All doctors and staff are good. But during Echo test I feel this hospital is very big. But there is less machines for echo testing. Patients have waited minimum two hours waiting, this is not good. I am also noticed staff of Echo testing room specially female staff mostly busy in talking and busy in their mobile chatting. As this result patients have waited for more time for their turn. I want request from the management of Artmis Hospital, please check about your services and staff.

Very neat place. We went there to donate blood and the management was good that we don't have to wait for too long. Quite expensive though but is a good hospital.

One of the leading Top Most Hospital in India. All the major facilities are available. None of the disease is not curable here. Only the issue is that Charges are not affordable by a average Indians. Central Govt should make a capping on charges. Else make these kind of hospital in every state capital. Indian population is growing like anything and we are still very slow in medicine industry

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Even though there was construction ongoing, there was minimal dust and noise. The food for patients on admission is usually suited to your taste which is highly commendable. Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

See photo 📸 and plz stop ✋️ money heist in your country There are no parking person in field or parking lot . Half hospital parking lot is empty because of no entry 🚫 but hospital staff is good

Today line for collection of report at radiology department was too much. The person responsible was either too slow or not experienced. At peak hours it is recommended to have assistance

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited PHP lounge in the hospital. Mr. Jitender did a splendid job and he was very respectful and diligent.

From last 5 years I am coming here for PHP which is some time tough due to rush but PHP lounge is amazing where hospitality of Mr Jitendera is one of the reason I always comes here along with the brekfast quality is superb! This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.
