2 clinics in Jerusalem

This hospital is extremely confusing to foreign/non hebrw speaking patients. I went there for a surgery with no information where to go. The receptionist were throughout rude and annoyed when I asked for directions. For 90 min I was sent to the wrong stations several times and almosted missed my own surgery. Afterwards I wasn't offered any food or drinks, even though I had to fast for almost 14 hours at that point. Doctores and nurses were friendly, the procedure was done professional and without complications.

For giving birth the place was clean, the staff was overall friendly, the rooms are spacious and the parking/food/Shabbat accommodations are pleasant. The ER is a nightmare and they take you from one room to another and no one knows the right procedure. It can be a hit or miss how well they fix you according to who your doctor they assign you to.

This review is about the ER only - they have good doctors, but the nurses are horrible - as a culture, i think. and the way they manage the treatment is shamefully inefficient. I've had the questionable pleasure of visiting this ER several times, and it was horrible every time. They treat their patients so horribly that we swore never ever to come back. My wife was crying in agony. The intern prescribed a drug, took them 40 minutes to give her the pill. And not until she started shouting out of the pain. simple drug. Just to give you a hint how you'll be treated there. Avoid at all cost - use the available alternatives

Extremely inefficient, 3 hours waiting going from one doctor to another and no one prescribe anything or gave a solution. If you have an emergency don’t go there you will lose the day and have no solution!

It is difficult to rate a hospital. Staff on ridiculously long shifts, life and death in the balance, waiting that never seems to end…. There are wards where I was treated kindly, and wards where I was not. My biggest compliment is the professionalism and the commitment of the staff. Even the ones that weren’t nice, I could see they were giving 100% to their job. My criticism is that the orthodox have totally taken over even though the large majority of the staff aren’t Jewish everyone has to endure orthodox rules and influence. Also the Night Shift has to not wake people up unnecessarily for things like cleaning and emptying bins…

Service was good and fast. All digitalised and modern. Put 4 stars and not 5 because they made me do x-ray , but I said that I have pain in the muscle after weight lifting (X-ray does not show soft tissue damage)

I’ve never felt so horrible and mistreated in my life than here. Which is sad since it’s an emergency hospital. At 1:00am when people are waiting to be treated they are having personal conversations, there was a bloody needle top on the chair where they sat me down to draw my blood, and when I asked someone a question about my blood test the nurse told me she would call security if I interrupted their conversation again.

TERRIBLE!!! I came here with my health insurance because I am a tourist and I found a skin infection on my face. It started well and quickly (they visited me, made me do blood test) and then I had to wait 2 hours for a doctor visit. He asked me 3 questions and told me he would call the dermatologist. I waited other 3 hours and the dermatologist came, he visited me and told me he would go check my blood test for the diagnosis AND HE NEVER CAME BACK!!!! I am still here in the hospital after 3 hours from the dermatologist visit. And whenever O ask a nurse or a doctor what is happening they do not reply and are super rude!!!! They have ABSOLUTELY 0 CARE FOR THEIR patients!!!!!! And I am sure the dermatologist forgot about me and will never come back and no one wants to call him. I have been here since 19 and i am still here at 2 and counting!!!! Will surely go to a private doctor next time! SHAME ON YOU!! + I am freezing because AC is at 15ºC!!!

One of the most outstanding private hospitals in the world. The doctors and medical staff are truly the very best.

Supposed to be the best private hospital in Israel... I doubt it. My recommendation - even if the doctors are great, don't go there for Mei Shafir. You will get an awful treatment of your case. Let's start by the fact that they canceled the genetic consultant a week before the mei Shafir check.. and asked me to find a docteur (genetics specialist) that could see me in the next 3 days, so they could perform the check on time.. No help on their side to help me finding of course. So now imagine yourself calling every hospital of Israel asking for a place in the next 3 days to see a specialist... and how stressed you are. Found a place in Nahariya by chance. The specialist didn't even understand why I was being canceled from the beginning at asuta (what was found in my genetics tests was insignificant) . Even the mei Shafir doctor didn't understand why the genetics consultant of asuta was ever canceled to me!! Anyway check went well and today I am receiving the results... what a shame! 2 pages of results scanned, the second page cannot even be read. The first page is not clear. That's such a shame and so embarrassing. Anyway from my experience and people that went with asuta will confirm, your case with be handled by many people, no one has the same work process, no one will answer you clearly and on a same way. Choosing asuta is choosing to add more stress to your life.

Shame and disgrace to this place, where you are greeted by disgruntled receptionists who probably did not understand what it means to be helpful and nice when you greet patients and their attendants who come to undergo one or another medical procedure, simple or complex, it doesn't matter - you cannot contact or talk to them, make eye contact , and even when you turn and ask, God forbid, more than one question, you are met with disdain, lack of interest, eye rolls, and today, from my experience, it came to her raising her voice, of course. Those who can avoid or ask for another private hospital are welcome. Not getting there, a terrible experience that left me traumatized. It will not pass in silence or on the agenda, I will reach those who need to reach.

long wait in line, The doctor is an hour late without prior notice. Feels like public medicine and not private!! If you choose to come and pay so much money for a private place, your expectations should be accordingly.

such a shame . i paid for private clinic and this is what we got . i did my surgery there i stayed 3 days after the surgery . nurse in my last night didnt check at me at all for more than 10 hours (the whole night shift) . didnt check at all ... the other patient who slept in the same room had edema in her arm she again didnt care after the patient insist she removed the iv . one hour later the woman felt pain the nurse told her i cant do anything because you asked me to remove your iv access and we give painkiller through the iv ( she is blaming her and in indirect way tell her its her fault) .. and she has to wait till the morning to get new iv access ( while i know she can do so and if not she can call someone to do so there is no way there is no one in the hospital to do so .woman stayed all night in pain she couldnt sleep and i couldnt sleep either ). in my first day there were two new patient who got admitted to the inpatient ward the people who carried the patients ask a nurse where should we put each one of them . she said"" this person look classy lets put him in the better room the other one look the neglected and inelegant lets put him in this room. "" i will never recommend this place to a my beloved person or to a family although the surgeon was great we still know that 90% of the time patient spend in any hospital it will be spent with the nurse .

Once you get past the check in it's smooth sailing , but the women at the check in were too busy taking care of the people that came after I did . One even reprimanded me for being early while her associates were busy checking their social media. CT scan went quickly. But the pain I was in while lying on the machine made it seem like forever.. Hope I don't have to come back .

Professionals in their field! Oncology & Surgery top level!

Placed inside the hospital campus, the parking has disadvantages and advantages such as congestion at certain hours but accessibility for the disabled / baby trolleys /handicap. The place is crowded must time of the day with guests, patients and personnel. I visited in the evening when the pressure was moderate and there were free tables. The service was reasonable but not courteous, they do not offer to heat the pastries, there is no strict hand hygiene when passing between the cash register and the food, the tables, were dirty, the trash cans were full, the floor was dirty from leftover food, high prices. Due to being a private business that rents out the place, there is no supervision by the hospital despite being supervised by the Ministry of Health. Too bad and that's the case for the visitors to judge.

Its the second time when i stay here in this hospital. I hope to not come anymore🙂 not becuse happened something bad here with me..but its better if we take care of our selves to be healthy. I meet here good doctors, nurses and all the personal care. A big hospital. Amazing how many people support financially this hospital that he will be open.

If you can find parking in time, and walk 3km to the emergency room, you're in luck.

It's a hospital. What else can you say about it? Of course, no one considered that people will need to park when they get there.
