1 Orthopedic surgery clinic in Kuta

staff slept while my son was critical. they couldn't get blood so they gave up. as i nurse myself there are many other methods and interventions. none of these were tried. 3 bed ED. my son was the only patient and both nurses and receptionists slept. vital signs (observations) we taken in arrival and not once afterwards. pathetic care. my 1 star goes to male receptionist who was lovely when I arrived. otherwise j would of rated them 0.

I had to go to hospital due to dizziness nausea and shivering - After filling in a form I haven’t even waited 10 min to be treated. Infusions and tablets for further treatment helped me to fly back to Germany. They also tested my blood and gave me a letter for the airline requesting more comfortable seating. I felt in very good hands - the nurses were amazing as well as the rest of the staff. There were no language barriers at all and everything was clean and organised. Thanks again! 🤍

I went through total hip replacement surgery with dr. Kisli Setiawan, Sp.OT. The surgery went well, Dr Kisli was excellent in handling my operation. I would like to thank to all the nurses, the doctors, admission staff, and all parties who have been very helpful. This is the best hospital with the best service with reasonable tarif in my own opinion, as I have been hospitalized in many other hospitals before. God bless dr. Kisli.....

clean and efficient they changed the procedure for insurance claims. now you take a number amd wait to submit yiur claim then wait some more while the insurance ppl do their thing. avg wait time for insurance on weekday office hours is about 1 hour. on weekends or weekday evening rush hour can be 2 hours

Review for a patient that stay for 3 weeks. The Nurse and Doctors are very friendly and informative about explaining my sickness, the cleaning team are very good overall is good experience. What need to improve immediately is the room service delivery time (it takes me 1,5 hours just to wait my fried rice and most of the menu is not available), Wifi is also terrible i never use the connection since the first day I stayed here for the last 3 weeks

So much to improve in people service to align w high charges and international accreditation. This includes consistency in appointment in the apps, mostly not respected and staff give whatever excuses they can find, not available digital queing and call, and attention to patients.

Well, I don't like going to hospitals... but, if I have to... Awal Bros, is always my first choice. From emergency to Dr.Luvi or Dr. Stanley or ... everybody who works there, always super friendly and helpful

Very fast and efficient service by doctors, nurses and administrative staff. Would give 5 stars if they sent my urine test report to my personal email as promised, one day ago. Tried to call but nobody picked up.

Please review the QR code system, not all your nurses aware of this system, i am waiting more than the person which just came using the hard copy barcode. Even make me to wait more because of your nurses unawareness of my visit due to only using qr code which you sent on my whatsapp. I feel this unpleasant moment on 23 Jan 2023 at 12.05 located at cluster B policlinic.

Was here when my daughter tested for dengue fever. And I had worst experience ever with this hospital. Trying to have my daughter hospitalized as per her doctor reccommendation since she was under 1yo, however eventough the line is not too long but it takes more than an hour waiting. After long waiting, they said no room available. They suggest me to visit emergency so that my daughter can be treatead immediately meanwhile waiting for the room to be available. Along with the nurse from child clinic, we went to emergency. However the nurse in emergency refuses us with the reason of full bed occupancy. She refuses unpolitely act as if she do not care, with a gesture of 'find your own solution'. Luckily, nurse from pediatric accompanying me so we are return to the doctor and the doctor help me a lot by calling the management for having my daughter hospitalized, still no luck. I was decided to find another hospital, however I still need to pay for my bill first and its another story of long waiting. If i remember correctly almost two hours for me only to clear the bill. The total is more than five hours in this hospital. Another bad experience happen when I was having COVID test here. Went there since it was appointed hospital to get the test from the insurance company. After the test, they said they will email me the result in 24hrs. There is no email at all. Have to ask for them for the email, they give me positif result in the email after I had swab test and negatif (day 7).

Long queue and waiting list are not transparent to public, i've been waiting for 1.30 mins for eye polyclinic. If you want to visit this hospital, make sure you have a lot of patience and time. But the staff are good.

Very slow at payment counter. I have visited 4 times related to my surgery and it was the same experience every time. I have to wait more than 1 hour due to insurance procedure. Finally it took 1.5hours for payment. Counter girl was not even bothered about this delay and customer dissatisfaction.

The Best Hospital in my mind, (Good Service and Profesional class). I never had any doubts when choosing which Emergency Room to go to everytime I needed one. I have great experience with dr. Jollis, the Emergency Medicine Specialist. Also the Nurses are very supportive, detailed explanation and suggestion. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Nice and clean hospital. The administration process is systematic and fast. It didn’t take a long time until I got the treatment. Great hospitality especially for the physiatrist and physiotherapists. They manage the patient so well.
