Very good clinic and friendly staff. I had a problem with 2 teeth and in 1 hour the doctor solved all the problems. By the way, the anesthesia injection was not painful. I highly recommend this clinic.

So where to start... Very friendly, proffesional and cheerful staff greets you at the frontal desk. They will answer all your question,s set up an appointment with the doctor and will assist with everything you need. Then there is the dentist. My doctor was Dr Bawa. I wish to thank Mr. Bawa and his assistant publicly since I HAVE ABSUTELY NEVER RECEIVED SUCH FANTASTIC QUALITY OF DENTAL CARE ANYWHERE ELSE! Sorry for caps lock but on that I really wanted to get your attention ;) Dr. Bawa did a deep interview on my issue, we did an x-ray, discussed options, we decided on the treatment plan and I was able to make a fully aware choice about my next actions. We have scheduled an appointment for the next day at the reception and this is where the true magic begins: - anaesthetic applied so gently a baby would sleep through it - drilling - never pleasent right? Let me put is this way, it was not unpleasent. Dr took his time and the entire process went smoothly and without any issues. - filling, adjusting & polishing - all up to the highest standard provided so far. I am extremely pleased with the service and I believe that if my previous dentist encounters were always like this I would probably visit one every more often. Highly do recommend

Their Web sites has detailed pricing and you can book from Australia with no hassles. Got teeth cleaned and polished for $50 AUD.

My favorite dentist. I’ve had multiple cleanings and fillings here over the years and I’ve always found the quality of service and care to be top notch. Dr Ella is the best! She works so quickly and precisely. The whole team is excellent. The facilities are as good as you’ll find anywhere in the world for a fraction of the price compared to Australia or the USA. My kids have all been here as well and the team is great with kids too.

I was recently in Bali and had teeth whitening and a soft mouth split (they call it a mouth guard) for teeth grinding made, by Sunset Dental. I can absolutely recommend this place for any dental needs. They are an honest company who did a great job. I’m very happy with my results.👏👏👏👏

I was recommended to Sunset Dental by an Australian couple who have been loyal clients for years. I decided to give them a try for a cleaning, and I was pleasantly surprised. Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.

I would like to thank Dr Adam and her team at Kuta Dental Clinic for the amazing service I received. I am scared of the dentist but they made me feel very safe and comfortable. The clinic and dental room was very sterile and clean with latest dental equipment. If your wanting to get Dental treatment in Bali this is the Place to go

Been taking friends and families to this Clinic. Dr Adam, Dr Fitri and Dr Wira did a good job. They are good at making patient feel comfortable before doing anything. Staffs are great and polite, and full of smiles. Had no problems making appointments thru WhatsApp. Will come back for sure 👍🏻

Don't ever come here if you have emergency even if it's near , especially if you use bpjs. Not only they lack equipment for emergency, they also treat bpjs patients badly. An acquaintance died due to them leaving her to the side and she died from her coma , just because they need to "process" her bpjs. The service is also notoriously bad.

I had an appointment at 19.00 but waited for two more hours to visit the doctors, already checked each 30 minutes to the nurse for the appointment, and the nurses were very unfriendly & unsupportive. Very bad and unpleasent customer experience.

Overall great doctors and nurses, but extremely poor management. Especially when it comes to insurance payment, expect you'll spend at least an extra 1 hour to get your number to be called. If you need to be hospitalised, this is one of the hospital you need to stay away from, especially when it comes to food allergy. Perhaps they never put patients' food allergies in the system during their hospital stay. In my case, what allergies you have, that's what they going to feed you. Not sure what the purpose is, probably an extra bucks from allergy medications they'll prescribe, unless you starve yourself during your stay. On top of that, any treatments which requires insurance approval will be only submitted after 11:00AM, once a day. If it's emergency, you definitely will get worse while waiting or even loosing your life while staying in the hospital. The same story when you'll be discharged, expected to spend longer than 6 hours to finally be able to leave the premises due to their horrendous insurance handling procedure. Next time, think of other hospital options before admitting yourself to Eka hospital and its chain, unless there's no other private hospital in the area.

Located just on the street side and near to the toll gate. Relative small for its building and its parking area, but very crowded... therefore, be ready for long que and stuck each other. The service of the nurse and doctors can be categorised as good. It has several facilities like Lawson store, restaurant, and Puyo outlet. However, as there are so many people compared to its space, so you would see too many people pack in a limited space, you may not easily to move or can find a place to seat. The doctor is very nice in explaining and giving solution, he would give solution for non medical solution, so we can do it by ourselves without need to use the hospital services The specialist rate is around 400 to 500 K for consultation, beside there is administration fee of 60K too.. I went there to consult with specialist doctor for my kid. We had to register and fill online form before come, to get the slot appointment. When arrived, we need que to inform the front desk before go to the policlinic to have the number for the doctor.

Online appointment system practically useless since we are required to wait and register again before we can go to the poly. In addition, payment also takes long time even after being seated or called to the counter. The design or layout of the hospital is also very flawed resulting in low accessibility even for non-sick people. Don’t let fancy decoration fool you. This hospital need major improvement. EHCBB Should try to learn from Siloam hospital for this matter 🙂

This hospital is most comfortable hospital near my house. The staff very helpful and full of smile. Nurses are very kind to patients. And it has a clean environment.

I don't usually leave a bad review, but I gotta write this one — the ICU guy that was assigned in the 3rd floor was really such a jerk and very rude, in contrast with the other staff! In no million years way I would recommend my family, colleagues, and friends this hospital anymore — that is how offended I really am!
