I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

I do regular medical check up with RSPI every year and as always enjoyed awesome experience in terms of cleaness, comfort environement, very good equipments and friendly services. Keep up the good work and bravo RSPI!

Need an expert in pancreatic problems, we decided to use this hospital. Treated at the emergency ward and them moved to the VIP room at night. Room is clean and modern with a proper daybed and microwave, toilet is clean and using top notch equipment.

8th floor and recommended CT Scan services : Clean and well equipped treatment room and facility, prompt and friendly and well trainee nurses, in time doctor visits, excellent housekeeping ; food services can be more quick on providing utensils for guest use. Well functioning equipment and prompt response to call by nurse on duty. CT scan facility equipped with modern technology; clean, bright roo With competent staff , efficient administration, clear instruction before and after CT scan treatment, no hurt during IV placement and hospitable demeanor. First timer in the house! Overall enjoyed my stay here. The hospital is clean, staffs are very pleasant, the doctors made excellent diagnosis and special shoutout to the nurses on 6th and 9th floor for making my sick stay here as amazing as it can get! Your attentiveness and soothing voices really helps me thru some rough times here. Thank you! ❤️ Oh! And the food selections in the room are really good too, always go for the Japanese food. Online appointment system practically useless since we are required to wait and register again before we can go to the poly. In addition, payment also takes long time even after being seated or called to the counter. The design or layout of the hospital is also very flawed resulting in low accessibility even for non-sick people. Don’t let fancy decoration fool you. This hospital need major improvement. EHCBB Should try to learn from Siloam hospital for this matter 🙂

This hospital is most comfortable hospital near my house. The staff very helpful and full of smile. Nurses are very kind to patients. And it has a clean environment.

I don't usually leave a bad review, but I gotta write this one — the ICU guy that was assigned in the 3rd floor was really such a jerk and very rude, in contrast with the other staff! In no million years way I would recommend my family, colleagues, and friends this hospital anymore — that is how offended I really am!

Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

Staff is super slow. You may book an appointment and then wait for hours. And every time they Will day that you is a next one. For payment l, minum half an hour waiting for then to make up an invoice. Very dissapointing service, but specialist doctors are generally good

Such a great hospital with a great service too. The existence of this hospital are really helpfull. With good facilities and complete doctors, hopefully it can help more people.

I had an appointment at 19.00 but waited for two more hours to visit the doctors, already checked each 30 minutes to the nurse for the appointment, and the nurses were very unfriendly & unsupportive. Very bad and unpleasent customer experience.

Overall great doctors and nurses, but extremely poor management. Especially when it comes to insurance payment, expect you'll spend at least an extra 1 hour to get your number to be called. If you need to be hospitalised, this is one of the hospital you need to stay away from, especially when it comes to food allergy. Perhaps they never put patients' food allergies in the system during their hospital stay. In my case, what allergies you have, that's what they going to feed you. Not sure what the purpose is, probably an extra bucks from allergy medications they'll prescribe, unless you starve yourself during your stay. On top of that, any treatments which requires insurance approval will be only submitted after 11:00AM, once a day. If it's emergency, you definitely will get worse while waiting or even loosing your life while staying in the hospital. The same story when you'll be discharged, expected to spend longer than 6 hours to finally be able to leave the premises due to their horrendous insurance handling procedure. Next time, think of other hospital options before admitting yourself to Eka hospital and its chain, unless there's no other private hospital in the area.

Located just on the street side and near to the toll gate. Relative small for its building and its parking area, but very crowded... therefore, be ready for long que and stuck each other. The service of the nurse and doctors can be categorised as good. It has several facilities like Lawson store, restaurant, and Puyo outlet. However, as there are so many people compared to its space, so you would see too many people pack in a limited space, you may not easily to move or can find a place to seat. The doctor is very nice in explaining and giving solution, he would give solution for non medical solution, so we can do it by ourselves without need to use the hospital services The specialist rate is around 400 to 500 K for consultation, beside there is administration fee of 60K too.. I went there to consult with specialist doctor for my kid. We had to register and fill online form before come, to get the slot appointment. When arrived, we need que to inform the front desk before go to the policlinic to have the number for the doctor.

In conclusion, I appreciate the efforts of Eka hospital and their Nurse Manager in acknowledging and actively working to fix any shortcomings. This commitment to improvement is a crucial aspect of any healthcare institution, and it reflects positively on the overall quality of care provided.

Really like the ambiences and all the high-tech tools. All doctors looks very professional as well. However, the waiting time is really pain! Appointment by 11am, but the doctor is not available. Hence, no one from the hospital informed, let alone check the reschedule possibility. I have to wait for the other doctor until 3pm-ish (which I totally understand for the on-the-spot patient SOP). However this wasting of time could be avoidable if they informed properly

I would highly recommend Primaya Hospital Tangerang for my family and friends. I have been undergoing the treatments here since Nov 2021, the time when I was diagnosed of having a cancer. I have been taken care very well. This hospital has the best oncologist, dr. Abdul Rahman. The nurses are also very helpful. Thanks a lot Primaya, for providing the best healthcare.

I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.
