1 Vascular surgery clinic in Kota Tangerang Selatan

I recently used the hemodialysis facility at RSPI Bintaro and it was an excellent experience. The medical staff such as Nurse Tintin, Nengah, Edha, Anita, & Rio were friendly and professional, the facilities were clean and comfortable with entertainment facilities such as TV, free Wi-Fi and the flexibility of the schedule was convenient for me. I highly recommend RSPI Bintaro for quality hemodialysis care.

This hospital is under RSPI pondok Indah group. The lobby is unique, more like garden greenhouse. Cafetaria is spacious, but in the evening, some light meal has run out. The mushola is clean. Many restaurants also within the walking distance, i.e KFC, mcD, Pizzahut, subway, wingstop, Sushimentai, etc.

Being hospitalized for 3 days due to vertigo. Having great experience since beginning, from outpatient clinic then referred to inpatient. All process goes smoothly. Special thanks to Sr Nia in ward 8 for quick respond and great attention. And also I got amazing view from my room during sunset.

staff slept while my son was critical. they couldn't get blood so they gave up. as i nurse myself there are many other methods and interventions. none of these were tried. 3 bed ED. my son was the only patient and both nurses and receptionists slept. vital signs (observations) we taken in arrival and not once afterwards. pathetic care. my 1 star goes to male receptionist who was lovely when I arrived. otherwise j would of rated them 0.

I had to go to hospital due to dizziness nausea and shivering - After filling in a form I haven’t even waited 10 min to be treated. Infusions and tablets for further treatment helped me to fly back to Germany. They also tested my blood and gave me a letter for the airline requesting more comfortable seating. I felt in very good hands - the nurses were amazing as well as the rest of the staff. There were no language barriers at all and everything was clean and organised. Thanks again! 🤍

This is a hospital from when I became pregnant until now my child is grown up, a hospital with good doctors, helpful doctors, friendly nurses, and complete facilities, and most importantly, the location is very strategic.

Best experiences with dr. Christofel Panggabean Sp-OG KFM. He did all the best for my situation. Fast response, informative, direct connect with all medical teams to do the best on their job at my crucial moments. They also Welcoming, heartwarming and caring. I spent weeks here after post partum, and few terms of my emergency during pregnancy. Right now my baby in NICU, may God Bless dr. Atiek W and all the teams to help my baby alive and all other babies. Thanks to Primaya Hospital Bekasi Barat.

Very bad registration process, especially for the dental. You need to provide antigen test result which could apply for 7 days, but because of limited seat, you won't be able to register within a week. So, additional antigen test will be required for the following weeks because you have passed 7 days.

This hospital has a very good service. They are gentle, loving and caring to their patients. The doctors are very good especially Doc Rizky. Thankful to all the nurses and all the staffs who were involved in our stay. We have a good experience including accommodation and food.

During my son's stay at pediatric ward level 5, we have an excellent experience. All the Nursing Staff is exceptional, professional, helpful, kind, and caring. The nutritionist staff is excellent, caring, and dedicated, like mbak winda and the team; the food also tastes delicious. The housekeeping staff is also tidy; they clean the room twice a day. The doctors are professional and give confidence to patients. So please keep up the superb work.

All the process to register, to seeing doctor was good. All complete within acceptable timing. Well done. But for collection of medicine, that takes 45 min of waiting even though I am the only patient waiting for medicine. Please look into the medicine collection process how it can help that ONE person to manage the booth, running around to collect medicine nand issuing the medicine to patients. I am sure RSPI can improve on this process.

People go to the hospital to get rest and get better. Not this week. The workers are renovating the building and have been making noise ALL DAY LONG, YESTERDAY THEY WORKED TILL 9 PM. C'MON MANAGEMENT... IF YOU WANT TO RENOVATE, DON'T SELL THE ROOM TO YOUR PATIENTS AS THEY CANNOT REST ALL DAY LONG BEING DISTURBED BY THE HAMMERING, DRILLING ETC. WHAT A SHAME. I'D GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I CAN. BTW, other than that, the other services are good. Nurses, cleaning service, food, etc, are very good.

Really great service from RSPI Puri Emergency Unit , professional medical staffs . Provide detailed information and questions. Called Ambulance service for my Father-in-Law who experienced vomiting and gastric problems, they are fast and helpful throughout the process . Including stretcher usage from 2nd floor to ground by stairs. Now we’re waiting for the blood results with the sample that has been taken from home by the medical staffs. If you are a foreigner, DO NOT go to this hospital! I've been there 2 times, first alone then with a friend who also needed help and we both didn't get proper treatment plus communication at this place is at zero. Everyone sent me from one place to another, from one floor to another, even though my insurance company contacted marketing so many times confirming that they could help me. It is a huge mess. In the end, I left the place with no help and no information. I wasted half a day there and got nothing.

I went through total hip replacement surgery with dr. Kisli Setiawan, Sp.OT. The surgery went well, Dr Kisli was excellent in handling my operation. I would like to thank to all the nurses, the doctors, admission staff, and all parties who have been very helpful. This is the best hospital with the best service with reasonable tarif in my own opinion, as I have been hospitalized in many other hospitals before. God bless dr. Kisli.....

clean and efficient they changed the procedure for insurance claims. now you take a number amd wait to submit yiur claim then wait some more while the insurance ppl do their thing. avg wait time for insurance on weekday office hours is about 1 hour. on weekends or weekday evening rush hour can be 2 hours

Review for a patient that stay for 3 weeks. The Nurse and Doctors are very friendly and informative about explaining my sickness, the cleaning team are very good overall is good experience. What need to improve immediately is the room service delivery time (it takes me 1,5 hours just to wait my fried rice and most of the menu is not available), Wifi is also terrible i never use the connection since the first day I stayed here for the last 3 weeks
