I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. Again this review is NOT for the Doctors or nurses or neither their treatment.

It's a good hospital, considering the quality of the average hospitals in Bangladesh. You can find some good consultants here. The rooms and lobbies are clean. The nurses and duty doctors are available 24x7, responsible and are cooperative. Almost all of the necessary tests and medicines are available in-house. The rooms don't have an emergency button for the patients to call for help, so for server patients, sometime must be there with the patient always. The cabins have 2 beds for this reason. The room rents don't include meals. But apparently, they don't have any restrictions for outside food or even for visitors. Being a well reputed and popular hospital, it's tight to get a cabin here. If you follow the instructions provided by the admission counter, you may get a cabin in 2-3 days. No parking available, only street side. Managing a spot sometimes seem impossible in busy day time.

Ibn sina Hospital( ইবনে সিনা হাসপাতাল) is one of the oldest private hospital in dhaka. They have other branches in Dhaka and district level also. This hospital has some top level physician and surgeon. Moreover this hospital has all kinds of facilities depending on rate, Hospital bed rent ward= from 1900 tk Cabin bed = from 2700 tk Vip cabin bed= from 6500/- They have all kinds of lab diagnostic and imaging center, everyone can get 25% discount in every test. Because of a trusty institions they give some subsidy on test. Their cardiac,pediatric,stroke, gynecologist, unit is very resourceful.

Cleanliness and service are good. But their billing system is a complete mess. People are waiting for hours to pay the bill, but not even one bill is right. Even after my own patient's bill comes to the counter, it takes 1 hour to pay. What kind of system is it? Management of the hospital should improve the speedy billing process to eliminate suffering of patients.

United Hospital in Dhaka stands out as one of the city's largest and impeccably clean healthcare facilities, offering a luxurious experience. The upscale services contribute to its higher costs. However, the extended wait times and issues with staff efficiency, especially in maintaining patient serials, are areas that could use improvement. Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.

National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital is a state run tertiary care institute in Bangladesh focused on neurological disorders. It is located at Agargaon in Dhaka. Bangladeshi neurologist Prof Quazi Deen Mohammad is the founding director of this institute. Doctors are highly qualified. Overall servic and environment is good but the only negative side is the support staffs behaviour is not up to mark.

In Chattogram, there are not any well-equipped hospital compared to the hospital in Dhaka. They wanted to modify these health care facilities and revolution to established a well-facilitated and fashionable hospital within the town of port.

There are more mosquitoes than patients in this hospital 😂, Even after 4 years of hospital construction, there is no solution to this problem.There are many types of hidden charges in this hospital which I personally faced. Lastly I want to mention that, their staff are so polite and they also have such a wonderfully decorated building.

The hospital and Dr. Saifur Rahman Sohel upsaled that my mother had 3 heart blocks, created a situation that only his surgery can cure and immediately put 4 rings. My mother left unattended for long time and she died on the same day. These people have license to kill.

Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

such a shame . i paid for private clinic and this is what we got . i did my surgery there i stayed 3 days after the surgery . nurse in my last night didnt check at me at all for more than 10 hours (the whole night shift) . didnt check at all ... the other patient who slept in the same room had edema in her arm she again didnt care after the patient insist she removed the iv . one hour later the woman felt pain the nurse told her i cant do anything because you asked me to remove your iv access and we give painkiller through the iv ( she is blaming her and in indirect way tell her its her fault) .. and she has to wait till the morning to get new iv access ( while i know she can do so and if not she can call someone to do so there is no way there is no one in the hospital to do so .woman stayed all night in pain she couldnt sleep and i couldnt sleep either ). in my first day there were two new patient who got admitted to the inpatient ward the people who carried the patients ask a nurse where should we put each one of them . she said"" this person look classy lets put him in the better room the other one look the neglected and inelegant lets put him in this room. "" i will never recommend this place to a my beloved person or to a family although the surgeon was great we still know that 90% of the time patient spend in any hospital it will be spent with the nurse .

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever.. Hope I don't have to come back .

I would like to thank Dr Chan and his team for the successful TKR surgery. He is very proficient, professional and yet humble! I don't encounter much pain after the surgery and I am recovering well. Thank you very much Dr Chan! Highly recommended him !! Would like also to thank the staff of ward 7B who are friendly and helpful. However noted that there is insufficient walking frame during my stay. I've limited mobility and this creates inconvenience for me as I have to share with other patients. I lived most of my life suffering from pain and discomfort that kept getting worse. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 month ago and underwent a surgery with Dr Gul Rana. I was referred by a friend to see one of your specialists, but I'm experiencing difficulties with the booking system. The staff handling the process lacks in customer service and marketing skills. Instead of retaining customers, they seem to be pushing them away. I suggest implementing more engaging scheduling options to keep patients interested.

They just prescribed medicines and I couldn’t control my sugar level at all. I wanted to give a try at the Canadian Hospital and I went there in August. When I visited Dr Sarah Alam Endocrinologist my Hba1c level was at 9.9 and yesterday after the test it was down at 6. Such a vast improvement. Dr Sarah’s aim was to control my sugar level. She is so skilled at what she does. I had a lot of health complications when I went to her and now I feel a lot better in every aspect. I never thought I could get better, but she put me on the right medications and gave me the proper treatment. She is keen to know about everything that affects the patient, and treats even the slightest problem they have. Also, she respects your phone calls and messages and replies timely. She calls personally to check up on you. I had the best experience with her, I recommend her to all diabetics who are with uncontrolled sugar levels and others who need to visit an endocrinologist. I had the pleasure of visiting the DRHC clinic during my recent visit to Dubai, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As I walked in, the friendly staff greeted me warmly, setting a positive tone for my visit. Later on, I had the pleasure of interacting with Ramia Hamed, who provided excellent personalized customer experience. Dr. Hatem Eliwi's thorough treatment left me confident that I was in capable hands. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. The light hands injection administered by Dr. Areej Elmahi was practically painless, and her skill was evident. Dr. Talal Sharaf conducted a kind and professional eye check that reassured me of my overall eye health. The level of service I received at DRHC clinic exceeded my expectations and, dare I say, even surpassed the service I typically receive in the United States. Thanks again!

Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

Dr. Simon's wisdom tooth extraction was exceptional! Despite its complexity, he effortlessly managed the procedure, resulting in minimal pain. His warm demeanor and clear explanations eased my nerves. Even during recovery, discomfort was remarkably low. The staff Smitha & Doaa was professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Simon to anyone in need of dental services. He is a true expert in his field, making complicated procedures seem easy and painless. Yesterday I had been there for eye check up.they did the check up but kept the file with them what rights do they have to keep my file with them?? They said aapko chahiye medical records se Xerox le lo rubbish services from 9.30 am to 1 at noon I was there there was. One test they did without even asking me that test should have been done if I opt for cataract surgery there.

Had a comprehensive health checkup done with which I was satisfied. There seems to be little sanctity of time given for appointments in the OPD. I was given appointments at 3.45 and 4.30, whereas I could see the concerned doctors only at 4.45 and 6.30, respectively. I’m not sure if anybody should get an MRI done here. The Hospital’s MRI report was rejected by their own doctor on account of being ‘incomplete’.

Undoubtedly one of the best hospitals in Mumbai. Well qualified and experienced Doctors. Prompt & Efficient service by Nurses and Mousis. Centrally located. Am writing this based on my more than 45 years with the hospital. Wish and hope they can do something about parking of vehicles, specially for seniors. Best wishes.

My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling. All the doctors and nurses we interacted with, were patient and guided us with all our concerns and queries. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and thankful to the entire team for their services.
