Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) treatment in 1 Vascular surgery clinic in Ḩawallī

I visited today for a bad flu i had which turned out to be bronchitis. I saw the ENT doctor because there were no female doctors in the emergency clinic/rooms at the front. The doctor and her staff were very kind and professional.

Hadi Clinic has a modern new facility and a wide range of specialist services ( i visited a therapist). The staff is incredibly helpful, which is great. However, the clinic is very busy, with a high number of patients daily. The downside is the long waiting time for insurance approval, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the parking situation is quite challenging due to tight and limited space. Despite these challenges, the Hadi Clinic provides good service and has a dedicated team.

My recent visit to hadi dental was deeply disappointing due to excessively long wait times. Despite arriving on time, I was left waiting far past my scheduled appointment. The lack of communication and consideration for my time was frustrating and unacceptable. This experience has left me hesitant to return in the future.

Multi specialist hospital. Hospitality is on point and. They been in the medical market in Kuwait since 1964 and have good doctors. Will need to take appointments in prior for consultation.

Best hospital and doctors for kids however the reception is awful. If the doctor asks for a follow up within the same week they should not make you pay just to see if the patient is better. All around kuwait follow ups are free. And giggling on the side like a bunch of kids in preschool. I dont mind paying money but i mind wasting it

I've been to Dar al Shifa Hospital several times, and it's undoubtedly a large and modern facility. The staff, especially those at the information desks and security, were exceptionally helpful, making my visits more comfortable. I received excellent care from the skilled doctors and nurses when I sought support in the ENT and General Surgery departments. However, there are a few issues to note. The hospital's parking lot is consistently full, which can be frustrating. Fortunately, there's an option to park behind the building. One downside is the appointment system; it can be confusing and inconvenient to have to wait in line with people who don't have appointments, even after scheduling one. Additionally, the pharmacy on the ground floor is frequently busy, resulting in longer waiting times. Despite these downsides, the hospital's overall care and support are commendable, and I appreciate the dedicated staff.

The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and designed to provide a calming atmosphere for patients. Avoid this hospital. So many negative aspects at so many levels. One top administrators is rude and disrespectful to the patients, disregarding the elderly's mental health and feelings. Prices are astronomical that DO NOT reflect any of the services of the hospital. Room sizes are small, all windows with no curtains in Kuwait's constant sunny days! The surgeons are supposed to be highly rated, yet were surprisingly dishonest with their patients treatment plans. The hospital just keeps asking for extra charges over and over. Thats their priority. Keep away as you, the patient, are not part of their primary care at all. Do not put your health at risk here. You are better off going to any other respectful private hospital in Kuwait where the patient's care, comfort, and well being is their primary concern and not their pockets.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Although they have good doctors, the building itself can not be called a hospital. Avoid this hospital unless you are able to sleep in bright daylight because apparently their designers have not heard about curtains. The management have no expertise in dealing with elder patients. They are very rude and impolite. The worse experience in our life.

Very poor customer service, I called asking about lab tests, before I could finish I was put on hold and transferred where nobody answered. I have then called 6 times but no one answered. You should better.

Horrible experience. They dont treat Emergency patients as emergency at all. No matter how bad your health is, you will have to wait for the "ticket" system and the fact that there is only 1 nursing station for emergency patients, before you go to the actual doctor does not help at all. We faced 2 doctors after about 1 hour of waiting in the emergency. The doctor was vague and rude, did not help at all and even after doctor checkup, even getting a saline drip you have to keep reminding the nurses about it. Not to mention every step you have to go back to the reception to pay some amount. Can they not just total the amount and let us pay at the end? So very inconvenient. Definitely never going back. Also to mention the Pakistani doctor Majed, or Wajed, was horrible. Did not give any opinion to the patient and kept going "yes i see" the whole time. Horrible doctor. should be ashamed
