I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment at Apollo Hospital. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service she has received. On multiple occasions, including today, she was served food infested with rice weevils during her stay at the cancer day care center in Apollo Hospital, Bhat. To make matters worse, my mother even contracted typhoid last month while undergoing chemotherapy. As her son, I am deeply concerned about her well-being. It is crucial for cancer patients to have access to proper nutrition and a sterile environment, and Apollo Hospital has failed to provide this. I urge potential patients and their families to think twice before choosing Apollo Hospital. The recurring issue of rice weevils in the food and the subsequent health risks are simply unacceptable. The trust we placed in this hospital has been shattered. I kindly request the hospital administration to take immediate action and address these issues. Patients deserve the highest standard of care, and the fees charged should reflect the quality of service provided.

To all ONGCians, Don't go APOLLO HOSPITAL Bhat if you have life threatening disease as they will make a case as ONGC provide free medical and even temporary doctors in ONGC dispensary are involved in this. Special Note: Don't take treatment from Dr Vishal Choksi as before Biopsy he spoke very rudely with my father who was 4th stage cancer patient at that time and this doctor talk very badly with him. Dr Vishal Choksi did blunder during biopsy too which we can understand doctor are humans and they can make mistakes but this doctor is not good human as he don't know how to talk with patients. I am writing this review at 3:37 am you can understand how I am going through even after a year of my father's demise. All cancer patients need utmost care esp from doctors and staffs. Please choose wisely and don't seek treatment if that doctor name is Vishal choksi.

My advice don't don't go this Hospital. I completed my radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment this Hospital. Treatment is Good and the staff but the doctor doesn't ask your problems and try to cure it only for money he is getting money with out bill and medicines without prescription and the medicines are too expensive. He is doing chemotherapy treatment in his own hospital near his home without bill only. Try to avoid go there

I am a cancer patient . I thought the name CBCC is very huge but this hospital is very bag. I dnt know who these people are giving them 5stars they are all fake . I had worst hospital experience hence I am changing it. * Nurses here are not well trained, nurse dint know how to flush my chemo port , she didn't do dressing afterwards.( Very basic thing which a cancer hospital should really note) * Dr dabkara was treating me , suddenly he left the hospital without notifying. No one going on these hospital it is very risky for patient health. When some one goes to this hospital he not care his patient his ICU unit is very bad. I have wrost experience in past few month 5-7 patient died in front of me. His management is rudely behavior with patient colleges it is very dangerous hospital.

I just went there for biopsy. There is no proper communication. Absolutely greedy. Exorbitant charging. Please do not prefer the hospital. Staffs are arrogant. A 2 ml syring is coating rs. 18. Shamless hospital. They suck your blood say it is not tasty.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

Despite going to another pvt ltd hospital GCRI is the best option as we can understand process is bit lengthy but you can expect world class treatment including with free of cost services. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital that compelled me to share my thoughts. My father-in-law was admitted for an emergency procedure, and what transpired during our visit left me deeply disheartened. Initially, we were given an estimate of ₹2,09,000 plus consumables for the procedure, but upon discharge, the cost had escalated to ₹3,57,000 - a staggering 75% increase. Seeking clarification at the billing desk, I received vague answers and was directed to the assistant doctor of the surgeon, who then asked us to wait for Dr. Mandar Deshpande. After a prolonged wait, Dr. Mandar Deshpande eventually met with us but became defensive when questioned about the unexpected cost surge. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil conversation, things turned unpleasant as Dr. Deshpande raised his voice and directed us back to the billing department. We would not believe a doctor could behave in such a manner. The situation escalated further when security was called, and my wife and I were confined to a room with the promise that someone from billing would explain the invoices. To our dismay, we were still waiting for someone to come for over 45 minutes, prompting us to consider leaving. Later, Rajashesh Savant, the senior security personnel, decided to come but immediately resorted to using foul language and even attempted to file a false FIR against us. He threatened us with a silly claim that I had kidnapped my father-in-law so that we would not pay the bill. We asked him to check the cameras that a nurse had released him, and second to think if our intention was not to pay the bill (and run away), then why would we go to the billing counter to ask for the bill to pay? Why would we just not run away without paying? I explained to him the reason my father-in-law had left a little early was because he was in pain after the surgery and he had to travel six hours to get back home, so we stayed back so that he could leave to get back home before it was too dark. When logic did not prevail, he asked his security guards to physically restriction us and attempt to seize our belongings. When tried to take pictures and videos the guard literally tried to snatch my phone by inserting his hands into my pocket. How can a medical institution employ goons like these? Ultimately, exhausted and under duress, we decided to settle the bill after intervention from a senior police officer. The entire incident unfolded in the hospital lobby, possibly captured on video. This experience has raised several concerns about the conduct of the hospital staff and the apparent lack of accountability. Seeing such behavior from a healthcare institution where open communication and understanding should be paramount is disheartening. Questions arise about the hospital's choice of personnel, particularly those who cannot engage in polite conversations and provide explanations when required. The ordeal also raises questions about the conduct of security personnel. Last but not least, observe the cleanliness when you are in the hospital. It is one the worst; besides the lobby, the wards and especially the bathrooms are not to the cleanliness standard of a medical institution. I hope to shed light on the challenges faced during my visit to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, emphasizing the need for better communication and a more patient-friendly approach from the medical and administrative staff. There are better hospitals in Mumbai, and you should consider those before considering Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Hospital clean and good staff but bathrooms cleaning not done. No one taking care.. it's always stinking ,no tissue papers or toilet rolls..no housekeeping supervisor around to whom we can show the dirty washroom on ground floor...the bathroom cleaner was forced to clean but she was using one cloth to wipe seat covers which can be a serious breeding ground for infection and a dirty mop which could never dry floor..no Dettol or sanitizer in or around washroom .. dirty smell all over ..wash basins equally stained and dirty and wet on the counter...we request management to immediately take action to improve condition of such a gifted hospital ...there was no suggestion box found so posting. It's a request for all the washrooms conditions to be improved for patients relatives.

Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital 🏥 is one of the best hospitals 🏥 in Mumbai and in India 🇮🇳 . Excellent infrastructure. Hospital is very clean. I've had my executive health check up over there. And I've got good experience at the hospital 🏥. Every department is marked with systematic colorful lines which you have to follow on the floor so as to commute inside hospital. No need to ask anyone unless you have colorblindness 😉. Reception staff at EHC are very helpful and cooperative. I've gone for routine medical check up. Doctors are knowledgeable. The most important thing I like about kokilaben hospital that they sends all the reports thru mail. No hassle or waiting for the hard copy of the reports. And food 🍲 is really good. You won't feel like you are eating hospital 🏥 food 🍲.

You go on pressing the call button for hours and no nurse comes in, highly miss managed, you will be going around without any help from here to there (as if it’s a govt hospital) and many such negative things … But again - doctors are really really great here!!!

This hospital is the epitome of atrocity globally. My father was admitted due to a heart-related issue, and they subjected his frail body to numerous tests and experiments, further weakening him. Despite his delicate state, they proceeded with the bypass surgery without assessing his thin and feeble condition or considering whether his body could endure the procedure. The experiments conducted by them ultimately cost him his life. The doctors displayed a complete lack of support and denied visitation. During my last attempt to see my father before the surgery, they refused entry, escorting him to the operation theatre without allowing a proper farewell. From a distance, my father kept looking at me, desiring to meet, but these heartless individuals denied us that privilege. The management is deplorable. My father meant everything to me, and now, we are facing financial hardship, finding ourselves on the streets. In just four days, they generated a bill of 8 lakh rupees. I earnestly implore you to refrain from choosing this hospital based on the harrowing experience my family endured. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone else, but the decision is yours. The repercussions of such suffering only affect the families involved, not others.

Recently i admit my dad in Metro Hospital under Gastrology, we have a worst experience, - The doctor in gastro OPD recommended , sleeping pills to a serious liver patient, my dad, which is wrong as per medical science. - OPD to Ward - Ward To HDU - in just 1 DAY - NO improvement only worse condition in 4 days - - The nursing staff is worse in ICU HDU , which is the main thing they do not have the correct knowledge. - Very much Money Minded Hospital .

Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

You guys don't think much about the staff letting work 12hrs continuously for 5days and give them duty on next day. This is an hospital and you guys need to keep your staff mentally and physically fit and not exploiting them. You such type of work ethic could lead to many legal cases so I request the HR department to regularly monitor the incharge and many of your staff are quitting there job so you better find the reason why they are quitting and stop recruiting the bunch of people every week.

This is my first visit with Escort Fortis hospital Jullena. One of the worst services in return of hefty charges by hospital against the services provided to patients and attendent. On the cash counter only one resource is there who is managing discharge of IPD patients, emergency patient registration,issuing of ward pass,answering of query call,handling patient attendents. It is really called save 100% money without hiring man power. It took 30 min for me just for the patient registration. Nurse in emergency rudely behave with patients. She was on mobile and doctor asked her to attend the patient then after 5-10 min she start work as per Dr instructions. She didn't use curtain to cover the female patient and start procedure. In emergency there is a bed but bed sheet of patient bed looks very dirty not washed properly. There is no glucose bottle stand on each bed of emergency. Really Fortis hospital only charging royalty amount from us. I recommend hospital management have a look of holy family hospital and learn hospitality cleanliness and administration from them. At least holy family hospital has sufficient staff and caring nurses with clean floor and washrooms. I will give bed sheet photo also but patient was there and you can see there is no side stand there. Emergency bed charges 1000 Doctor 2100 Registration 200 Plus. Lab charges. Don't know how they are managing labs do they really take care of hygiene or not. Hospital charges are high and services in negative -100.

They deserved 5 stars for treatmet but i gave 3 for their billing irregularities. Please check your bill twice before making final payment. I've found inconsistency in their billing. Being an international patient they charged me in USD but refund my excess payment in rupeis for which i had to struggled a lot. Moreover they gave me counterfeit notes which they declined to replace from me.

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.
