractor on the next street is more helpful than this staff! A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! Hygiene is extremely poor. In my experience the floor was wiped with mop out of toilet. Literally, excrements are on the floors all iver the rooms. The personnel is rude, shouting to patients. They don hide their hate towards the patients, it feels like the just want to get rid of you. Nurses are very rude.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

I was visiting Dubai and had to do some blood tests. I have visited CMC Dubai and informed them that I need the results the second day as I am traveling. Despite several calls and trials to follow up, I was not able to get a satisfying answer, until my call was attended by Raymond, whom he had offered the needed assistance and made sure to receive the results in a timely manner. Raymond has been very helpful, professional and proactive. He followed up on my request and called after to make sure that my case has been resolved. Will never ever come to this hospital. Arrived at the hospital today with my baby having high fever. They told me there is no doctor and to call the ambulance. Called the ambulance and end up the ambulance referred us to the doctor in this hospital. Ambulance took baby temperature and blood pressure. We went into the emergency room and did a Covid test for baby. Very tough towards baby, swab baby nose till bleed and told us it’s normal. No doctor came to see us at all. Just a nurse came to speak to us and told us to monitor baby. Nurse didn’t even do a check up for our baby ended up paying $400 USD for consultation and emergency room! No check up done on baby and no medication given. I guess they don’t like doing foreigner business. Disappointed in Japan healthcare. Baby is still running a 39 degree high fever and we were told to pay and leave. Ridiculous

Literally the worst hospital i have ever visited. I waited for 4 hours straight and when I asked how long I needed to wait, the doctors just simply said she has no idea, and just change a hospital if you don’t have time. So cold. I think anyone who went there as foreigners could understand what I am talking about. Honestly, i don’t even wanna give one star.

I'm here as an inpatient. Everyone is pretty nice and they have pretty much everything you would need. Don't feel afraid to come here. My teacher also said he comes here regularly for checkups and that he likes it and it has a good reputation.

I had my MRI there and the purpose was to look for a serious condition. The neurosurgeon barely answered any questions and I had to force him to look at my MRI. It was shocking ! He also refused to write a report for my rheumatologist. I've never seen this. My rheumatologist had to ask for a report to another radiologist and finally we pinpoint the disease !! This behavior is unacceptable and the last time I checked MRI cost me 1 000 $ ! The minimum he could do was to spend 10 minutes to explain me !

Had an exhilarating stroll around Yonsei campus. There's a bookstore for souvenir university items. Most K dramas have scenes around the campus. Very scenic. A must visit place even for first timers in Korea.

Visited Severance hospital to treat an unknown issue on my toe in 2021. It was not treated properly for over 6 months and during that time I visited the dermatology department weekly to ‘treat’ it with laser removal and surgical skin removal. After 6 months of repeated treatments and not improving, they tested the problem. (Yes the first test) The issue they were treating (bacteria) was different from what they had been treating thus far. Saw a slight improvement but the doctor change resulted in the decision to removal part of the nail. The nail was removed and since then have encountered more issues due to the first doctor’s mishaps. The nursing staff was kind throughout the experience which is why I am giving this review 3 stars. The doctors lack of knowledge on this issue and repeated issues (pain, treatment of the wrong problems) without admitting her wrongdoing caused me extreme stress, pain and damage to my foot. It felt as this hospital was out to make money. The lack of treatment (in a timely manner) can cause long term damages and suffering. Although the doctors have changed, the Yongin branch does not live up to the standards of other Severance hospitals.

Very new, clean and accommodating. I come all the way from Seoul here simply for the professionalism and high-quality service. As a foreigner i don't feel like a second class citizen like in most hospitals here in Korea (especially Severance in Shinchon). I've already had 2 surgeries here and I don't think I'll go to another hospital unless time is of the essence and I can't make the hour long trip here.

My friend went to the emergency room at the hospital at 2 a.m. and they asked her to wait a while for "emergency surgery," and she had to wait until 4 p.m. (14 hrs later) to get the surgery. As she wanted to move to another hospital because of this this, they simply refused and gave her medicine that caused dizziness and sleepiness. Because she was a foreigner, they didn't listen to her and even cops didn't help her. She felt as though she was kidnapped, but she had to pay for the ordeal. The payment for the wait alone was 300 dollars and the total was over thousands of dollars. They follow only the doctors and look down on the patients here. The worst hospital in the world. An average prison for sure.

Super sweet and helpful lady navigated the hospital for me. She spoke in English to me and Japanese to the other employees. Sadly they were unable to help me without a reference letter from another doctor. She did help me find another clinic that was able to treat me, which was super nice!

I am grateful for the robot surgery for hepato-biliary-pancreas transplant surgery. It was the first time in 30 years since I was in elementary school that I was handicapped by another hospital and gripped the referral letter. I started out as an outpatient with an uneasy feeling, My primary care doctor was calm and gave me peace of mind. I can't believe I can talk like this and be listened to I don't know if you can explain this much. I was just amazed. Both the outpatient nurses and the staff are very professional and behave It was lovely. From there, I had regular outpatient visits until the surgery date was decided. It was my first general anesthesia, and I don't remember the 34 days after the surgery, but everyone on the team, the CCU, the nurses in the ward, the assistants, and the staff were sincere, and I was relieved. I only remember I am surprised at how my physical condition changes from day to day. I am glad that I had my surgery here. thank you for helping me

This time, on August 4th, I had my first visit to the department of diabetes endocrinology and metabolism. I received a letter of introduction and an appointment slip from the referral hospital and had a medical examination. Since it is a complete referral reservation system, patients who are completely new to the clinic cannot see a doctor unless they have a letter of introduction and an appointment slip. (This does not apply to emergency outpatient services.) It was Kyoto University Hospital for the first time in ten years. From childhood to high school, I was treated for cleft lip and palate at our hospital's plastic surgery. It will be a medical examination from then on. The outpatient ward, the Sekitei ward, the middle ward, and the south ward group have changed considerably. I was prepared that it would take some time to see a diabetic outpatient for the first time. is given a call receiver. This receiver is a versatile device that will notify you with the melody of twinkle twinkle stars and vibration when your turn comes. Each outpatient has a two-stage waiting system with an outside waiting area, an inside waiting area, and an examination room. It is designed so that patients will not be crowded at once when it is crowded. Diagnosis is fine but takes too much time. Waiting time is over 60 minutes. Showing to the doctor and getting the prescription and payment took more than 3 hrs. If some test are included then it will double the time.

One of the Best hospital no doubt. I am very satisfied with safe environment and hospital service. But please don't visit Red Cross Hospital without any reference or recommendation letter, otherwise you have to pay 8000-10000 yen extra!

I have visited many hospitals, as organised as Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, I have not. The experience I had was very wow. You get a follow-up call every few days in relation to your appointment. You get a follow-up message every few days in relation to your appointment. You get free valet parking once you reach the gate. You will be welcomed by many staff from the entry. You will be guided by a special staff to the destination and required clinic. If it was your first time, then you would be assigned with a person to finish your queries. I was honestly late for my appointment due to the traffic jam, but still, they helped me and allowed me to see the doctor a little later between the other patients. I loved the way that the patient care agent served me and did her best to allow me to enter for the doctor as all appointments were fully booked, and the doctor was fully paced. It does not take any time to take the vital signs. By entering to the doctors, you will see a big smile, and someone hearing you to give the best advice ever. The doctare very friendly and very caring. Full checkups will be done, and some extra precautionary ones are too. I had a 7 stars service. We are blessed by having such facilities in UAE.

We were admitted before many times and the service was fine ,but Today , the services was really noticeable and great even My mom could see the difference , specially when a guy named Mohamed Ismael came to make sure that everything was great and he was so welcoming and hosting. I would also like to take this opportunity to provide some feedback and make a recommendation regarding the booking of required tests, such as X-rays, blood tests, and especially ultrasound appointments after the operation. I believe implementing an automated system to schedule these tests before visiting the doctor would greatly benefit patients.

Overall great facility (especially after the renovation) and very good doctors. I would have placed reviews on many of their doctors across several departments but many of them have left. Right now, I can highly speak about Dr Nathalie El Moukari, consultant radiologist. She’s confident and very thorough in her examination and takes the time to explain to the patient their situation and what they need to do. She communicates very well in, at least, three languages. Her team, I can cite Ms Mandy, is equally pleasant to deal with. The clinic is clean. Parking lots are available.

Did my regular eye checkup here. Waited for long time. The doctor said all fine but I wasn’t sure as I felt some Difficulties in reading. So went to Al Ahalia hospital for another checkup. The checkups done at Mediclinic are lesser and they didn’t go in depth for complete understanding of issues. Will avoid in future. Not worth the money paid and time Spent..

The care I received at this hospital was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very kind and compassionate, and they made me feel comfortable and well-cared for during my stay.

The worst inpatient experience! The rooms are not that clean, the nursing staff is so unorganized. They did not keep a proper log of the medications that were given to my son. I had to tell them which medicines which given and which were still to be taken. The nurse station is so loud! The nurses and doctors are extremely loud in the middle of the night and have no consideration for the patients. The quality of the food/meals is horrible too. The doctors here are good but everything else needs major improvements!

Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

Very undesirable environment for some of group of the employees with no SOP from HR. Without proper protocol for meal time duration. Limited food variety in-house for the group of employees. Shift/annual leave schedule planning with non standard protocol and left it to department in-charge with unequal treatment subjected to their whim and fancy. Management may need to review to provide a better positive work environment to all.

Came to one of their clinics located here. Given wrong station exit info by Goggle maps (had to wait and cross the traffic junction twice), and exit 1 is the correct exit that leads up to the hospital. Staff at the front desk should be more attentive in the morning when patrons approached the desk. Had to "interrupt" to get to the right building.

Acibadam one of the best hospital in Istanbul . A hospital that uses the latest medical equipment, with a professional staff of doctors and a very high-quality nursing service. The hospital and patient rooms are excellent and equipped with the best equipment, but hospital prices are very expensive. There are higher prices for every non-Turkish foreigner and this is annoying. I advise the patient not to go to the hospital directly. Unless through a Turkish doctor who deals with the hospital directly, this is better for you in terms of prices. The nursing service is very good, and the cleanliness , Hygiene & decorations are excellent.

Had a good experience getting IVF and PGD/PGT-a + PGT-m treatment from Acıbadem Fulya hospital (IVF department). Many thanks to Dr Hale Çelik, the nurses, embryology lab and Mr Kenan (patient coordinator) who were all very professional, competent, helpful and made the experience seamless. I could always ask questions and got a response straight away. The IVF and PGD treatment worked and we now have healthy babies. I would recommend.
