It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

The absolute worst hospital that ever existed. Avoid at all costs. The ER had no one at the reception. I had to go look for them. They always make you wait for at least 30 minutes for your scans and tests. They are super insensitive, unprofessional, careless and have the audacity to ask the sick patient to accommodate after a mistake THEY made. This “hospital” should not be in charge of people’s lives.

The worst hospital experience of my life. The staff are lazy and disrespectful. I was billed before I had a consultation or even received the service I paid for which is VERY different than every other hospital I’ve been to. It’s even worse because the physician wasn’t even there when I was billed for a consultation with him, he came 45 minutes late! To sum it up, my appointment was at 10 am, the doctor came at 10:45. I wasn’t offered an explanation until I asked for one. They gave me three different excuses: traffic, emergency, physician is sick with stomach problems. The nurse was probably the most undertrained nurse I’ve had to deal with. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. She was talking about me with the rest of the staff in front of me (not for professional reasons but to simply complain that she has to deal with an annoyed customer in the morning). She suggested that since my doctor was late, that I should book with another doctor so i asked for a list of the doctors I can see today, she told me to look for it myself on the website :) when I was looking through the doctors, that’s when she mentioned that there was no point since there was only one other physician who was in the clinic and he had an upcoming appointment. Total waste of time and very unprofessional.

Writing a review specifically about the Maternity floor where I spent one of the most difficult weeks of my life post-delivery. I've had beyond painful complications but the Nurses & Doctors there (You know who you are!) who took care of me helped push through in the sweetest, most giving and empathetic way! I'm beyond grateful for you and I will never forget what you've done for me and for my baby! You are all angels helping people when they need it the most! So much love for you all!

Immigrant visa medical check- I had a very good experience. It was quick and efficient. I made an advance appointment, which I recommend as there were many walk ins turned away as they were fully booked.

Pharmacy staffs are not friendly. Just simply make you to run here and there. They have good business so they don't listen you.

For the Immigration medical the lab withdrew blood 2 different times not giving a clear reason why a second sample was needed but was using the word positive in their sentence when asking why do you need a second sample. They were talking fast to the point you can’t understand what they are saying, purposely done in my opinion, but you can make out the word positive in the conversations. Very nerve racking. End results were non reactive for the labs. But the torture of waiting for the results was horrendous. Exactly what they were wanting. Sad.

Avoid this hospital. So many negative aspects at so many levels. One top administrators is rude and disrespectful to the patients, disregarding the elderly's mental health and feelings. Prices are astronomical that DO NOT reflect any of the services of the hospital. Room sizes are small, all windows with no curtains in Kuwait's constant sunny days! The surgeons are supposed to be highly rated, yet were surprisingly dishonest with their patients treatment plans. The hospital just keeps asking for extra charges over and over. Thats their priority. Keep away as you, the patient, are not part of their primary care at all. Do not put your health at risk here. You are better off going to any other respectful private hospital in Kuwait where the patient's care, comfort, and well being is their primary concern and not their pockets.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Although they have good doctors, the building itself can not be called a hospital. Avoid this hospital unless you are able to sleep in bright daylight because apparently their designers have not heard about curtains. The management have no expertise in dealing with elder patients. They are very rude and impolite. The worse experience in our life.

Kudos to all nursing staff. They were a great support during the difficult times. Night staff were exceptional always running to people’s aid - I felt they were overloaded with work. Found new respect for the night staff The facilities staff were so polite, lot of patience and so respectful. They were amazing people. Over all great service and support. Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

You guys don't think much about the staff letting work 12hrs continuously for 5days and give them duty on next day. This is an hospital and you guys need to keep your staff mentally and physically fit and not exploiting them. You such type of work ethic could lead to many legal cases so I request the HR department to regularly monitor the incharge and many of your staff are quitting there job so you better find the reason why they are quitting and stop recruiting the bunch of people every week.

This is my first visit with Escort Fortis hospital Jullena. One of the worst services in return of hefty charges by hospital against the services provided to patients and attendent. On the cash counter only one resource is there who is managing discharge of IPD patients, emergency patient registration,issuing of ward pass,answering of query call,handling patient attendents. It is really called save 100% money without hiring man power. It took 30 min for me just for the patient registration. Nurse in emergency rudely behave with patients. She was on mobile and doctor asked her to attend the patient then after 5-10 min she start work as per Dr instructions. She didn't use curtain to cover the female patient and start procedure. In emergency there is a bed but bed sheet of patient bed looks very dirty not washed properly. There is no glucose bottle stand on each bed of emergency. Really Fortis hospital only charging royalty amount from us. I recommend hospital management have a look of holy family hospital and learn hospitality cleanliness and administration from them. At least holy family hospital has sufficient staff and caring nurses with clean floor and washrooms. I will give bed sheet photo also but patient was there and you can see there is no side stand there. Emergency bed charges 1000 Doctor 2100 Registration 200 Plus. Lab charges. Don't know how they are managing labs do they really take care of hygiene or not. Hospital charges are high and services in negative -100.

They deserved 5 stars for treatmet but i gave 3 for their billing irregularities. Please check your bill twice before making final payment. I've found inconsistency in their billing. Being an international patient they charged me in USD but refund my excess payment in rupeis for which i had to struggled a lot. Moreover they gave me counterfeit notes which they declined to replace from me.

All calls from November R5 It's now just a number. The accounting system has also been changed to an automatic payment machine. However, even if you still make a reservation It takes 2-3 hours to pay the bill.

I am a hearing-impaired person. The doctor said that his hearing loss would interfere with medical treatment. I would like someone who is healthy to accompany me. I said, ``I'm single, so that's impossible.'' To repeat this When I said, ``Does that mean you shouldn't come to the doctor after all?'' I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

From the first minute of your stay, there is no trust that they are helping you! All they need is to get into your wallet! The chiropractor on the next street is more helpful than this staff! A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! For the entrance-70man Doctor's examination-50man X-ray (although I gave them a snapshot of the fracture) -50 man 170 man for what ??? For bandaging ??? For such medical service?? 😡😡😡💔

Hygiene is extremely poor. In my experience the floor was wiped with mop out of toilet. Literally, excrements are on the floors all iver the rooms. The personnel is rude, shouting to patients. They don hide their hate towards the patients, it feels like the just want to get rid of you. Nurses are very rude.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

I called cmc to take an appointment, the operator was unprofessional they were laughing and try to talk to me sarcastically! I would never call them again if they have this kind of staff

I was visiting Dubai and had to do some blood tests. I have visited CMC Dubai and informed them that I need the results the second day as I am traveling. Despite several calls and trials to follow up, I was not able to get a satisfying answer, until my call was attended by Raymond, whom he had offered the needed assistance and made sure to receive the results in a timely manner. Raymond has been very helpful, professional and proactive. He followed up on my request and called after to make sure that my case has been resolved. He has demonstrated a high level of patient care and service. Thank you Raymond and keep up the good work

Recently visited the hospital with patient. My experience was overall good. Staff are helpful in nature and doctor suggested us the best treatment available for my patient. The only drawback would be it's costing policy

Posted on Thursday 30/11/23 First ever nitemare to be admitted in Regency Specialist at Ward 5B, Nursers worst ever customer skills and patients care from them. No smiling face no greet no initiative no communication no team work. Hot water flask not even refill everyday by the staff that serving food. Have to self-refill by myself every day even I went to nurses’ counter! No proper hand rub hygiene/glove/mask or wipe down before attending to me. I’m on IV Drip and antibiotic yet they can miss out till my cannula by a long thin tube blood clog and I have to poke again on my other side of hand middle of the nite and was done my MO not the nursers which chargeable to me on their carelessness mistake not checking on me? Stay for 5nite only change my bedsheet for 3times. Room and toilet full of small black ants which will randomly walk around. Do they even have pet and insect control? Really disappointed to be amidated here, thought is under the HMI Mgmt should be up to standard by them. As they are considering big group in healthcare in Singapore as they also do Education and Training Centre for the healthcare support sector.

I brought my grandmother to the hospital for a follow-up consultation, but the hospital stopped me at the front counter and told me that I could not go to see doctor because we had a fee that we had not yet paid off. But this fee was due to the improper arrangement of the operating room by hospital, which caused us to have to pay back the fee, pay the extra fee. What makes me feel very angry is that the hospital prevented us from seeing the doctor and did not allow us to go for follow-up consultation and to check my grandmother's wound. If my grandmother unfortunately has a problem with the wound and an accident occurs, I will hold you responsible for this? Please ask the hospital to pay attention to this issue. Are we responsible for this cost? Why can the hospital prevent the patient from seeing the doctor and prevent the patient goes for a follow-up consultation to check the wound? Does the hospital really have this right?

I had my MRI there and the purpose was to look for a serious condition. The neurosurgeon barely answered any questions and I had to force him to look at my MRI. It was shocking ! He also refused to write a report for my rheumatologist. I've never seen this. My rheumatologist had to ask for a report to another radiologist and finally we pinpoint the disease !! This behavior is unacceptable and the last time I checked MRI cost me 1 000 $ ! The minimum he could do was to spend 10 minutes to explain me !

Had an exhilarating stroll around Yonsei campus. There's a bookstore for souvenir university items. Most K dramas have scenes around the campus. Very scenic. A must visit place even for first timers in Korea.

Great experience as an international traveller. Doctors speak English and tests were done in a swift manner. My travel insurance company worked quickly to make payment so I wasn’t out of pocket.

It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.

Visited Severance hospital to treat an unknown issue on my toe in 2021. It was not treated properly for over 6 months and during that time I visited the dermatology department weekly to ‘treat’ it with laser removal and surgical skin removal. After 6 months of repeated treatments and not improving, they tested the problem. (Yes the first test) The issue they were treating (bacteria) was different from what they had been treating thus far. Saw a slight improvement but the doctor change resulted in the decision to removal part of the nail. The nail was removed and since then have encountered more issues due to the first doctor’s mishaps. The nursing staff was kind throughout the experience which is why I am giving this review 3 stars. The doctors lack of knowledge on this issue and repeated issues (pain, treatment of the wrong problems) without admitting her wrongdoing caused me extreme stress, pain and damage to my foot. It felt as this hospital was out to make money. The lack of treatment (in a timely manner) can cause long term damages and suffering. Although the doctors have changed, the Yongin branch does not live up to the standards of other Severance hospitals.

Very new, clean and accommodating. I come all the way from Seoul here simply for the professionalism and high-quality service. As a foreigner i don't feel like a second class citizen like in most hospitals here in Korea (especially Severance in Shinchon). I've already had 2 surgeries here and I don't think I'll go to another hospital unless time is of the essence and I can't make the hour long trip here.

My friend went to the emergency room at the hospital at 2 a.m. and they asked her to wait a while for "emergency surgery," and she had to wait until 4 p.m. (14 hrs later) to get the surgery. As she wanted to move to another hospital because of this this, they simply refused and gave her medicine that caused dizziness and sleepiness. Because she was a foreigner, they didn't listen to her and even cops didn't help her. She felt as though she was kidnapped, but she had to pay for the ordeal. The payment for the wait alone was 300 dollars and the total was over thousands of dollars. They follow only the doctors and look down on the patients here. The worst hospital in the world. An average prison for sure.

Super sweet and helpful lady navigated the hospital for me. She spoke in English to me and Japanese to the other employees. Sadly they were unable to help me without a reference letter from another doctor. She did help me find another clinic that was able to treat me, which was super nice!

I am grateful for the robot surgery for hepato-biliary-pancreas transplant surgery. It was the first time in 30 years since I was in elementary school that I was handicapped by another hospital and gripped the referral letter. I started out as an outpatient with an uneasy feeling, My primary care doctor was calm and gave me peace of mind. I can't believe I can talk like this and be listened to I don't know if you can explain this much. I was just amazed. Both the outpatient nurses and the staff are very professional and behave It was lovely. From there, I had regular outpatient visits until the surgery date was decided. It was my first general anesthesia, and I don't remember the 34 days after the surgery, but everyone on the team, the CCU, the nurses in the ward, the assistants, and the staff were sincere, and I was relieved. I only remember I am surprised at how my physical condition changes from day to day. I am glad that I had my surgery here. thank you for helping me

This time, on August 4th, I had my first visit to the department of diabetes endocrinology and metabolism. I received a letter of introduction and an appointment slip from the referral hospital and had a medical examination. Since it is a complete referral reservation system, patients who are completely new to the clinic cannot see a doctor unless they have a letter of introduction and an appointment slip. (This does not apply to emergency outpatient services.) It was Kyoto University Hospital for the first time in ten years. From childhood to high school, I was treated for cleft lip and palate at our hospital's plastic surgery. It will be a medical examination from then on. The outpatient ward, the Sekitei ward, the middle ward, and the south ward group have changed considerably. I was prepared that it would take some time to see a diabetic outpatient for the first time. is given a call receiver. This receiver is a versatile device that will notify you with the melody of twinkle twinkle stars and vibration when your turn comes. Each outpatient has a two-stage waiting system with an outside waiting area, an inside waiting area, and an examination room. It is designed so that patients will not be crowded at once when it is crowded.
