I called cmc to take an appointment, the operator was unprofessional they were laughing and try to talk to me sarcastically! I would never call them again if they have this kind of staff

I was visiting Dubai and had to do some blood tests. I have visited CMC Dubai and informed them that I need the results the second day as I am traveling. Despite several calls and trials to follow up, I was not able to get a satisfying answer, until my call was attended by Raymond, whom he had offered the needed assistance and made sure to receive the results in a timely manner. Raymond has been very helpful, professional and proactive. He followed up on my request and called after to make sure that my case has been resolved. He has demonstrated a high level of patient care and service. Thank you Raymond and keep up the good work

AVOID THEIR ER. They will give you test and procedures that has nothing to do with what you came for. Pregnancy Test and CT Scan for cough and sore throat?! Come on! Stop scamming people! If you really must visit them, always ask and check first what they want to do. If it's irrelevant, just SAY NO! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

My relative was confined in this hospital for four days. In those four days, her doctor only visited her twice but charged us P8,000 as PF. Nurses only came in when called--via phone because the nurse call button was cut. We were monitoring our patient's fever ourselves. I've reviewed the bill and there were questionable charges as well like gloves, tape etc. It's not as if the nurses finished all of those supplies but we were charged for the whole amount nonetheless. This would have been okay if the excess supplies were given to the patient upon discharge. ER charges were unreasonable as well. There were only three patients when we came in yet the whole process of admitting the patient took 2 hours, meanwhile incurring more and more charges in the ER. But the worst part of the experience was requiring the patient to have a companion for the purpose of having someone actually take care of the patient. Doesn't that negate the purpose of going to the hospital? You go to a hospital to get medical treatment and care. But it seemed like we were only there for the convenience of having labs done and having IV fluids--which to be honest can be done at home--because the actual care of the patient came from the companion. In effect, companions need to miss work to take care of the patient. For as long as the patient is confined, they miss the opportunity to earn money--which they need in the first place to be able to pay for the high hospital bill. It's an oppressive system. This set-up would have been forgivable if companions had a comfortable bed if they are required to be with the patient 24/7. But no, they are only given a plastic chair. And even if we get the private room, a companion is still required. People go to private hospitals for better service, but it seems like the only difference between DLSMC and a public hospital is that this hospital has aircon. What a waste of hard-earned money.

There are people everywhere who like bullying and harassment. Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. Due to lung cancer, he was abandoned by other hospitals and went to a cancer center. The survival rate has reached 10%, but thanks to the care of my doctors, I will soon be in remission. This hospital is bright, kind, and kind. Everyone from the doctors to the nurses, the office staff, and the cleaners are warm-hearted. I feel like I'm going to do my best to cure my illness. The route is easy to find if you use the Tomei Expressway. I was able to buy ekiben at the in-hospital convenience store. If I have a chance, I would like to try the observation restaurant as well.

My father at home was hospitalized with cancer. We become indebted to. Doctors, nurses, everyone, be kind. Everyone was polite and I felt at ease.

Kudos to all nursing staff. They were a great support during the difficult times. Night staff were exceptional always running to people’s aid - I felt they were overloaded with work. Found new respect for the night staff The facilities staff were so polite, lot of patience and so respectful. They were amazing people. Over all great service and support. Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

Unfriendliness is basic, and sarcasm is a bonus because they ignore patients and criticize them. Also, they don't even know the quantity of supplies they have to manage, so they confidently say they are bragging about it, and when I ask if that makes sense, everyone tells me to put up with it because they don't have any. It's ridiculous, they say it's an essential item, but then they suddenly say it's okay if they don't have it, lol. They took hundreds of dollars of money, but they were really unfriendly as they kept all the money to make sure it was good. Why are you working because your preparation is inadequate and everyone says you don't know what to do?

I had an ongoing ear infection. I was seen by one the Ear, nose and throat doctor. I had a follow-up appointment at 10am, I had a confirmation text the day before. I took the day off work as I also had another doctor appointment at 11.30 not in the same hospital. Anyway, at 9.55am I got a call from Acibadem, someone speaking Turkish, I said in English please and then they hung up. Then at 9.57am I had another call from the hospital, this time someone speaking English saying that my appointment had changed to 11am, because my doctor arrived at that time. 3 minutes before the appointment and then I had to wait one hour, no explanations given, nothing. This is not a free hospital, I'm paying as an international patient more that I would pay back in my home country. Why do they feel like they can play with my time, no apologies. Nothing

Last week, I was at the hospital with my relative . We did a PET-CT and MRI scan. The oncologist wasn’t there that week, but we discussed with the hospital that we would do the interpretation of the results remotely with the doctor because we live in Tirana, Albania. However, it’s been 3 days, and they haven’t responded. I turned to your hospital with the idea that I might find a solution there. You would have to be an absolute idiot to use this hospital, especially if you are not a Turk! I called today for an appointment and was told I would have to pay in Euro because I was not Turkish, but if I was from another Middle East country I would pay the same as the Turks. I have lived in Turkey for years, and married to a Turkish man. We make the Turkish LIRA! This is not the first bad experience we have had with this Hospital. This hospital will do everything they can to cheat you out of a dollar. If you are looking for terrible Doctors that don’t listen to your concerns, and to be treated like a walking bank, then it’s the hospital for you!!
