They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

The only good thing about this hospital is the view because the truth is that customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to this hospital because it is the one that referred me to my social work. I traveled from the interior (1500kms) and arrived for my shift ON TIME to see the doctor. They attended to me 3 HOURS later. Then the doctor asked me to get an MRI done at the same hospital. Those who assisted me told me that I had to send a WhatsApp (since I was in person to request an appointment). I arrived at the place where I was staying and requested an appointment. They wanted to give me a shift almost a month later. I told them my situation and the urgency (since I had traveled many kilometers and couldn't stay that long). They cared little or nothing. They didn't give overtime shifts. After an odyssey to get the MRI, I was able to do it but in another place in the capital a day later. I already had to go back so the doctor asked me to continue the treatment by teleconsultation. I left Buenos Aires the first days of September. WE ARE ALMOST REACHING DECEMBER and it is the 5th time that I cannot have the teleconsultation with the doctor. It is a disaster!. They make excuses that my social insurance doesn't cover it when I had already told them that I had no problem paying it privately but they continue to tease me. I hope my social work changes the hospital where it refers its members because it is truly regrettable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL AND MUCH LESS IF YOU ARE FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE COUNTRY BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.

Maybe they have some other problem in the administrative and customer service part. It can always be improved!! The one that has the most weaknesses is the administrative part of neurology. I had self funded surgery here 6 weeks ago. My surgeon and anaesthetist were amazing. 10/10. The nurses I had when I came out of recovery were great. Attention to detail, caring, wonderful. The nurses I had the following day were average. The surgery cost $11950, I was in hospital less than 18 hours. My admission was messed up, so after fasting from 9pm for an 8am surgery, I wasn’t admitted until after 4pm. Surgery went great and was out of recovery by 8pm. The next morning I wasn’t given any fluids or anything and was discharged not long after waking. I was given the wrong discharge papers and medication scripts too. Please do better in future. I would definitely think twice about having surgery here again.

All the staff at the Wesley are amazing. Even when staff are super busy, they are friendly, they make time for you and your every concern. The staff look happy and appear to work as a well oiled team. Comfortable rooms and great food choices (including Vegan options) and service. Remember, it is a Hospital not a restaurant. Had private health cover for most of my adult life and one time I needed to use it, the experience was so horrible. I’ve triggered Ramsay rule 3 times without success, was told medical director was going to see me, but that did not ever happen. I was eventually transferred to a public hospital, and experience was so much better.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

Long story short 🙂: I had a couple of surgeries on both hip joints when I was one year old. Everything went well at that time, living with the thought that the problem was solved forever, enjoying the outdoor activities I wanted to do. But I was wrong. The day when I started feeling pain in my right hip joint which has also reflected on my walking mobility was the life challenge I didn't ask for. It was not the way I was imaging my life further, pills were not helping a lot, the only way out was the surgery (hip replacement). As I am not Slovak, at first it was hard for me to decide where to do it, here or go home, you know so many things to take into consideration including the care after surgery especially if you do not have any family member beside you. I did search on net and found this clinic which took my attention as potential one based on all the info and patient testimonials I read. Fortunately, the orthopedist MUDr. Jozef Vojtaššák, PhD who did all my examinations advised me that this is the clinic where he is performing the surgeries. And actually this was the decisive piece for my dilemma. Today, after 15 days from the successful surgery I am happy that I feel the difference and for this nice feeling I would like sincerely to thank MUDr. Jozef Vojtaššák, PhD for his professional and caring approach, for all his support, advises and answers to my million questions, to all nurses and physiotherapists from the Clinica Orthopedica and Spine Clinic for their unconditional care, patience, friendly approach and kindness who made my two weeks stay in the clinic like home.Looking back now, it was maybe fast but definitely right decision to make, not regretting at all, thankful and grateful to the whole medical team who has for sure overachieved my expectations. The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

I am extremely satisfied with Vitosha Hospital. I had to turn to them after suffering a broken right leg. The attention and treatment I received was brilliant. They approached me extremely carefully. I thank them from the bottom of my heart that I can be active again and have no problems!

I had a good experience with Dr Carlos for MRI scans and follow-up appointments. However, the billing team and administration is very unorganized and has caused me a huge amount of stress and suffering. I am a full yinsured patient and they have been unable to submit my invoices to correct insurers, failed to communicate with me when my insurance companies have missed something, and start chasing down payments of plus 2 years old using debt collection agencies. Beware, stay away from the Schoen Clinics as they are very unprofessional. Have never experienced anything quite like this. In April 2023, a debt collection agency contacted me saying invoice over due with Schoen Clinic. I was shocked as my insurance company should have settled this 1 year ago. Cigna subseqeuntly settled the bill quickly on my behalf once I took lead on it. To be clear, I never recieved one piece of communication from Schoen Clinic saying the bill had not been settled by my insurance company and they went straight to debt collection agency even though I have a long history with the clinic as an insured patient. In November 2023, I get contacted again by a debt collection agency. Schoen were unable to tell me in April 2023 that there was also £175 invoice and a fee of £100 that had not been paid by Axa in 2020. Clearly at this point I am losing all hope with the Schoen Clinic and am insulted that they would raise these trivial amounts via agency this long ago. I struggle to even remember what they are for, have not recieved invoices and to make matters worse you cant even contact somebody in person to talk to about it.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t help my knee at all. Left in the waiting room for 50mins for appt. Then I apparently had £12 bill outstanding. I had a baby. Then I find out they’ve passed the £12 bill to a debt collector who has rolled it up and added a load of fees.

This review is for the administration, not the health professionals, which I will post separately. I attended for a consultation on 14th March and paid an invoice that day which I was led to believe covered everything. At the end of July I was chased for an outstanding invoice of £400 for two x-rays which was supposedly raised on 15th March. I queried it, but to no avail. And only today have I finally received the actual invoice, 5 months late! In view of my being originally misinformed and the delay in providing the invoice, a small reduction? Not a chance!

My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

Knee replacement was performed. The operation was painful and complicated.. I was very pleased. High specialists, masters of their craft. Just wizards. And what else I liked was the attitude of the staff. The team is united and attentive. thank you for everything

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

One of best places in Budapest to get the Covid vaccination. Very efficient and attentive service in a clean and tidy place. All doctors, nurses, IT specialists and soldiers work the help incoming people. No preliminary registration required. Large parking lot located in front of Uzsoki hospital free on weekends only.

I had a lipoma on my shoulder, close to the size of a ping pong ball. Dr. Ember did the surgery.Him and his team were great! During the surgery he told me what he was going to do, so I was prepared . They were asking if I was okay the whole time , and the assistant held my hand through the surgery. I am very thankful to Dr. Ember and his Team for taking such a good care of me. I was super nervous and their caring kindness made me feel safe. The Clinic is very nice, it is in a beautiful environment on the Mecsek Hills. COMPUTER SAYS NO. I have never met such indifference as in this clinic. My wife and I went to this clinic because my wife had palpitations (heart ritme failure) several times in the night and in the morning. She wanted to see a docter for a checkup. We went to the Davinci Clinic in Pecs. At the reception three women were talking. One of them sat behind a computerscreen. Although we said hello in Hungarian, they took no notice of us. After a few minutes the woman behind the screen turnen to us and asked what we wanted. I asked her if she understood English. Yes, she said. We told her the problem, but I had to translate the word "heart" in Hungarian (Szív) for her first. Then she looked at the screen for a while without saying anything or asking anything and said: "You can get an appointment next week". I was stunned and said: "My wife has a problem with her heart!" She didn't respond, looked back at her screen and said, "You can get an appointment next week." We went never to go back there again. Typical example of "Computer says NO"

A lot of assumptions without reading medical files. If they have no knowledge about a certain illness they call it 'non existing'. Not willing to help or advise. Not respectvol at all towards patients. Paying them for this garbage is just a waste of money.

Waiting time was about 1.5 hours It was already borderline. I urgently sought an orthopedist because of a herniated disc. Unfortunately, the reality is this. Several people rejected me on the phone. I asked for an appointment by email. After about a week the answer came. You can come on November 23rd. After a few days, a lady called me and gave me an appointment to see the gentleman on November 17th due to the pain Kubosh. This doctor did everything right for me. He chose the right therapy for me. He took his time and explained every step. I am very satisfied with this clinic.

Badly organized. After waiting four months for an appointment for a stress fracture in the foot, it was postponed again two days beforehand. There was an alternative appointment at short notice, but I had to cancel it after waiting two hours. It was not possible to say how long I would have to stay in the waiting room and I had to go back to work. If it's already so long to find an appointment, I unfortunately don't understand why the waiting time on site is still so long. Conclusion: The clinic only seems suitable for people with an exceptional amount of time. It may be easier for private patients.

In March of this year, my wife received an artificial hip joint at the joint clinic. She was very well informed in advance by Professor Konstantinidis. She spent a total of 4 days in the clinic... Room top...food great.... Nursing staff very accommodating! The physiotherapist is great! Today she is fully mobile again and has no restrictions. This clinic can be recommended 100 percent.

such a shame . i paid for private clinic and this is what we got . i did my surgery there i stayed 3 days after the surgery . nurse in my last night didnt check at me at all for more than 10 hours (the whole night shift) . didnt check at all ... the other patient who slept in the same room had edema in her arm she again didnt care after the patient insist she removed the iv . one hour later the woman felt pain the nurse told her i cant do anything because you asked me to remove your iv access and we give painkiller through the iv ( she is blaming her and in indirect way tell her its her fault) .. and she has to wait till the morning to get new iv access ( while i know she can do so and if not she can call someone to do so there is no way there is no one in the hospital to do so .woman stayed all night in pain she couldnt sleep and i couldnt sleep either ). in my first day there were two new patient who got admitted to the inpatient ward the people who carried the patients ask a nurse where should we put each one of them . she said"" this person look classy lets put him in the better room the other one look the neglected and inelegant lets put him in this room. "" i will never recommend this place to a my beloved person or to a family although the surgeon was great we still know that 90% of the time patient spend in any hospital it will be spent with the nurse .

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever.. Hope I don't have to come back .

Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.
