I called cmc to take an appointment, the operator was unprofessional they were laughing and try to talk to me sarcastically! I would never call them again if they have this kind of staff

I was visiting Dubai and had to do some blood tests. I have visited CMC Dubai and informed them that I need the results the second day as I am traveling. Despite several calls and trials to follow up, I was not able to get a satisfying answer, until my call was attended by Raymond, whom he had offered the needed assistance and made sure to receive the results in a timely manner. Raymond has been very helpful, professional and proactive. He followed up on my request and called after to make sure that my case has been resolved. He has demonstrated a high level of patient care and service. Thank you Raymond and keep up the good work

United Hospital in Dhaka stands out as one of the city's largest and impeccably clean healthcare facilities, offering a luxurious experience. The upscale services contribute to its higher costs. However, the extended wait times and issues with staff efficiency, especially in maintaining patient serials, are areas that could use improvement. Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.

Most popular private hospital in Bangladesh. But this place is best for financial harassment... The country is poor , but they made this hospital for extremely rich people. Everyone can't afford it. The charge of every service is expensive.... It will be okay if they provide better services for this kinda amount. But they don't give the proper service.. And if you want to visit a doctor for your disease . Make sure the doctor is a doctor not a businessman.

This is one of the best hospital in our country. This is very popular for there quick and unique service. Emergency response are very Quality full. I was take there service and satisfied. Right next to it there are two another institution these are 'Bangladesh National Meuseum' and 'Bangladesh Institute of Research and Rehabilitation in Diabetes, Endocrine and Metabolic Disorders (BARDEM)'. The Institute of Post Graduate Medicine and Research (IPGMR) was established in Dhaka in 1965 to provide postgraduate courses in medical education. Although responsible for post-graduate teaching and research, this institution did not have degree-granting powers. It was entrusted to Dhaka University. Dhaka University used to offer MBBS degree in many medical colleges including IPGMR program. On April 30, 1998, it was converted into a full-fledged medical university through a parliamentary ordinance. Although the MBBS course was introduced, the institution earlier offered only post-graduate education. The new university was named after Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Well Furnished! BUT!!! But the management is still low. And one more thing , medicine price inside the Hospital is high. Hospital management should work on pricing and in the hygienic section. according to new rule, you need to pay a portion of your bill regularly and you need to buy medicine separately.

Although the new building is in construction, it serves a great deal to its patients. I wonder how a private hospital serves better than all other big names with great ratings. Most of the local and poor people heavily depend on this hospital. I think the hospital is going to be the best one in Chattogram in no time. I bet the service from the expert doctors will make you feel at home. If you can consider the old clerks, you can feel free to take the service from here. The hospital is building the best labs in the city.

Renovated nicely. Treatment quality found good with reasonable price. Specially best for child treatment.

Doctors timing are very bad. Call time 6.30 now 8.00 stilll doctor not came

Tried a lot to give a serial for Dr. Panchayat(pshyciatric) but not found any serial.On the other hand at parkview hospital ,it's easy to give serial for any doctor.

Bit too much. The lift as slow as ever. Cabins are especially prizey.

Seems like a reliable place but at 5.5 months pregnant I went to receive a regular check up and it ran me $400. Also, there were tests done in that checkup from blood work. Still have yet to receive any results from the blood work. Also I specifically told the doctor not to tell me the Sex of baby as it’s a surprise & we were doing a gender reveal and she laughs in my face and says “It’s a boy…It’s not a surprise anymore” Ruined my gender reveal for me & my son with 0 sympathy. I never want to go back to this hospital again.

Had cholecystectomy done here. Everything went well. Nurses and doctors are very professional, polite, and friendly. The room was good and big. Like the food as well
