I would like to share my impressions and opinions about my stay at the National Scientific Cardiosurgical Center. I am in the second cardiology department. An operation was performed to establish the EX. Everything went at a high level. It was nice to see our young growth in the operating room, which is doing its job very well. Great guys: correct, attentive and sympathetic. Department 2 of cardiology headed by Myrzakhmetova Gulzhan Shapataevna deals directly with the healing of our hearts, both literally and figuratively. Each procedure performed meets the highest standards. You feel like you are in a foreign hospital. Comfort, professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, discipline of the staff, that's what especially pleases the soul and heart. I would like to wish the Center to remain the Center of our Kazakh hearts.

I used to be afraid to go to the dentist because of bad childhood memories. But I needed help for a long time, and I decided. The doctors were very understanding and gentle. They carried out all the necessary procedures with care, explaining what they do at each stage. I also liked the cleanliness of the office and the modern equipment. All in all, the experience was much better than I expected. Thank you for your professionalism!

I don’t recommend this dentistry, we didn’t like it. When she arrived, she explained that the child had a toothache all night, that we did NOT need a CONSULTATION (which cost 4,000 tenge), but we needed a doctor who would treat him (she provided a panoramic image, said the last time what painkiller was used). But in the end they paid for the consultation, because... on Sunday there is no doctor who treats periodontitis (you need to make an appointment with him in advance), the doctor who examined us does not treat this. Although she warned us in advance that we needed to treat the tooth. I realized that you shouldn’t go to this dentist office on weekends or in general for emergencies, because on weekends there are just consultants there and they simply charge money for an unnecessary consultation.

We express our gratitude to the doctors who helped us. Since our diagnosis is not simple, we had to treat our teeth urgently. We came to the clinic on the recommendation of our attending physician. Service, service, quality are all at the highest level. We treated 8 teeth in three hours. Without tears and without fear. This is exactly what I wanted, less stress for my daughter. Everything went well, my daughter still remembers it with a smile and is no longer afraid of the dentist. Thank you very much Marzhan Maratbek for the work you have done.

Registration starts on the 25th, they don’t answer the phone for several days and then they say that the registration has ended, call on the 25th and this has been going on for the third month! People, don’t go to this center. A year ago, my husband had an operation there. They said it was successful, but in fact they just “killed” him. So as not to tarnish the honor of the clinic, they discharged him half-dead. A day later he died. At the autopsy they said that he was not even operated on. And they assured me that the operation was successful. Within a week he had bedsores. They didn’t let me see him. They said that he was getting up, and when he was discharged, he couldn’t even sit in a wheelchair. Neither his arms nor his legs were working. God bless them and so that these “doctors” and their relatives meet the same doctors.

But then a problem arose: during the consultation, the surgeon ordered one of the teeth to be removed. And then - bone tissue augmentation, implantation, etc.; as a result - completely different money and time. Both are important to me. And then the first miracle happened: my doctor agreed to try to save the tooth! And then the second miracle: he saved him :)) Of course, very quickly I realized that this was not a miracle. He’s just a talented doctor, he knows his capabilities and believes in success. And at the same time a caring, responsive person. How I liked his style of work: precision of movements, high speed, such a feeling of concentrated energy, and at the same time excellent quality! So in the end, I have a great new bridge :)) And Abylai also has a great assistant, they have a great team! I would like to wish them health, prosperity, success and good luck in their careers.
