If there is 0, i will give. Non professional staff including doctors. Insurance staff unqualified leaving patient waiting till they get the approvals!! Which are taking long time due to non competence and non follow ups! Last concern is patient. Even free water does not exist..customer service always not responsive. Some receptionists are not competent. During my visits there was always fights between patients and staff with scream and aloud voice! Hadi clinic you should seriously change the full staff of admin and doctors!!very bad experience not to be recommended for anyone please, do not waste your time and nerves!

This hospital has Excellent doctors in many departments But they lack a proper organized system. You appointment book online, pay online then you arrive to find that the doctor is scheduled for operation! Why do you allow the booking?! The nurses are really good specially in Emergency department. The pharmacist are very helpful and when asked explains the treatment really well and some are really friendly. The 3 starts for the doctors and the team but overall they don't deserve more than one star.

Worst experience ever , delays in all steps, they told me this hospital is fast and nice, it turned out its one of the slowest out there if not the slowest. Never again.

This is my third complaint, don’t waste your time on this place. My husband’s appointment was at 9:20AM and it’s 11:11AM, still haven’t seen the doctor. They will waste your time and energy and their customer service is awful.

Take your blood pressure on entry to the hospital as usual. After couple of hours in the hospital, take your blood pressure again. Then you will know the treatment you receive in the hospital premises . Didn't need to repeat the blood pressure or go to the emergency in Dar Al Shifa Hospital. Keep up the good work and team spirit.

The pharmacy was too bust to fill my order so they sent me home with a promise to deliver the medicine in the morning. Morning comes no medicine I go back to the pharmacy and they refuse to fill my order. Giving me the choice to either miss work or sit at home and wait for the delivery.

A Nice Starbucks Branch store! Not much more than that unfortunately. 1) Had an awful for poisoning. First time they send me to outpatient window. I was feeling like dying but had to sit 1 hour. Doctor made routine check if pressure etc. And send for some medicine. At my condition the medicine would not make any difference. 2) After 2 hours I knew I went be able to sleep so I just went back this time directly to emergency doors. Since it was night, they don't have any doctors available, so they just give me some intravenous vitamins or something. What I wanted and asked is the Stomach washing! It's the simplest of techniques. But they said I didn't need it. So I just left back home and had to puke until I got better. 3) On separate occasion I had a Tooth root post which fell off. It is kind of emergency since it can get infected. In the phone they said that doctor hours are 9-00--17-00. Yet when I arrived at 14-30 they said there is no queue. I don't buy it. In this private hospital in Phuket, you are a client, a customer, not a patient. But I highly recommand you to come here if any health pb Translator in every languages, spacious and luxury room, doctors highly qualified, food course really nice and menu a la carte., many services, many specialities, a supermarket inside... There is also one person in charge of you when you arrive for emergency who transports you everywhere you need to go to pass exam.

I have been coming here for over 10 years when I’m living in Phuket. I have always been treated well and highly recommend all the doctors. I have never encountered rushed service or rudeness. That said some visitors are pushy and very rude. The Thai will simply ignore you if you think your yelling and unsmiling face is acceptable behavior. As to prices this is a semi private hospital in that it is public but with a higher rate for facilities and a more posh look. If you do not have insurance either foreign or local the rates are higher than most other hospitals. But anyone can go to the local cheaper hospitals and most specialty doctors rotate there as well. So complains about price are really your fault as options in Phuket are many. The reason for the 4 star is there is limited food and they need to figure that out as a long appointment day can leave you hungry. Note there is a que to pay at end of each appointment and it can be a long wait. Bring a book and a banana = end of issue. They have free bottled water. I love their longevity center and always buy their custom vitamins made especially for each person. Pretty stellar.

staff slept while my son was critical. they couldn't get blood so they gave up. as i nurse myself there are many other methods and interventions. none of these were tried. 3 bed ED. my son was the only patient and both nurses and receptionists slept. vital signs (observations) we taken in arrival and not once afterwards. pathetic care. my 1 star goes to male receptionist who was lovely when I arrived. otherwise j would of rated them 0.

I had to go to hospital due to dizziness nausea and shivering - After filling in a form I haven’t even waited 10 min to be treated. Infusions and tablets for further treatment helped me to fly back to Germany. They also tested my blood and gave me a letter for the airline requesting more comfortable seating. I felt in very good hands - the nurses were amazing as well as the rest of the staff. There were no language barriers at all and everything was clean and organised. Thanks again! 🤍

I was transferred from another hospital for an emergency caesarean section and was hospitalized. The nurses and doctors in the hospital were normal, neither good nor bad. However, the discharge day is absolute and you will be discharged in the morning. I insisted that my family couldn't come until the afternoon, but I was discharged from the hospital in the morning and killed time at Tully's until my family came. What was terrible was the doctor who was in charge of the one-month checkup. When I told him that he occasionally bleeds from his caesarean wound, Ah, this is just a pimple-like scar, and there is no problem with the scar, and even if you don't put protective tape on it, it will just become a keloid, so it might be better not to put tape on it... Later, I was calmly told that the baby was saved this time and that I should think about pregnancy. Not all doctors are terrible, but there are many young doctors outpatient, and this person was the worst. I'm glad this person wasn't my doctor in the hospital. On the contrary, the pediatrics teacher in charge of babies was a warm and very good teacher. What I don't understand is the reservation fee, and if the examination starts within 15 minutes from the reservation time, 550 yen will be charged. To be honest, if you make a reservation yourself, it may be unavoidable that it will be taken, but what is it like to take money even for what you have reserved when the doctor says to come?

Thank you for your help in plastic surgery and hospitalization. I was confused because it was my first time to be hospitalized, but the nurses and other staff were very helpful and I was very grateful. I could see the sea from the hospital room, and it became a way to kill time.

Very nice hospital with top surgeons and friendly nurses. The rooms are nice and some have a swell view of the ocean. There are busses that run from the hospital to various places in Chiba and Tokyo.

After waiting hours for discharge papers ( at least resting in the ward) the patient needs to proceed to another block n level to collect medication which is another hour's wait at least. This system has no consideration for patients who are still recovering and gathering all these people in a cramp room to collect medication is definitely not a first world country or system. There is a online order system that would be delivered in a week's time. In another's word, majority patients who are discharging needs to squeeze through this place before they can go home to rest. Point 2. You can't send anyone flowers directly to the ward anymore. Unless the patient is well enough to collect from sender at the lift lobby. Patients with with no mobility cannot receive anything n they are the ones who need delivery most.

Be careful before your purchase, they won't refund you for the canceled order. I purchased one worker's medical report and requested to refund on the same day. but so far, it's been a few months, and I followed up with their finance team, but no refund received.

Very bad experience many years ago. Waited for more than half a day at A&E before admission. Did multiple diagnostic tests but needed to buy the reports. Fees are on top of hospital fees! Only the ward nurse was the saving grace. Still remember her caring and friendly attitude till today.

the nurse's service at night was unsatisfactory, the nurse was asked to be unresponsive, the glass for the medicine did not replace a new one, the floor was dirty and there were lots of cockroaches, for a big hospital in Kaohsiung it was very disappointing.

Very bad experience under Dr. 李Oㄑㄧˊ’s diagnosis, less friendly to patient, being late for daily morning check and couldn’t explain well, asking for doing nonsense tests, waste time.

Very high quality service, qualified doctors and staff very grateful to the cardiology department who saved my mother from death. the prices are a little high for ordinary people but it's worth it

I can say that it is the best quality hospital in Ganja. Although the prices are a bit high for people living here, the Service is satisfactory.
