Ward 2B All the nurse in 2B like everyone own them billion dollar, they are not come to help their patient nor patient family members. All your nurse will only know how to restrict you to do anythings.. without suggest alternative solution. Hey... Patient and the patient family members paid money for treatment...not paid money come here and let you order or instruct them with nonsen reason of yours.. but when the family members ask your nurse to do things, they will just know how to say " I not sure", " You just wait Doctor", " You wait 1st I come later" " You need to wait" Eventually nothings your nurse manage to help nor they really successfully help.. Cause after 1000 years also they didn't come to help the family members. .... Such lousy service in nowdays, you think how long your hospital can sustain..

I am very grateful to Dr Mogan for he has done a great job in getting right in the whole diagnostic process. He is very detail, sincere and capable in addressing the rootcause of my illness with proper proposal to me. I am a difficult to treat patient with precondition of 3 years serious iron deficiency anemia due to heavy menstrual disorder. I came all the way from KL to Ipoh see Dr Mogan for second opinion as recommended by my mum and sis. This is the best O&G specialist I have seen so far compare to a few gynae I met. Kudos to Dr. Mogan and all Fatimah Hospital nurses and staff. Two surgery in less than a week, I wouldnt be able to make it through without your support. Last month on 17/6, I was admitted to Hospital Fatimah into emergency ward due to intestinal problems gets me into pain for a day. The request is from me to the one of hospital in Ipoh due to family also at home. The surgery has happened on 18/6, and it is OK but I’m not get used to this due to after abdominal surgery, so I was able to get help from the nurse in charge on day and night. The doctors in charge are helpful for the first time into surgery process and it’s been over 3 weeks, I’m moving on for abdominal recovery. But one thing it is discomfort is, the private hospital is becoming other’s patients private hotel. Usually there will be less noise but the patients nearby are quite noisy. But whatever, I hope that I am on smooth and get well soon.

Absolutely brilliant from my first enquiry to my dental work, highly recommended and great service from reception with booking and contact to the nurses and dentist, Very friendly and helpful staff, the dentist Herself helped me with past problems and advised me with all future enquiries if I wished.

My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. Highly recommend visiting for any dental needs while in KL!

Nurse Litta, in particular, demonstrated unwavering dedication and compassion in her care. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients like me were truly remarkable. She not only attended to my medical needs promptly but also provided much-needed emotional support, creating a comforting environment during a challenging time.The overall atmosphere of Ward 9 was remarkable—clean, organized, and conducive to healing. I would like to thank Dr Chan and his team for the successful TKR surgery. He is very proficient, professional and yet humble! I don't encounter much pain after the surgery and I am recovering well. Thank you very much Dr Chan! Highly recommended him !! Would like also to thank the staff of ward 7B who are friendly and helpful. However noted that there is insufficient walking frame during my stay. I've limited mobility and this creates inconvenience for me as I have to share with other patients. This should not be happening! Overall the rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. Thank you!

5 star service by Dr Wan ( Gynecologist ) and Dr Loo ( Pediatrician ). Baby delivery went on smooth, special thanks to all the lovely staff at Level 2 ward for their utmost kindness and pleasant hospitality throughout the 2 days there. Dr’s were very professional from the very start till the end. Thank you again and highly recommended

I've done a hand surgery by Doctor Teh Kok Kheng. Doctor was super friendly and knowledgable to explain everything in a casual way, even play my favourite Hong Kong singer - Alan Tam songs throughout the surgery process to calm me down, my blood pressure was drop immediately from 196 to 140, haha. Therefore, I highly suggest that hospital should allow to play some music while doing treatment, it's a super efficient way to calm a patient, trust me! Nurses and staffs are very friendly as well, the whole process goes smoothly and I am very satisfied with the service so far. Thank you doctor and the team!

Everything was great. The place and environment really good and have the best doctors. But, I get different information from clinic, MRI and cashier staff. It’s not synchronize. Communication between them is bad. It will be the 5 star if, all the information and system are standardize. Thank you

Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. His expertise and transparency instilled great confidence in us. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Fazir is an extraordinary expert who goes above and beyond. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Al-Fazir made it a point to meet with us every day, and his positivity and genuine concern for our well-being were incredibly reassuring. Nurse Nor and Nurse Sylvester were our heroes. Their dedication and compassion were incredible. They went the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being, making a significant difference during his recovery. Despite a few minor hiccups, the entire CVSKL team, from medical professionals to administrative staff, ensured we were well taken care of. Our heartfelt thanks go to Puan Zehan and Puan Syima for their assistance in addressing our needs. My dad had done bypass surgery at this hospital by Dr John Chan. We have great confidence in him and his abilities. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery performed on my dad. Comfortable environment and courteous personnel. There room for improvement for test screening arrangement. Not so effective, longer waiting time. Need better coordination.

Their bed was comfortable compared to other 2 big named hospitals. Had abit of difficulties in communication due to some nurse can't speak English. But I will definitely chose here again. Plus they offer menu to chose for every meal.

It's my first time to have health screening at their branch! I can say that their service is superb! The nurses are nice, the doctor is helpful, the staffs are polite! I strongly recommend purchasing their health screening package since sometimes they will do promotions. Remember visit their website to make an appointment!
